Hello, Lybrate user, problems are not expressed, you are fighting with, please. However, stress, anxiety ,loss  of memory or lack of concentration cause due to irregular life- style, over medication and other psychological threats.  *Go for meditation to reduce your stress, anxiety and to nourish  nerve to ease your problem,  restoring your concentration enabling U to plan your future with peace of mind avoiding irregular thoughts.  ● Ensure sound sleep for at least 7/8 hrs in d night to ease your stress.       • Tk, easily digestible  simple, diet on time.     •Tk, apples,carrots, cheese,milk, papaya,almonds. Walnuts,spinach, regularly •  Tk, homoeo medicine, gentle,rapid in action with no adverse effect: @ Ignatia 30-6 pills, thrice a day. @ Five phos 6x-4 tbs, thrice a day with lukewarm water. Avoid, caffeine, nicotine,alcohol, junk food, polluted atmosphere, watching Tv, sitting on computer in d late night.    •  You will definitely b back to normalcy with flying colours     • Report ,fortnightly. ●Your feedback is solicited, please. Hello there, A person who is depressed just cannot become happy the next instant .It tkae time. If you want to help You might find this helpful. 1. First thing they need is support and understanding. 2. Please don't tell them it is a phase and they will get out of it. 3. Encourage them to talk about their problem. 4. Please don't ask them" snap out of it. They cannot. 5. It could be unlikely that you may know how they feel so, don't make them feel that it is a small problem and that they should learn to handle it on their own. 6. Keep talking to them, even if they don't respond. They need to know they have someone on their side. 7. Talk to them about options of handling this issue. 8. They may tend to see everything negatively, try to remind them about the other good things in their life. 9. See if you can manage to get them some professional help. There is no shame in seeking help of a psychiatrist. Take them to a psychiatrist. Because professional help is the most important thing that can help them through this phase of life. Abour your question of how to help them see the" true" world, let the person recover later if you feel at anytime people are taking advantage of your friend make them aware and help them understand. They can not change themselves immediately so you will have to be patient and understanding.

I am 100 kg at 5ft-6inches. If i regularly go to gym even for a week, i lose weight very quickly but when i stop exercising, i again gain weight very quickly. What should i eat & what should i avoid eating. Pl help

Your BMI is 35.6. And you are morbidly obese. You have to persist with a low carbohydrate and low fat high protein diet. Stop all cereals, sugar, bakery products and desserts. Take the white of 4 boiled eggs and lots of fruits and green vegetables and salads. Go for an hour long walk every day. If you don't loose weight soon you will develop diabetes and high BP. My weight is too loose I want to gain as soon as possible but don't no WATS to do.
To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1.Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2.Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a.Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B.Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C.If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D.Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E.Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F.You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G.You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

Hi...Make Habit for your daughter to go to toilet everyday before sleep at night. scolding won't solve problem. homeopathic medicines can help you to certain extent.. good day
