Apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part and give hot fomentation twice a day. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take maha yograj guggul 1-1 after lunch and dinner. Avoid fermented food. Spicy food. Junk food. Eat green vegetables. Fuits. Drink minimum 7-8 glass of water everyday. Sleep for 7 hrs minimum. Do pranayama early morning. And do exercises.

Hi onion is very good vegetable to treat sexual impotence. It increases libido and strengthens reproducing organs. White onions are best for this purpose. You can apply these home remedies for relief: • Take 1/2 piece of ginger, crush it and squze its juice and mix it with one teaspoon of honey and take 1/2 spoon of this mixture 2 times in a day. • Take 4 - 5 tulsi leaves and 1/2 piece of ginger and 1 glass of water mix both of them in water and boil it till half glass of water remain in the container then drink it by add 1/2 teaspoon of sugar. • Avoid cold water, ice creams, cold drinks and pickle. • Take strepsils or sualiin (hamdard pharma) 1 tablet 3 times per day or slowly suck a piece of mulethi.

Keep a diary with you and record in what situations or in presence of whom you experience anxiety. You can trace the anxiety provoking situations and a better understanding of your own emotions. When you become aware of your emotions, you will be able to manage them in a constructive manner. Regular practice of pranayam yoga will help you to better manage physiological arousal during anxieties and thereby reduce your tension level.

That is the way to give up smoking anyway: suddenly and immediately. The effects will be just great but depending on the amount of cigarettes he smokes, there will be a withdrawal reaction. That can be countered by some substitution methods that are useful and eases the withdrawal. His decision to want to quit is very welcome and you must do all you can to encourage and support him. Here are the ways to stop the smoking: First of all it is not easy because there is a lot of conditioning associated with it and these can be spread over the whole day and night!!! When he decides, it must be done immediately and abruptly. Waiting another day will jeopardize the decision. Since he wants to do it I recommend that he seeks the help of a counselor and do it with support. He needs to identify with why he smokes: there is an oral need, the nicotine effect, the psychological effect of covering up some other issue, for style, to impress, etc. He may discover that the reasons may be unimportant at this stage because he has become too addicted and the habit has become compulsive. He should start vigorous exercises, gradually increasing it over a period of time. Do deep breathing exercises every time he feels like smoking (try Yoga), and replace the oral urge with some healthy food substitute to satiate the need, for a little while. If the urge is too strong, then use nicotine chewing gum or nicotine patches, for a little while until the smoking drive reduces, substantially. He may join Smokers Anonymous in his city where the support is really extraordinary for like-minded people who are also in the same situation. Keep him occupied or engaged with interesting activities during the times when it is most tempting. Keep the company of non-smokers for some time i.e. at least for the first 21 days. Above all, announce it to everyone that he has quit smoking. Here’s a piece of very good advice: even if he accidentally/willfully takes a cigarette, it is not the end of the world – he can start the cessation all over again. He must persevere with the best support until he defeats this addiction. To help process all of the above and to get support, let him go for counseling and persevere with it until he is completely over it.

Hi lybrate-user ovulation induction with with clinic should not be used for more than 6cycles. Considering risk of side effects and resistance to treatment. Regards to side effects it could be vision effect, valvular heart problem.

There’s no overnight fix when it comes to healthy weight loss, but you can adjust your lifestyle to promote quick, natural weight loss for the benefit of your health and your appearance. Successful, long-term weight management needs to focus on more than the food you eat and the pounds you lose. It needs to focus on your overall health. Reshape your body and your lifestyle by adopting healthy habits and breaking unhealthy ones. Replace all processed foods in your diet with vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low-fat dairy, lean meats, eggs, legumes, nuts, seeds and seafood. Focus on the variety of whole, unprocessed foods you can eat instead of dwelling on the junk food you eliminated from your diet. Eat smaller portions at every meal and avoid going back for seconds. Take a smaller scoop of rice, half of a piece of chicken instead of a whole piece and one less egg in your morning omelet, for example. Make time for breakfast every morning. Eating breakfast helps prevent overeating and is a habit of people who successfully lose weight. Pack to-go meals instead of eating convenience foods when you’re not home. Store foods like chopped fruits and vegetables or cooked grains, legumes, eggs and meats in your refrigerator so you always have something to grab when you’re in a rush. Buy fresh vegetables and fruits from the grocery store if you forget to bring healthful food from home. When you can’t avoid dining at a restaurant, opt for a salad as a starter, and always ask for the dressing on the side. Clear soups, lean meats, seafood and grain-based dishes like roti, whole grain bread are other good choices. Pilates, strength training, aerobics, swimming, dancing and yoga or a sport like football are ideal choices. If you’re new to exercising, start with brisk walking and jogging. Adopt physically demanding hobbies like bicycling, hiking, jogging, power walking to promote faster weight loss. If you don’t have time for new hobbies, increase your physical activity with things like walking the dog, playing with the kids or jogging instead of driving to a nearby store or taking the stairs instead of the elevator. Once you are regular with a good exercise routine, are active and eating right, you will see a change in stamina. Just adding antioxidants don't help increase stamina. It's all about a healthy diet.

Skin aging is a natural process. While it cannot be stopped or reversed, certain measures can certainly slow down the process of aging. One such measure is regularly using sunscreen to keep the skin protected from skin damage.

Damage caused due to exposure to the sun is the leading cause of skin aging. The harmful rays of the sun known as UVA and UVB have a tremendous impact on the health of skin and speed up the process of skin aging. It also affects those with fairer or lighter skin more due to the lack of melanin in their skin.

Regularly wearing sunscreen has proven to reduce skin aging by keeping it protected from sun damage. Studies have shown that those who inculcate a habit of wearing sunscreen at all times while stepping out during the day have younger and healthier looking skin than those who don’t. The sunscreen acts as a layer of defense against sun radiation and keeps it from causing any damage. Skin is, thus, protected from accelerated aging.

How to correctly use sunscreen to reduce skin aging

There are certain specifics that need to be kept in mind while using sunscreen in order to increase its potency. Some of these are as follows:

• The right product must be carefully chosen. It is necessary to use sunscreen that has a SPF rating of 30 or more.

• It must be applied at least 15 minutes before stepping out into the sun.

• It must be reapplied every few hours as sunscreen gets easily washed away due to sweating and exposure to moisture.

• The habit of using sunscreen must be started early, preferably from childhood.

• Sunscreen must be used even on cloudy and overcast days.

The adoption of these measures while using sunscreen has been proved effective in reducing skin aging and preventing the early formation of wrinkles, discoloration and sagging skin.

Hello, I am assuming you are having hypothyroidism. This occurs due to the thyroid gland not producing adequate amount of thyroid hormones T4 and T3. Now-a days hypothyroidism is mainly due to autoimmune thyroiditis in which the body's defence system fights against the body's own organs. Iodine deficiency in diet can also lead to hypothyroidism.
