Masturbation/Night fall is common and normal. Whenever the balloon containing semen is full, semen needs to come out by act of sex, masturbation or nightfall. It is not a disease, and does not cause physical problems. Quick discharge/ Premature Ejaculation is very common and is usually not associated with any disease but may be due to anxiety, sometimes however there may be problem with prostate gland and thyroid hormone. Most often it is a chronic problem and you have to take medicines off and on. Also there are exercises to control it. You can learn to control PE by doing this exercise- pull your muscles that you pull at the end of urination for few seconds then release repeat this several times daily. Another is stop-start technique: when you feel that you are going to ejaculate stop the sexual stimulation and divert your mind, the penis will relax, after sometime start the stimulation again and repeat the procedure. Over few months you will gradually increase your ejaculation time. Also there are medicines for your problem.

Micro wave works on principle of heating water molecule inside the food. There are no side effects of eating such food. Only if you are heating and re-heating food again and again. Only if there is too much of dryness in food. And only if you are using plastic utensils for long time, then yes, food can be contaminated by plastic molecules, which is not just harmful but also carcinogenic.

Hello lybrate-user, For night shifts, it will be best if you firstly get sufficient sleep of minimum 5 to 6 hrs after your work hours. Since we sleep during night thats why we do not feel the urge to eat anything (or hunger pranks), but since you have night shifts, it is pretty common to have hunger pranks while working at night. You can consume maximum two cups of coffee, otherwise you can have veg sandwitch, buns and coffee and/or nuts like 3 to 4 almonds or 2 to 3 cashew nuts. Try to have dinner atleast before half n hour you leave for work, and after work when you reach home atleast have a cup of luke warm milk and then sleep, otherwise if you take breakfast at that time then also no issues (it will be better). Then after you get enough sleep, have lunch rich in protein followed by 1 or 2 whole fruit post lunch. I hope this will be helpful to you. Thank you. Have a nice day!

For your nausea, controle your diet. No nonveg, fast foods, spices, smoking, timely intake of meals. If not controlled, check with your phys/gastroeneterologist.

Hello Doctor, My mother (54 years) after her menopause, she was getting bleeding. So she undergone a TAH (Uterus removal) surgery on 28.12. 2015. Doctor had sent her uterus for Testing and report came as like this" Endometrium: Features are suggestive of Endometrioid Endometrial Adenocarcinoma - FIGO Grade 1. Myometrium: Inner 1/2nd of Myometrium InfiltratedLeiomyoma. Cervix: Chronic Cervicitis. Ovaries: Corpora Albicantia. Tubes: Normal HistologyResected (Lateral Soft Tissue) Margins - Free of tumour. Please give me some suggestion and I am so afraid of it.

Hi, please follow these tips to stop snoring: - reduce your weight if you are obese. - perform pranayama (breathing exercises) everyday. - quit smoking which irritates the mucosal layer of the nose and throat and causes blockage and results in snoring. - quit alcohol and sedatives which relax the throat muscles and results in snoring. - sleep on sides instead on back. - elevate the head by using a thick pillow which eases the breathing. - clear the nose before going to bed. - establish regular sleep pattern. - keep the bedroom air moist by using humidifier; as dry air irritates the mucosal membrane in the nose and throat. - perform throat exercises like repeating the vowels a, e, i, o, you loudly for 2-3 mins few times a day or keeping the tongue behind the teeth and moving it backwards - 3-4 times a day. - anti snoring appliances can also be used.
