It is a normal side one should have. Here are few tips for size increase to enlarge your penis size, continuous lubrication is very much necessary, than followed by an warm up exercise for at least 5 minutes the top exercise should be tidal wave exercise, stretch method, jelqing, after that a warm down exercise should be performed, homeopathy medicine help in increasing the penis size without and risk of side effects.

Water melon lemon juice cabbage carrot and beet juice. Costipation is due to non veg food and less water. Pimples are common in constipation. Hope I answered you.

My advice for your wife is t. Pantocid 40 once daily before breakfast. You can report me the response after 10 days. I am taking it for granted that you must have already tested for conditions that may mimic acidity at this age, if not consult local doctor or myself. Coming to your status, 80-120 is too big a range to recomnend anything. Do dietary restriction with limited fat and sweets and regular exercise. After 3 month, test fasting, 2 hour post meal blood glucose and hba1c. If it comes in diabetic range, you'll require therapy. At this moment you don't need any medicine. Regards.

Taking medicine for controlling anger and regulating sleep will give you short term or temporary relief. But it will have its side effects like getting addicted to the medicine and a few others. Similarly your tolerance level will go up, means, soon you will have to increase the dose to have the same effect on your body. At the age of 34 you are actually damaging your body by taking medicines for managing anger and sleep. Instead of taking medicines, try yoga, pranayama or any other exercise. You may also try counselling. Counselling will help you in identifying and managing your anger triggers/issues. With the help of counselling you will learn to modify your thought processes thereby calming your mind, which will help you in having a sound sleep.

YOu have to avoid situation which can cause allergy, if possible or need to take allergy preventer drug and not cetirizine which can only treat allergy after it has come.

Hi lybrate-user, headache is common if one has weak eyesight. Do get your eyes checked once by an ophthalmologist. Morning headaches could also be secondary to acidity in an otherwise healthy individual.

You should meet with a counselor and get some help with your emotions and how to deal with them. For your sleep problem please follow the recommendations mentioned below: In your case particularly, do not sleep during the day; don’t even lie down. Go for regular exercise (breathing through your nostrils only) at a fixed time (at about 6 am) every day, whether you sleep or not. You must develop this habit of sleeping by 10 pm latest every night and wake up at a uniform time by 6 am every morning, even if you do not get sleep. If you do not get sleep, just lie down and if you have a bed lamp (or you could get one) lie down and read something light but not exciting. Your eyes will tire and you will fall asleep. If you like you may also put on light and soft music with the sleep function on. Depending on whether you are a visual or auditory person, you may watch TV in a lying down position until you feel sleepy. Have a warm bath before going to bed (for some people a cold bath at night seems to induce sleep! If you are one of them, please do so). Place the head side of your bed in a North-South position. The room must be as dark as possible and there should be no electronic items that give off even a light LED glow. There must be ample ventilation in the room. Avoid strong odors, except lavender, on your body or in the room, or on your sheets and clothes. There should not be any live plants in your bedroom. Sleep with the lightest of clothes or without any clothing. When lying down to sleep, lie down on your left ear as much as possible. Do not sleep directly under an overhead fan. You must eat a good breakfast, a fairly light lunch, and an early dinner, which should be a very light meal. Whatever you eat in the other meals, have only a pure carbohydrate meal at night with any vegetables, and preferably before 8 pm. Do not drink much liquids after or near about dinner time. When lying down to sleep you may use the 4-7-8 breathing pattern of sleep inducement i.e. Breathe in for four counts through your nostril only, hold for 7 counts, and exhale with a whoosh sound, through your mouth only, for 8 counts. Repeat this four times in the morning and just before you sleep at night. If you know Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT (check this out either on YouTube or Google), then please practice this too for sleep induction. Self-hypnosis and slow relaxation techniques, at night will be tremendously useful. Acupuncture or acupressure will both be very useful too. Pray last thing at night before you sleep.

It could be due to gastritis or throat infection. Avoid eating heavy food late in 5he night. Chew the food properly. Take antacid empty stomach. Take curd, buttermilk for hyperacidity. Do saline gargles for sore throat.

You should have taken 5 doses of rabipur vaccine instead of two doses. However there is no risk of rabies since 4 years have elapsed after dog bite.

simple ways for a restful sleep 1. Cut down on caffeine: Caffeine drinkers may find it harder to fall asleep. Even a single cup of coffee in the morning may lead to a sleepless night. Caffeine blocks the effects of adenosine, a neurotransmitter thought to promote sleep. Caffeine can also interrupt sleep by increasing the need to urinate during the night. Because caffeine withdrawal can cause headaches, irritability, and extreme fatigue, it may be easier to cut back gradually rather than to go cold turkey. Those who can’t or don’t want to give up caffeine should avoid it after 2 p.m., or noon if they are especially caffeine–sensitive. 2. Stop smoking or chewing tobacco: Nicotine is a central nervous system stimulant that can cause insomnia. If you continue to use tobacco, avoid smoking or chewing it for at least one to two hours before bedtime. 3. Limit alcohol intake: Alcohol depresses the nervous system, so a nightcap may seem to help some people fall asleep. Alcohol suppresses REM sleep, and the soporific effects disappear after a few hours. Alcohol also worsens snoring and other sleep breathing problems. 4. Worry and stress causes sleeplessness. Find out what hurts you and resolve the issue.
