Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Pain of neck, back,hanf and head. More on right sides since 2 years. Mri and xray it shows normal. Tried physio neck stretching and traction and also following good posture at work. Day by day pain is increasing its unbearable. I think I had strained muscles which has become chronic. Is there any treatment? Will chronically strained muscles ever heal to normal again? In any sort of unbearable pain, exercisetherapy is not recommended. It will worsen up the condition. First of all take your reports to a good Radiologist. Diagnosing the condition is the utmost important step only then a proper treatment will take place. If the tests show nothing and you are in pain, there is something wrong. A good doctor doesnot just rely on the reportsbut view images himself and evaluates what he sees based on his examination and the patient's symptoms and signs.

Best exercises for knee pain dear you can do it, except where stated, do 10 to 12 repetitions of each of the following, 2 or 3 times a week. Partial squats e pain. Stand about 12 inches away from the front of a chair with your feet about hip-width apart and your toes forward. Bending at the hips, slowly lower yourself halfway down to the chair. Keside-lying leg lifts wearing ankle weights above the knee, lie on your left side, legs straight and together, with your left arm supporting your head. Keeping your right foot flexed and your body straight, slowly lift your right leg to about shoulder height, then slowly lower. Repeat with your left legep your abs tight, asusing an aerobic step bench or a staircase, step up onto the step with your right foot. Tap your left foot on the top of the step, and then lower. As you step up, your knee should be directly over your ankle. Repeat with your left foot. Tep-upsnd check that your knees stay behind your toes. Inner-thigh leg lifts wearing ankle weights above the knee, lie on your left side, slightly back on your butt. Bend your right leg and place it behind your left leg with your right foot flat on the floor and your left leg straight. Support your head with your left arm. Slowly lift your left leg about 3 to 5 inches, then lower. Repeat with your right leg straight-leg raises sit with your back against a wall, left leg straight and right leg bent with your foot flat on the floor. Slowly raise your left leg straight up about 12 inches off the floor. Hold, then slowly lower. Repeat with your right leg. More: 4 treats you can make with protein powder calf rais using a chair or wall for balance, stand with your feet about hip-width apart, toes straight ahead. Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Ankle stretching. Ankle strengthening exercises. Avoid squatting. Quadriceps exercises. Core strenthening exercises. Stretch calves get a custom made insole. Hams stretching. Sports taping. Hot fomentation.

Hello lybrate-user, don't panic you're too young you will be alright, go to a Physiotherapist and learn exercises first isometric and then progress the excercises. Go join in a sports academy and find a football coach. All the best.(Not just strengthening quads, hams,vmo, but ask for ckc exercises)

You need to do morning walk daily for at least 30 minutes. I also suggest you do not sit too long at a stretch - keep changing your position. At lest after 2 hours rise from your seat for 2 minutes and then again sit and so on. Take mag phos 200 - thrice daily 4 pills for next 2 weeks. Give me a feedback.

Goodevening lybrate-user what I would advice you to do is to start with a few strengthening exercises for your leg. You need to get a proper gait (walking training) done for yourself. Always make sure that you place your heel first and then your foot should be flat. Walking properly with the right type of posture is very important. You could also do a fermentation of heat and cold that will also reduce your pain.

You may be having planter fascitis, morning pain is due to accumulation of inflamation, with walking circulation cause inflamation to wash away reducing pain, do calf stretch and hamstring streching exercises you will get relief.
