I hurt my thumb a week ago and found out that I have my UCL of the thumb ruptured. I am taking rest but I want to know if I can use Crepe Bandage on my hand to protect it. Also suggest an ointment that can help the muscle to recover. What special care should I take? Can I write with that hand.

Dear Lybrate user with medicine do Physiotherapy nconsult to near by Physiotherapist ,IFT/tens, us, hotpack use posterior spinal muscles exercise, avoid forward bending, jerky movt, use hard flat bed, sit with back support n continue working on any posture 45 minutes to 1 hr.

Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Hello, * this is postural disorder, hence, correct it * go for aerobic, exercise under guidance of a physiotherapist. * homoeo=care** @ rhus tox 200-6 pills, thrice a dy. @ arnica mont 200-6 pills, thrice a day. Report wkly, stay-fit.

Last 4-5 month I was pain in back but currently I feeling a lot problem in my head I can not concentrate at work contantantly eg PC or any other work 15-20 min I suddenly feel heavy I stand and walk for relaxation. I feel loose in my hand and feet always Current I am taking B12 with combination D3 and folic acid. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

It is normal for one testis to be slightly bigger than the other and for one to hang slightly lower than the other. -----------------------so if your r. Testes is placed upside, it is normal----------------------- a swollen, painful testicle that has come on gradually (perhaps over a few hours or days) is likely to be caused by an infection called epididymo-orchitis. It usually occurs on one side only, but sometimes both sides are affected together.--------------------------- if the pain is very severe and has come on suddenly, it is possible that the testicle and its tubing have become twisted within the scrotum known as testicular torsion. This is most common in adolescents, but can occur at any age. You need to contact your doctor straight away-------------------------- but in your case ram, although a final diagnosis can be made only after a physical examination by a local doctor, but it seems like it is a muscular pain in your legs that is causing problem in your r. Testes and by doing thigh stretches and groin stretches exercises, you can easily overcome this problem----------you can also take the help of a physical therapist----------------------stretch twice a day, every day, nice and slow before you go to bed and after you wake up for about 10 minutes each time. Lowering your stress helps too. I really hope this helps you. As per your concern i would suggest you to do following remedy 1. Soak 60 g of wheat in water overnight 2. Add 2 tsp coriander powder in the morning 3. Add 2 tsp cuscus powder 4. Blend this into a paste 5. Take 250 ml of milk in bowl 6. Add the mixture to the milk 7. Boil for 20 min 8.
