How can we can concentrate better. Is there any medicine or is there is any exercise or is the yoga best? what is your recommendation regarding this and is there is any remedy please let me know at the earliest as now a days my examination is going on and not able to concentrate on my studies well. Dear, you must be able to understand concentration, attention span, recollection and distraction. If you are able to watch a movie for two hours continuously, if you are able to play a game for an hour, then you do not have any concentration problems. You can't be attentive towards your studies because you are not interested in it. You are able to watch movie and play game because you are interested in it. Human cannot be attentive towards anything for more than 10 minutes. Then you should study in such a way that your attention is continued and make the subjects are interesting to you. Effective learning techniques should help you. Recollection depends on anxiety, stress and other physical and circumstantial factors. Distractions while studying are plentiful. You should be able to overcome distractions or avoid distractions. Please understand the above. Change your study style and attitude accordingly. Please post a private question to me and I will help you with" effective learning" techniques. Being active, exercising, general positive thinking etc help you in having concentration. Take care.

Follow these best tips to get relief from stomach pain - *take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. *take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening. * take 1 tea spoon of liv-52 syrup daily one time. * walk for atleast 15-20 minutes daily and avoid long duration continuos sitting. * avoid taking nonveg at night & in day time after taking food, do not sleep in day. Dear, you can easily get fitness and health by following simple and very important tips: 1. To get fitness, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper fitness, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. Do meditation daily to calm down your stress level. Do pranayam daily. You can take long and deep breaths atleast for 10 minutes in calm and peaceful environment. I assure you that you definitely get fitness by applying these tips and lifestyle. Be healthy.

Your sleep is disturbed, stop worrying, take bath two times, have regular light exercise, avoid spicy and pungent diet, take fruits and fresh juices. Practice meditation, yoga and pranayam, cultivate positive thoughts, this will help in getting good sleep. If interested in comprehensive ayurveda treatment, inform.

Hi, dark underarms are generally caused by sweating, improper cleaning, dead skin cells, and friction caused as a result of different qualities of clothes. In some people dark underarms could be due to the alcohol content in the deodorants or the shaving products that they use. Another common cause of dark underarms is plucking and shaving. Every time you pluck or shave it causes micro-abrasions. These wounds on healing cause darkening of the skin. Tips to help you whiten your underarms in a natural manner: - scrubbing your armpits with an exfoliating scrub of your choice for about five minutes daily is the first step to whiten your dark underarms. - aloe vera gel when rubbed over the underarms in a similar manner also has the same effect as cleansing them. - raw grated potato juice helps bleach your skin and whiten your underarms naturally. - cucumber juice also has the same effect. - regularly rub a slice of lemon over your underarms and see the difference. - also, once you are done with your shower, you could take some baking powder and rub it onto your underarms. - another tip of for whitening dark underarms naturally is using a paste made using one tablespoon curd, one teaspoon milk (natural), and one teaspoon gram flour. Add a little turmeric powder to this paste and liberally apply on your armpits. Wash it completely once it dries off. - mixture made from sandalwood powder and rose water can work wonders and help whiten your underarms. - another mixture that can help is lime juice and coconut oil in equal proportions sprinkled with a dash of turmeric powder. Apply this to your underarms and rinse in about 20 minutes or so. If you are wondering how to whiten your underarms overnight try waxing. Waxing helps you get rid of your underarm hair and also help in the removal of dead skin cells, leaving your underarms looking clean. Medication: apply homeoopathic ointment - medisynth's witch hazel. Natural anti-perspirants: take 1 teaspoon of 3% hydrogen peroxide and mix with 1 cup of water. Using a cotton washcloth, soak the washcloth in the hydrogen peroxide-water solutions, squeeze out the excess, and wipe your underarms, groin and feet with the solution. You can use apple cider vinegar to help kill off the odor-causing bacteria. Soak your feet daily in a solution of 1 part apple cider vinegar and 3 parts water. Pour the same solution into a spray bottle and spray on your armpits.

Dear lybrateuser, -to get your body into shape & to become muscular you have to combine diet & exercise in a proper way, there is no other method without these two components to build your body. -increase your protein intake by having eggs, lean meats like fish, chicken, milk, paneer, soya products, yoghurt, nuts, beans & pulses -do aerobic exercises like walking, jogging, swimming, skipping with 2-3 days of weight training for 30 min a day gradually increase it to one hour a day.

Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. * take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. *. Back ache can be due to several reasons. It can be muscular, related to disc degeneration or prolapse, joint irritation or nerve pinching. Most common is muscle pain due to tight and weak back and abdominal muscles. Keep a positive attitude, focus more on keeping good posture especially when sitting for long hours, use lumbar support. Take frequent breaks and stretch in between. Try changing sleeping habits. Try hot or cold therapy as tolerated. Wish you speedy recovery.

Apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with any good ayurvedic soap containing neem etc.

Back pain needs restrictions in gymming and stiffness needs to be avoided. Some light exercises may be allowed which can be best demonstrated by your trainer or physiotherapist. Yoga however is better choice if you need flexible body and relaxed back muscles without backache. Herbals should be supplemented to look younger along with good, balanced, green diet.
