Hello sir, I am tobacco addict and before three months I went to dentist for removing tobacco stain and after cleaning I saw my gums of two teeth pulled down and looking red so I ask to dentist why my gums r pulled down or looking red is my gums were bleeding then dentist said to me no your gums was not bleeding it's because removing dirt and stains then now I am feeling very pain in my two teeth that gums have pulled down. 1. It is necessary to bleed gums during removing tobacco stain through scaling? 2. Why my gums have pulled down? 3.suggest medication for cure the pain of my teeth.

Dear Lybrate user, 1. Gums can bleed during scaling, especially if they a swollen (Your dentist has done the the right thing) 2. In your case gum recession has most likely occured due to chemicals from tobacco and related material and also due to unhygiene 3. Stop using tobacco (Most important!) or the damage in your mouth will continue. It may even lead to Oral Cancer. If you can't stop tobacco habit consider taking help from an oral medcine specialist nearby you. Keep a follow-up. Consider visiting rehab centre for deaddiction if needed. 4. Visit a periodontist and get treatment for gum recession, swollen gums and sensitive teeth.

Hi, by improving your digestive system, you can increase your weight. 1. You must focus on getting the maximum nutrition out of the food that you are eating and digest that. To improve your digestive powers, you can take chitrakadi vati after meal and ashwagandha churna with water twice a day. 2. You can also have milk and milk products eg butter, ghee, etc along with banana shake.

Most of the problems of yours are diet related. Improve your diet. Do yoga to keep your back straight. For breasts there are two ways to increase the size. 1. Silicone implants or 2. Body fat transfer to breasts.

My dad is heart patient. And before some day ago he placed a stand in heart so what is precaution to be followed
1. Eat well – Take a balanced Diet comprising of 45% carbohydrate, 30% protein and 25% protein, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits. Don’t over eat. Avoid junk, spicy, oily, high calorie, cholesterol rich diet, don’t skip your breakfast. Take warm, homemade food. Avoid food and drink from outside. Don’t skip or postpone your meal. Minimize consumption of refined grains like white rice, white bread, sugary or refined food. 2. Keep hydrated- Drink 2 liters /6-8 glasses of water daily 3. Do regular exercise for one hour daily like brisk walking/Jugging etc 4. Take adequate rest- 7-8 hours of sound sleep in the night is required to remain healthy 5. Avoid stress, anxiety, depression, agitation etc 6. Find time for relaxation and enjoyments with friends and family 7. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control emotion, improve concentration and relieve stress 8. Develop hobby, Learn new skill 9. Go for detail Annual Health check up.
