Just relax. I would suggest you to join some yoga and meditation group. Also follow a healthy lifestyle with proper diet exercise and rest. After a month go to your doctor. If your BP comes normal he may stop the medication or reduce the dose.

No it's not genetic. If you are vegetarian than pulses like black gram, green gram, sprouts, soya products and sufficient diary products should include in your daily diet.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. "Ulcers in the throat" or in he mouth? Because it is difficult to see throat ulcers clearly and count them. There is a possibility of throat inflammation plus ulcers in the mouth. Any ways, it appears you need some specific treatment both for inflammation (which could be due to infection) and ulceration. You will probably need B complex capsules plus an antibiotic for few days. Thanks.

Is asthenoteratozoospermia curable and what is the required diet and medications required. thanks.
Dear Lybrate User, A single sperm cell takes about 4 months to mature fully before it is being ejaculated. So I would request to continue the following medication for at least 6 months:- 1) Add 5 drops of each of  Homoeopathic SELENIUM 1M + Homoeopathic AURUM MET 1M + Homoeopathic ZINCUM MET 1M in a glass of water & drink it early morning before brushing your teeth daily. Again prepare the same mixture & drink it before bathing. Repeat the same process again at evening daily 2) Take 60 drops of Homoeopathic STERLIN-M (REPL company), after lunch, in a cup of water. 3) Take 60 drops of Homoeopathic Mother Tincture ASHWAGANDHA Q, after dinner, in a cup of water. This combination of Homeopathic remedies have effectively increased the sperm count in about 95% of patients who are suffering from these type of problems as per my experience. Kindly note that this medication may not be sufficient enough to take care of your problem. These medicines are based on the symptoms of your diseased condition & these medicines need to be complemented by further deep-acting remedies in order to permanently eliminate the underlying cause of the disease. So I would suggest you to consult me privately via Lybrate as it is very necessary to diagnose the proper underlying cause of your problem if you are wishing for a permanent relief from your problems. A permanent annihilation of the underlying cause of the disease will not only provide you relief from your troubles but it will also cease any chance of further relapse of that particular disease condition. You can consult me privately through my private URL https://www.Lybrate.com/baharampur/doctor/dr-prithviraj-singha-homeopath Just open that URL & click on the CONSULT ONLINE option.

Dialysis - The importance of AV fistula

MBBS, MD - Internal Medicine, DM - Nephrology
Nephrologist, Bangalore
Dialysis - The importance of AV fistula

Dialysis is usually required for people who develop advanced stage kidney failure. In this procedure, a machine performs the functions of a kidney; i.e. cleansing the blood of impurities. Before a patient goes through dialysis, he/she has to go through a surgical procedure AV fistula or arteriovenous fistula creation. AV fistula makes the performance of dialysis much easier.

Other diagnostic tests required before a dialysis:

Ultrasound scanning of the blood vessels to check their size Venogram in some cases when ultrasound cannot give full information.

What happens during the procedure?

During the surgery, the patient is administered the required anesthesia. This procedure doesn’t require an overnight stay. The purpose of AV fistula is to connect a large vein in the arm to the nearby artery. The surgeon either joins an artery to the vein, or he/she uses an artificial graft so that the fistula is created. This is usually done for patients who are weak or have an advanced vascular disease. After the AV fistula is administered, the new connection starts to strengthen. After a few weeks, the AV fistula is able to take a dialysis needle. This is when dialysis is initiated. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Nephrologist.
