Dear lybrate-user. Take one whole turmeric (haldi) .add it in tuwar daal while cooking. Remove it when d daal is cooked. Apply d paste of this warm turmeric. Keep it fr 45 mins and remove. there is in ayurveda mention pinda swed ..it is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner .. 1.boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2.apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night .. by doing above thing you will get good result on pores and dark spot take following remedies 1.triphala kadha 4 tsp before lunch and dinner 2.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach

There are several things you can do to prevent a cold. they are all easy. -Always wash your hands after coughing or sneezing into your hands, blowing your nose, after touching someone who is sick, or when using public restrooms or telephones. -Cover your mouth and nose when you sneeze or cough. -Get plenty of rest/sleep.staying at home will keep you from spreading germs.Avoid people who have a cold or cold symptoms. -Drink plenty of fluids(veg/tomato soups,dal water/coconut water/herbal tea etc), and eat nutritious food(like sprouts/boiled eggs without yolk with milk). Avoid foods or drinks with caffeine which can impair your sleep -Treatment:A cold usually lasts for a week or two. Unless you develop complications, you shouldn't need medical treatment. -Complications like infections of the ears, throat, sinuses or lungs must be treated with antibiotics. -Gargle to keep from getting a sore throat. -Use saline nasal sprays or nasal irrigation. -Tablet nasorest-p once/twice daily may ease breathing. -Do steam inhalation once or twice daily

Add amla beetroot juice in morning and evening. Use citaphil face wash, for first morning wash - use paste of masoor dal powder with chirongui powder mixed with raw milk scrub it mildly on face every morning and, later rub ice cubes on face. Apply lemon juice mixed with rose water in day time - when you are at home. As you go out calamine lotion is fine. Weekly give steam to face and later apply tomato juice over it. Rub ice cubes before sleeping and apply lemon juice mixed with rose water before sleeping.

Please suggest something.
Masturbation and night fall are different. Masturbation does by self and night fall occurs mostly in sleep. Avoid more masturbation. Avoid see more porn movies. Take healthy diets. Take minerals/ protein / vitamin rich meals. Take ginseng daily for best stamina. Be busy in work or study. And busy in family and friends. Play indoor games or out door games also. Read good books.

This is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain. It might be due to gastric trouble. Kindly do breathing exercises which might help you to get reduced with pain in the back.

Eat a high-fiber diet. Get insoluble and soluble fiber. Limit foods that are high in fat. Choose lean meats. Incorporate probiotics into your diet. Eat on schedule. Stay hydrated.

Gaining weight is as difficult as losing it, if you are naturally thin. Skinny people complain that they can't put on any weight.If you want to build up weight, don't just eat high-calorie junk foods and rely on unnecessary supplements. Choose foods that are energy-dense and nutrient-dense whenever possible. Following are some tips to follow to increase your weight. You will take some time to gain the weight you need, but be patient. 1. If you have a rapid metabolism, then you must increase your daily intake of healthy foods (increase your intake of carbohydrates) to compensate for the rate at which you burn energy. Eat six smaller meals a day You should also eat more energy dense foods like healthy oils, dry fruits, seeds, nuts, pulses, etc. along with some starchy foods like potatoes, cereals, bread, pasta, rice, etc. 2. Consume more calories than you burn. Choose healthy calorie-dense food to add calories. Drink healthy beverages to add calories. Mangoes are rich in calories and carbohydrates, include them in your diet. 3. Eat healthy food frequently, 5-6 times a day - 3 larger meals and 3 smaller meals alternately. Separate them by at least 3 hours so you can digest each meal fully. Don't go without food for 5-6 hours after having a major meal. For example, if you wish to consume 3000 calories a day, you may eat 3 larger meals of about 650 calories and 3 smaller meals of about 450 calories. 4. Have a balanced diet. 5. Exercise regularly for putting on weight. Some thin people think that exercise is not good for them. This is not true, it keeps the metabolism high. Remember that eating alone is not sufficient. You don't want to gain fat but lean mass, so exercise is important. Resistance training exercises will help to increase your muscle mass, which in turn will increase metabolism. Learn to distinguish between weight gaining exercises and weight loss exercises. Note that if you do not get enough amino acids during exercise, the existing muscle may break down. Amino acids come from protein foods so you should eat such foods after exercise. Keep in mind that excessive exercise without putting back the energy you have used will not help you to put on weight.

Hi many adolescents go through the same situation as you are in now. It is the effect of hormones occurring at this age. But this is the exact age to make our career also. In fact this is the time to decide and implement what your goal of life is'girl things' will happen frequently in future also. But time to make your career won't come back. This is not a disease but distraction. You seem to be intelligent boy as you understand the importance of studies and so you are asking how to focus. Your this determination to focus on studies and not to fall pray to distractions will help you. Set your goal. Any time distraction comes remind yourself of it. By disiplining the mind you will be able to concentrate better. When we are walking the stray cats come to us to ask for food if you will give them they will cling on to you. If you will ignore then they won't bother you. Remember to walk your path and ignore'catwalk' you can do it. Take care be happy!

No medicine is required to keep heart healthy if bp and blood sugar and lipid profile is in normal levels. Healthy diet and exercise and no exposure to smoke or pollution. Oxygen through plants can be labelled as'drug' to keep the heart healthy.

If you want to eat oranges then no problem. It should be taken preferably in the day time and avoid eating in the night .Eating Orange is very healthy. It has vitamin C to fight common cold.

Dear Lybrateuser, -Modify your dietary habits, do not skip meals, have meals on time, take 4-5 small meals including snacks rather than three large meals, chew your food well, avoid more than 1-2 cups of tea, coffee per day, also abstain from alcohol, tobacco if you do so, do not lye down for at least 1-2 hrs after meals, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime -have 7-8 glasses of water for proper digestion & removing toxins from the body -avoid spicy, fried & junk food -do regular exercise like walking, jogging, also do yoga, deep breathing for 5-10 min in the morning -follow the above habits regularly & try to avoid long term medication.

1.You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2.You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3.Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4.Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5.Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6.Take light dinner. 7.Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time . 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner.Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10.Don’t sleep in day time 11.Don’t take sleeping pill 12. If no relief consult doctor
