Hi, mughe bahut din se khaasi hoo raha hey mai syrup bhi use kar raha hu tho bhi kaam nai hey please iska upay bataye.

BHMS
Homeopath, Noida
Do saline gargles daily. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also. Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of AC. As our nose is the most sensitive part of our body, When there is temperature difference between two rooms or inside n outside, then if we not protect our nose, it gets affected. If its dry cough you take Causticum 30/ 4 times/ 3 days.

Actually I am coughing and vomiting blood with nose too I had taken medicines for tb for around 6 month it was negative but after few month I vomit blood twice. What is the scenario is it second stage of tb or else I am coughing from 1 years due to this happening.

DTCD (TDD), C-HIV
Pulmonologist, Pune
Please tell me it's blood in vomiting or blood in coughing? If blood in vomiting then you have to take opinion of gastroenterlogist or else if in the coughing then take chest specialist opinion both are not good for health. Needs to be evaluated further.

1] first find out the things that trigger you asthmatic condition like cold, dust, strong smell, pollens, acidity and flatulence, emotional stress etc and try to avoid that circumstances. 2] take nutritious food and food rich in vitamin c like ambla to boost up your immune system. You may also take one spoon of chyavanprash one or two times daily with milk to boost up your immune system. 3] do pranayam daily to enhance your lung capacity. 4] take morning walk daily for fresh air.

With so much pollution, how can we protect our throat from irritation, cough and occasional pain.

Diploma In Gastroenterology, Diploma In Dermatology, BHMS
Homeopath, Hyderabad
Fluids keep the throat moist and prevent dehydration. Avoid caffeine and alcohol, which can dehydrate you. Try comforting foods and beverage. Warm liquids — broth, caffeine-free tea or warm water with honey — and cold treats such as ice pops can soothe a sore throat. Stop Coughing Day and Night Try an expectorant. Over-the-counter (OTC) cough medications with an expectorant such as guaifenesin work by clearing the mucus and other secretions of a productive cough so that you can breathe easier. Take a cough suppressant. ... Sip green tea. ... Stay hydrated. ... Suck on lozenges. Some measures you can take to relieve muscle discomfort from injuries and overuse include: resting the area of the body where you are experiencing aches and pains. taking an over-the-counter pain reliever, such as ibuprofen (Advil) applying ice to the affected area to help relieve pain and reduce inflammation.
