When a pimple or cyst broken and leave a layer of damaged skin, it is called scar. This is very important you should keep your skin neat and clean. You should also take healthy diet. Do not scratch the acne/ pimples. Keep your hands clean. Do not cover your face with hair. Avoid too much sun exposure. Avoid stress. Use sandal wood or chandan soaked and apply it with cotton ball for 15 minutes on your face. After that wash it with lukewarm water. Do it for one week.

These are the causes of white hair: • Stress • Due to medicines • Due to malnutrition • Use of chemical products • Due to pollution For prevention from whitening of hairs follow these instructions: • Do not take stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. You can eat cheese or soya protein. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and prevent hair from greying. • Avoid the use of products such as hair colours or excessive shampoo. •In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. You can also use olive oil instead of coconut oil. Apply it on your scalp and leave it for 20 minutes, then rinse with a mild shampoo. • Practice SARVANGASAN and BHRAMARI PRANAYAM daily for atleast 3-4 months.

How Much is Too Much SITTING? And, How Deadly is it?
Do you know that sitting for too long, i.e. for more than 8 hours, can significantly increase your chances of suffering from heart disease, diabetes and cancer while shortening your lifespan?

Although it’s still not clear as to how sitting can lead to poor health, one of the causes that researchers cite is a fall in metabolic activity, which has an adverse effect on your body’s fat and sugar levels, making you vulnerable to various health disorders.

Ideally, sitting or any sedentary activity associated with sitting shouldn't make up more than 4-5 hours of your day. Several studies have revealed how sitting for long hours can be bad for your health:
- It increases your chances of dying from Cardiovascular disease by 18%
- You face an increased risk (about 17%) of dying from Cancer if you sit for a very long
- Prolonged sitting can cause your risk of suffering from Type 2 Diabetes increase by 91%

To negate the effects that sitting might have on your health, you need to move around or stand up from time to time. You might begin by standing as often as you get the chance to, or try to walk if your work allows you to. Other strategies that you could adopt are:
- Instead of sitting, have your lunch or talk on the phone standing
- Increase your physical activity by taking the stairs
- Take 1-3 minutes break every 30 minutes to stand or walk around
- Exercise or stand when watching TV
- Lastly, try to lessen your daily sitting period by 15 - 20 minutes every day

When you're standing or moving, you end up improving your metabolism, which is responsible for fat and sugar burning. As a result, there’s an increase in your energy levels, which in turn increases your stamina and also helps in shedding off the extra kilos. When you sit, these processes stop performing, thereby increasing your chances of suffering from various diseases.

Morning Doctor, I stay in Mumbai. My kid is 3 years old and has a problem of asthma. He is fine all day, however at night he starts coughing. Also when he laughs a lot, he starts coughing. We give him Asthalin and the coughing stops. We are not comfortable to give him medicine eaveryday. Is there a cure from Ayurveda and/or Homeopathy.

At first dont give bath by hot water/ use by running tap or municipality water at morning 6 am. homeopathy medicine --phoshphorus 0/1 --16 dose in 100 ml distld water, after 10 stroke mix 1 dose in 1 cup of cold water 2 tsp of that water-- daily 2 times rest of the cups water dont give & tuberculin -- 200-- 2 dose give 1 dose 1 glass(250 gms) mix &1 tsp in morning --2 days. rest of the water dont give. definitely in your family has asthma or bronchities, bcause it is a genetic desease. any tipes of playing like football, karate is good for his health and it is quickly removed from his body.

Dear Harsh Sharma, For all those who want to put on weight are suggested to keep distance from junk foods which are not healthy for the body, since they are surely going add weight to the body but at the same time they also are said to add bad fat to the body. Go only with the foods which are said to increase nutrient intake for the body and provide with sufficient energy, some of these foods have been listed below for simplicity: Salmon Tuna Paneer Soya beans Soya paneer-tofu Eggs Shrimps Granola bars Cheese Paneer Yoghurt Walnuts Dates Apricots Anjeer Raisins Nuts and oil seeds Peanut butter Chicken breast Gaining weight is not an excuse to get fat and schedule daily visits to all-you-can buffets. I suggest you begin implementing one principle each week and watch your body stack on more muscle to your frame each week.

I smoke around 5 to 6 cigarettes daily. I want to quit smoking but can not help the urge to smoke. And I do not feel much active feel lazy all times and also lost stamina having short breath. What can I do to improve in all these aspects?

Best age to stop smoking is before 40, In fact do not start all Only by using strong will power and avoiding all situations where you feel like smoking, chewing tobacco or drinking or using drugs avoiding friends who smoke and diverting mind by reading or chewing a gum, like NICORETTE and taking a walk when you crave for a smoke can all help. You can chew Nicorette gum which is nicotine replacement. There are medicines available. Which can be prescribed if asked personally Cigarette smoking is a leading preventable cause of mortality. It kills more than 60 lakh people worldwide every year. More than 50% of regular smokers would invariably die from tobacco-related illnesses which includes heart attack, cancer or asthmatic lung diseases. Best age to stop smoking is before 40 31st May is “World No Tobacco Day” Quitting smoking before the age of 40 is associated with larger decline in premature death than stopping it at a later date. Best age therefore to stop smoking is before 40. However, stopping smoking even after the age of 50 is still associated with lower risk of death as compared to those who continue to smoke. Even in smokers aged 80 years or more, quitting smoking appears to reduce some mortality.

Keeping your diabetic condition, fatty liver grade 3, you need to follow a 1700kcal moderate carbohydrate, moderate protein, high fibre, high antioxidant, high omega 3 fatty acid rich diet plan, you can schedule your meal timings from your wake up time, but make sure you are maintaining 2-3 hour intervals and consuming the mentioned foods and portions at the appropriate meals. Do follow it to the maximum for best results. Make flaxseed, drumstick leaves, curry leaves powder and sprinkle 30 gm daily on all the foods you consume throughout the day. Consume lot of leeks and lettuce smoothie which is high in fibre content. Also you can consume raw lady's finger water soaked overnight for your diabetes condition. Substitute multigrains in the place single cereal or millet like rice or wheat or ragi to increase the fibre content in your diet for your fatty liver.

Control fat intake, do exercise to reduce. Control t. S. H. You should always tell about the details of investigations then only some further advice can b given but still sugar and tsh if not done. As far as penile pain or stretching difficulty is concerned could b due to sugar or more pubic fat or infection.

The cause of irregular periods are Imbalance in the Eostrogen & progesterone hormones. The cause of imbalance are- * stress * Thyroid disorder * Diseases of uterus * PCOD * Ovarian tumours For making regular your period these are some instructions given below: • Take proper diet full of nutrition . Eat green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits and a glass of milk daily. Eat a fruit daily . • Do Not take stress because stress causes imbalance in hormones of female and make your menstrual cycle disturb and make your ovulation disturb .Do some meditation for maintain hormonal balance. • Do jogging and running exercise daily .If you are obese lose some weight this is also a cause of irregular periods. • Do skipping regularly for 2 to 3 minutes daily. • you can take these medicines for regular periods. Syrup Dashmolarishtha or ,syrup EVECARE of himalya. 2 tsf daily once in a day after meal but only under the guidance of ayurvedic doctor . • Check out Thyroid hormone level & if your T3, T4 , TSH hormone are abnormal then get treatment of it to make your periods regular.

Hello hair loss can be due to multiple reasons: 1. Seasonal 2. Nutritional deficiency 3. Stress 4. Underlying medical issue like thyroid 5. Long term illness like typhoid 6. Cosmetic procedure done like hair straightening there can be various reasons for hair fall. Proper treatment can be guided, only after finding the exact reason. So, best for you is to consult dermatologist in person. After complete clinical history and blood investigations, cause can be found and treatment protocol can be decided.

Kindly take avipattikar churna powder, 1/2 tsf in half a glass of warm water, before meals, twice a day. Take chandrakala rasa, 2 tabs with chandanasva, 3 tsf in half a glass of warm water, after meals, twice a day. Take bruhatyadi kshayam, 3 tsf in half a glass of warm water, empty stomach. Take dry coriander seeds, 1 tsf daily, twice a day, with a glass of warm water (grind coriander powder). Avoid spicy food, fast food, curd, cold water in your diet. Continue the regime for 4 weeks. Cut down suagr and salt in your diet. Good luck

This leads to cell renewal which in turn removes dullness from your skin giving you a brightening effect. As a skin lightening agent, lactic acid helps bleach the hyperpigmented skin by suppressing the production of melanin. Therefore, using yogurt loaded with lactic acid, makes sense when it comes to skin lightening with natural remedies. Ways to use yogurt for skin lightening 1. Take some plain, unflavored and unsweetened, yogurt. Rub this gently on to your skin for a couple of minutes. Then leave the yogurt on your skin for another few minutes. Now wash off using lukewarm water. Repeat this daily. 2. Mix yogurt, lemon juice and oatmeal to get make a face mask. Apply this to your skin. Leave it there for 15-20 minutes before washing off with water. 3. Add 1-2 tsp of honey to 1 tablespoon of yogurt. Apply this to your skin. Leave it for 10-15 minutes. Wash off with water. Repeat daily.
