First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert.

Premature greying of hair is characterized by circumscribed or general lack or loss of normal pigment. Greying of hair is due to the gradual loss of the melanocytes pigment – melanin. Causes of Greying are: Genes play a major role. Vitamin B-12 deficiency or Problems with your pituitary or thyroid gland can cause premature graying that’s reversible if the problem is corrected. A faulty diet is the two primary causes of premature greying of hair. It is mainly due to the lack of iron, copper and iodine in the daily diet that this hair disorder is caused at a young age these days. Mental worries, stress produce an extraordinary tension in the skin of the scalp which interferes with the supply of vital nutrition necessary for the health of the hair. Similarly, anxieties, fear, and failures have adverse effects on the hair. They dry out the scapular marrow, the vital part at the root of the hair. Unclean conditions of the hair weaken the roots of the hair as the pores are blocked by the dirt. Washing the hair with hot water and drying them in electric dryers which emit a blast of hot air. I want build my body size my meals is not so heavy I went 2 gym a long period but I do not see any improve meant I use to smoke in a day 5 times I eat sweet supari 20 packet in day I do not understand I want to build up my size how many meals have to take in a days and time how to ignor when I thought about ciggrate.

You are so young, but your bad habits are stopping you from building your body size. Firstly eat heavy meals three times a day that is lunch dinner and breakfast. Never smoke again and stop eating sweet supari right away, its unhealthy. Eat cow ghee with your meals. Start eating 2 spoon tulsi juice everyday, and your quench to smoke will perish. Never eat tulsi either drink juice or keep in mouth and let it dissolve. Tulsi has mercury in it so chewing may break your teeth. Start jogging, yoga, cycling.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. There are some benefits claimed regarding blood glucose control with black grapes. It is supposed to stimulate insulin secretion and reduces insulin resistance This is said to be due to presence of resveritrol in them. However, there are no authentic clinical studies to support these claims. Most fruits contain antioxidants and flavonoids, which offer multiple benefits. But grapes are generally very sweet, so it is always good if one consumes a very limited quantity. Thanks.

Joint & back pain 1) do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min. Afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) start natural calcium supplement. 3) do regular stretching exercise 4) in yoga do bhujangasan, halasan & suryanamaskar. Life-style correction 1) correct your sitting posture. 2) take small pillow or back rest for lower back. 3) foot should rest to floor easily. 4) take small break after 1 hr & walk few steps. 5) do neck & upper back extension, give feedback after 4 days.

There is a possibility you may be suffering from a condition called polycystic ovarian syndrome. Please do a few blood tests- testosterone, fsh, lh, prolactin, tft, cbc and a pelvic usg to find out. Please read my health post on pcos. You might find it useful.

Take tab normetrogyl 1 tab bd and tab rantac 150 morning empty stomach and before dinner for 5 days. Take tab meftal spas when you have stomachache. It will help. Thank you.

in case of fever * Take full rest & do not do any work at all. *Drink only luke warm water all the day. * cover your whole body so that it cause sweating and lower down fever fast. *Do not take any antibiotic without consulting Physician. * Take 5 leaves of Tulsi and small piece of ginger.Crush them & boil in a glass of waterfor 2-3 minutes. Drink it twice a day to treat the fever. * If the fever do not lower down after taking crocin, then put the cloth/ bandage soaked in tap water and put on forehead and change it after 2-3 minutes. Do that until the temprature lower down.Do not use ice cold water for this. *Eat only light and easy digested food only.Avoid fried foods, meat, eggs, cheese . *If the fever do not lower down even after 3 days , then go to nearest hospital and test the blood for Malaria, Typhoid, Dengue and viral fever only under the guidance of doctor. Avoid from sudden change in temperature .Do not stay in Air condition, wear full sleeve clothes and cover your body on rest. It is not symptoms of swine flu. Symptoms of swine flu are * high grade fever * sore throat * body ache * loose motion

Dear Sir, My age is 51 and I am asthma patient and used inhaler also 15 years ago ,I have a problem my in side mouth food tube starting side area having white spot ,I shown 3 Nos of ENT consultant they were told that is only food debris then advised - for gargling in worm water or salt water over all complete gone . Please follow the below recommendation for your conditions: Bananas are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. Whosoever want to gain weight must eat a banana daily in the morning with a glass of warm milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar in it. Moreover, you can also have it after your meals. Hair fall may be attributed to different reasons like using artificial colors, hair styling, chemicals etc. It may be due to some internal weakness also. Please go for herbal neem shampoo. Use shikakai and amla as conditioner (soak amla and shikakai in water overnight and boil a little in morning). Apply it on hairs. Keep for half an hour and then wash. It will condition the hairs.

For increasing your weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

Hi, I am 23 years old. Now a days am facing more hair fall issue. Since am using same hair oil and hair shampoo from long time. I do not know why its happening pls suggest. And also if any solution also pls do let me know. And also for your information am doing exercises daily, is it good to do exercise with empty food and effective. Or we should take any food. If it's, what is the best to have before doing exercises. What kind of foods will make body more stronger. . Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Mid afternoon ? Coconut water or dry fruits or lemon tea or vegetable soup.Do regular exercise like brisk walking (at least), running, swimming etc. avoid sedentary and lazy lifestyle. For further assistance you can consult with me privately.
