Thanks for your query. You need to get yourself examined by a surgeon who need to do a rectal exam and find out if it needs surgery. Depending on the size it will be deciidedwhether it needssurgery or not. Meanwhile you should continue to take high fibre diet and avoid consitipation all together. Dear lybrate-user, welcome to lybrate. Memory and mind power depends mainly on three aspects. Understanding, storage and recollection. To understand what you are studying, you must be able to be attentive or concentrate. Concentration is possible when you are interested in that subject. Creative way of learning can help you concentrate and understand easily. When you are able to understand and concentrate, it is stored within your brain. If you read more and more it will be store in long term memory. Third part is retrieval. Whenever you want to retrive what you learned and stored, your brain gets the request, searches the database and retrieves the information for you. The retrieval may prove to be difficult if you are anxious, stressed, worried or tired physically or mentally. Retrieval is more easy when you are relaxed and healthy. Brain needs nutrients to keep itself sharp. Fruits, vegetables and dry fruits provide much needed nutrients for your brain. Include at least one fruit in your daily diet. Physical exercises, entertainment, hobbies, relaxation, memory games like sudoku etc help keep your memory sharp and active. Take care.

I am 52 years. Weight is 70. Height 5.2, i want to lose weight pls help me. Three times taking chapati only. No rise weekly once only rice. I should avoid rice dosa idly. Taking three times tea. 30 minu. Walking in morning not lose weight.

I've been working out since last 2 years. I was only 49 kgs when started and now I'm 70. I've been using supplements since a year and now my body had stopped responding to them. I don't see a growth at all. In fact I'm prone to lose weight quickly as I belong to ectomorph category. I've stopped supps and being completely on natural diet still one day miss effects badly and I can see the difference inthe energy as well growth levels. I've even changed the workout plans and diet plans as well and still no results Pls suggest. It's really demovating! :(

over stress also lead to weight gain..be chill n relaxed..first of all fix ur target n go towards tat straight..dont switch over n over from practices..if u r on diet hav a control over tat...along with diet pls do walking n cycling alone..tat it makes u fit n energetic..all the best

My wife aged 42 years had two seizure in last two years. Every time doctor find that seizure is occurred due to lack of Na+ and K+. Hi, Follow the following medication and guidelines----Start the treatment with single dose of Tuberculinum 1M. After 1 week of this take the below:- * First week- you should take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *second week- take Thuja 1M, drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *third week- Again take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *fourth week- take Thuja 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *Take Rite -hite tablets from SBL, 2-2 tabs, two times daily. *Bio combination no. 21, 4 -4 tabs daily, two times. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Yes, the body's ability to throw out the by products of alcohol metabolism changes with growing age. Also there is no recommendations for alcohol. It's alien to our system.

8 Things Men Need For A Better Sex Life

Regardless of a man?s age, even occasional erection problems are very common, and can be triggered by many different, and surprising, habits.
So, in addition to talking with your doctor about specific health issues you may need to address, what are some everyday things that men need to do for a healthier erection, and a better sex life?

Stop smoking.

For men under the age of 40, smoking is the biggest cause of erectile dysfunction. That?s because maintaining an erection requires a healthy blood supply, and nicotine causes your blood vessels to contract (which causes the penis to shrink). The longer you?re a smoker, the more difficult it is to treat or reverse erectile dysfunction.

Exercise

Regular exercise is a must for both your heart and circulation ? and because of that, it?s also an important way to prevent ED. Regular exercise can improve blood flow to the penis, as well as to the rest of your body. Not to mention, working out increases your energy, lowers blood pressure, reduces stress, helps you sleep better, and makes you feel (and look!) more attractive ? which are all helpers in avoiding erection problems.

Don?t drink as much.

Sure, kicking back with a little liquor is a great way to de-stress ? but in large amounts, alcohol is a depressant. That means the more you drink, the more likely the alcohol will lead to erectile dysfunction (depression is one of the biggest causes of ED). This effect increases as you get older, so older men who are at greater risk for erection problems should take steps to limit the number of alcoholic beverages they consume. Talk to your doctor to find out if you should aim for less than the two-drinks-per-day maximum that?s often advised for men.
Eat better.

A number of studies show that obesity, high cholesterol, diabetes, heart disease, and high blood pressure are linked to erectile dysfunction. Since a healthy diet is one of the best ways to protect against these diseases, it makes sense for your sexual health to eat healthily. What foods should be a part of your ED-prevention diet? Lots of fruits and vegetables, plenty of fiber, and very little saturated fat. If you?re struggling with your weight or cholesterol, ask your doctor for help.

Protect your penis.

Although the penis is not a bone, it can fracture. When the penile chamber that fills with blood during an erection ruptures, it fractures the penis ? and this can be a major cause of erection problems. And if you don?t seek immediate treatment, penile fractures can lead to scarring, deformity, and erectile dysfunction. So think twice before having over-the-top, acrobatic sex (especially if the woman?s on top). If a penile injury occurs with bruising, pain, or swelling, call your doctor or go to an emergency room.

Brush your teeth.

Turns out, erectile dysfunction and chronic gum disease share many of the same risk factors. In one recent study, 80 percent of men who had severe erectile dysfunction (caused by poor penile blood supply) also had chronic gum disease. Keeping your mouth healthy with flossing, brushing, and regular dental visits is one more way to keep your sex life in tip-top shape.

Stress less

Stress and anxiety are frequent contributors to erection problems. That?s because stress causes your body to release stress hormones that are good for your ?fight or flight? response, but bad for your blood flow because it causes blood vessels to contract. To prevent ED, find ways to reduce stress (without resorting to drugs, cigarettes, or alcohol, of course)

Sleep.

Fatigue can be hurt your sex life ? so getting plenty of rest is always a good idea. But if you?re struggling to get a good night?s sleep and feeling drained throughout the day, you could have a condition called sleep apnea (which is signaled by very noisy snoring and periods of interrupted breathing). Studies show that men with erectile dysfunction are more than twice as likely to have sleep apnea.
If you find that these daily habits aren?t enough to help with your erectile problems, talk to your doctor and make sure there isn?t something more serious going on ? remember that some issues can?t be fixed by just waiting it out, and doing nothing can actually make the problem worse.

Hello,Medication will not help at this age, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. play Basket ball regularly. Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. I suggest you to follow these exercises on regular basis in order to get result.

1. Night fall is common in adolescent age group and young adults. It is due to involuntary ejaculation during sleep in night/early morning. 2. Night fall in moderation relieves sexual tension. 3. Excessive fall can cause weakness, fatigue, sexual problem like erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, testicular pain, decrease sperm count. Precaution 1. Do regular aerobic exercise for 1 hour daily like brisk walking/ jogging/running/cycling/swiming 2. Avoid stress, anxiety 3. Practice yoga, meditatation, deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control emotion and relieve stress 4. Take good nourishing diet, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits (onion, garlic, pomegranate help) 5. Avoid spicy, oily, fatty and junk food, 6. Avoid consumption of liquid 2 hours before going to sleep and don't take milk, tea,/coffee before going to bed 7. Take a bath and go for urination just before going t o bed 8. Avoid watching poronographic/erotic pictures/ movies before going to sleep 9. Listen to soothing music which gives peace of mind, read good books before going to sleep 10. For healthy weight gain, 1. Have small frequent meals at 2-3 hrs intervals containing foods rich in nutrient & calorie density (concentrated food low in volume) like paneer paratha, cheese-potato sandwich, dates-almonds milkshake, peanut chikki, til ladoo, banana kheer, atta halwa/gond ladoo, thicker atta-maida rotis with ghee, rice with ghee, cow/buffalo milk with skim milk powder, homemade cereal malt with milk & sugar, premix with soup, fruit juice, sugarcane juice, dry fruits, soyabean cutlet/roll, fruit lassi, egg curry/omlette/egg scramble/french toast, fatty fish, thick creamy chicken soup 2. Drink 2-3 litres water daily (but not with or just before meal) 3. Avoid junk foods & empty calorie snacks 4. Enjoy meals in a peaceful environment without distractions 5. Eat fast & in bigger utensils 6. Practice strength exercises-bench press, squats, push up, etc to increase lean mass only not causing any weight loss. Take 15 mins light walk before meals to enhance appetite. 7. Get a thyroid profile test done to rule out hyperthyroidism.
