No gymming or using hand for work. Bone takes minimum 4 weeks to unite. If you start working now, fracture may not heal and you may have problems later.

This is post traumatic stiffness. Proceed with physiotherapy and strech beyond routine range of movement. Ideally elbow is immobilised for 4-6 weeks post dislocation, I hope you have done that. Medications like etova mr, Enzomac and Tendocare will help. Hot water compression will help. Avoid massage, traumatic manipulation.

I get frequent back aches. I never had a fall or injuries for my back. Wat can I do to relieve the pain?
Back pain could be because of muscle spasm or soft tissue injury in day to day life. Take 8 sessions of S.W.D followed by spine mobility and strengthening exercise, consult physiotherapist for same.
