Hi. Unfortunately nothing can be done except physically removing the decay. If the pulp/nerves are involved then rct becomes a must otherwise not. Visit a dentist, get a radiograph made. If needed take a second opinion before you do the treatment.

My decay is increasing how to stop without doing root canal because  it pains a lot.

Please show to a near by dentist and get a radiograph made. If there are changes in the radiograph as well. RCT will be the best bet.Or else remove the tooth which i never suggest unless its the last resort.

I have a central cavity in a tooth in lower left jaw which only pains due to sensitivity i.E when i drink even normal water. What could be d cause and other than 
RT what could be other option if necessary.

Oral prophylaxis. Removal of probable causes. Oral hygiene maintenance. Gums should never bleed on brushing.

After eating, never use a toothpick to clean in between the teeth...they cause damage to your gums & can further increase the problem..instead choose Dental Floss..keep smiling :)
