What does it mean that cow milk is not good for health. It does not increase the calcium. Please describe clearly.
Milk is good source of calcium either it is cow milk or buffalo milk. Cow milk has lower amount of fat and cholesterol compare to buffalo milk buf if you drink skimmed milk then there is no difference but cow milk has almost double amount of sodium compare to buffalo milk so if person suffering from cardiac disease buffalo skimmed milk is good option.

But... its not so..as it is easier to take out the calories than to try and burn them off..

5) Ensure to follow a regular exercise routine
6) Dinner should be had atleast two hours before bed time for effective digestion.
7) Avoid overcooking, reheating, or deep freezing food.
8) Avoid the use of soda bicarbonate, preservatives, and colors while cooking vegetables and pulses.
9) Prefer the consumption of whole fruits over juices.
10) Use wheat flour without sieving.
11) Never skip a meal, instead have smaller and frequent meals.
12) Always start your day with breakfast. This will keep you energized throughout the day.
13) Avoid refined products and processed foods..

Mr. Lybrate-user, if you have confirmed diabetes, then starting treatment with appropriate drugs is essential. In addition regular exercise and diet control also is required. You should avoid sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods, pastries, other bakery items and sweetened aerated drinks and high fat milk product. Also avoid fructose corn syrup containing products and high; y proceeded food products. Daily exercise of at least 1 hour, brisk walking can be a very good option. Plus refrain from alcohol and smoking. Basically adapt a modified lifestyle. Thanks.

Take high calorie and high protein diet do excercise or walk regularly. Don't skip brkfst. With brkfst take 1 glass of milk n add 2 badam n 2 anjeer.

diet and workouts go a long way in helping you gain strength to gain weight, you must eat more calories than you burn. When you gain weight, some will be fat and some will be muscle. To gain muscle, you must eat protein. To boost the ratio of muscle to fat gain, you must exercise. To gain muscle and strength, you must engage in resistance exercise. To improve bodyfat percentage and gain weight, you must cycle through phases of gaining muscle and losing fat. I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. Hi lybrate-user firstly, start doing surya namaskar in morning and start eating triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. Start a fruit dieting every alternative day, means you have to eat fruits every alternative days & normal fruit every other alternative days. Avoid late night dinners and try to eat nothing after sunset. Sit in vajrasana after every meal you eat for 10 minutes. Walk atleast 30 min in morning.

Although your problems are under control but 180 ml alcohol daily consumption is too high.Although recommended daily consumption is 30 ml to keep ourselves fit but 60 Ml is the maximum limit.So try to lower your alcohol consumption to upto 60 ml otherwise you can face problems in future.

Eat small and frequent meals ○ Spread your intake of food evenly during the day. * Include some healthy proteins in your diet ○ Protein ○ Protein -rich food: Milk, cheese, yoghurt, meats, eggs, beans, soy, salmon. * Include healthy carbohydrates in your diet. ○ Do not eat too much of these at once For example, whole/brown bread, cereals, rice, potatoes, fruits etc. * Free foods which can be eaten freely ○ These foods have very little or no carbohydrates. ○ Salads and vegetables (except potato, corn, sweet potato and legumes) ○ Fruits - Lemon, Lime and berries. ○ Drinks- Lemon water, water, very small amount of tea & coffee without sugar. * Reduce sugar and artificial sweets ○ Avoid soft drinks, jams, chocolates, cakes and biscuits. ○ Reduce your intake of desserts.

Milk is not a simple drink; in fact, it can be called a phenomenon that traces back to thousands of years to time unknown. Even today the milk myth is very much present in our daily lives and you will be surprised to know that back in 2001, the average American kid drank more than 104 quarts of cow milk. But does it really have any good effect on human bones? Researchers say otherwise; milk tends to deplete the calcium content in human bones.

The cause in the myth of milk

The myth of milk has extended itself across the globe on the basis of a misconception that calcium and protein-rich drinks are essential to support bone health at all ages. Here it can be implied that the confusion regarding supposed benefits of milk may have stemmed from the fact that milk is rich in calcium, which is about 300 mg calcium for a cupful of milk.

Did you know that various scientific studies have reported that series of detrimental health issues are directly connected with consumption of milk? The most astonishing fact here is that not only do people hardly absorb the calcium contained in cow’s milk, but it leads to depletion of calcium content in the human bones.  Similar to animal protein, milk would acidify the pH level of the body which leads to a biological correction. You can also take the package for Reducing Joint/Muscle Pains.

Milk causes depletion of calcium content in bones

Calcium is a great acid neutralizer and the largest store of calcium in the body is in the bones. The report said that the relation between bone health and calcium consumption is poor. Just the way mother’s milk is indispensable for a human baby, cow’s milk owing to its very nature is ideal for calves.

Besides, depleting calcium content in the bones, cow’s milk increases the risk of fracture and is an acidifying animal protein that takes a toll on the human digestive system as well. Hi Lybrate user. Do not take tea in the morning, it is not good for health. 1) eat ½ tsf of AJOVA SEEDS along with ½ tsf of jaggery, before and after meals 2) eat 30-40 black currants during meals. Do all these things for 7 days it gives you excellent result THANKS.
