Yoga or walk. Eat a protein rich food in the morning which will help you keep energized the entire day, fuel yourself every 2.5 hours. Follow small meal pattern. Drink enough fluids.

Early morning -
Dalchini milk tea wth 2bis
Half n hr later - lemon mint ginger water

Brkfst - pick any - mango shake 250ml with 1piece dry tea lemon cake or suji upma wth sweet lasi or 1aloo non fry tandoori parantha wth namkeen puddina jeera chach (salted mint buttermilk)

12noon- watermelon mint ginger lemon smoothie

Lunch - 1cup boiled rice with pick any - kabuli white chana /black or rajma/sambar or non veg - 1katori only with raita

Evening - lemon mint ginger water and later ajwain milk tea +dry bhel chat

Dinr - pick any - cold coffee with 1scoop vanilla /suji or rice kheer / jaggery (gur) roti wth teaspoon malai/besan milk (sheera) / 1piece donut or dry cake.

Before sleeping - green coffee with half teaspoon honey

Hi Priyanka., Thanks for writing into lybrate. Medication:- 1. Tab Obesidat -1tab twice a day before food. 2. Triphala juice-10ml with warm water daily before food twice a day Tips:- 1.No salt intake after 7: 30pm 2.No aerated drinks. Even Liquor too. 3.Restrict mango and banana. 4.Restrict potato and rice. 5.No artificial juices. 6.Half an hour aerobic exercise daily. Joining a gym for workout will be a better option. 7.20 mins of breathing exercise (pranayam). 8.Avoid Rajmah, Channa, Peas, Mushroom, Gobi, Pumpkin, Leafy vegetables, Capsicum, Paneer, Cheese, Curd, Non Veg, Maida related items (like Bread, bun, pizza, burger etc), Deep fried and spicy food, Sweets, Sugar, carbohydrate rich fruits like apple, Sapota, Banana etc. 9.Avoid rice intake in the morning and strictly in the night. 10.Avoid intake of refrigerated food in the morning, prepared previous night. 11.Intake of food should be on time without skipping even a single meal. 12.Maintain min two hours of gap between dinner intake and sleep. 13.Consume minimum eight glasses of water a day. 14.“Early to bed and early to rise” should be strictly followed. Sleeping Late night should be strictly avoided. 15.Have fruits only in the noon time. Avoid fruits consumption in the night (occasionally can be taken before dinner). 16.Stop intake of milk during bed time. 17.Bathing should be before food intake only. 18.Tea, milk intake should be twice a day preferably morning and evening. Coffee intake should be strictly avoided

That being said, green coffee and its antioxidant components are beneficial for the body but attempting to lose weight only using green coffee is not advisable. If your objective is to lose weight and tone your body, you need - 1. Expert guide 2. Adjustment of your meals 3. Suitable dietary additions 4. A good workout plan a good weight reduction programme should be: 1. Personalized 2. Good compliance. I. E. Should be agreeable and easy to follow 3. Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.
