I always get my period around 23rd or 24th,I took i-pill on 3rd but there was no bleeding as I read about side effects then I took another pill on 16th and I bleed on 20th,now I'm worried what actually is happening with me?please help,I am so worried

My husband suffered FSH hormone level is high like 26 what should be treatment and als it is major problem of infertility.

It is also essential for men to have normal levels of the FSH hormone. An imbalance of this hormone in men can contribute to infertility. For men, FSH controls sperm production which is of course essential to fertility. Typically, a man’s follicle-stimulating hormone levels should be between 5 and 15 IU/L. High levels of FSH in a male could indicate that the testicles are not functioning properly, or may have been damaged by some condition. They can also indicate the presence of Klinefelter syndrome, a genetic disorder that causes the presence of too many X chromosomes in the male. So get semen analysis done, and consult with some good infertility specialist.

Patience is the key. It took nine months for your tummy muscles to stretch to accommodate a full-term baby. So it makes sense that it can take that long, or longer, to tighten up again. The speed and degree of this tightening up depends on a few factors, including: • What shape and size you were before you conceived your baby. • How much weight you gained during pregnancy. • How active you are. • Something you can't do anything about: your genes. You may find it easier to shed the weight if: • You gained less than 13.6kg and exercised regularly during pregnancy. • You breastfeed. • This is your first baby. NOTE you shouldn't aim to be back to your pre-pregnancy weight until about six months after your baby's birth. How can you safely lose weight to help your belly look better? Breastfeeding may help, especially in the early months after giving birth. If you breastfeed, you'll burn extra calories to make milk – about 500 calories a day. You may lose your pregnancy weight more quickly than mums who bottle-feed their babies. Breastfeeding also triggers contractions that help to shrink your womb, making it a workout for your whole body. However, if you eat more than you burn off, you will put on weight, even if you breastfeed. It's fine to lose weight while you are breastfeeding. Your body is very efficient at making milk, and losing up to 1kg a week shouldn't affect the amount of milk you make. However, if you have a newborn to look after, you'll need plenty of energy. Trying to lose weight too soon after giving birth may delay your recovery and make you feel even more tired. It’s especially important not to attempt a very low-calorie diet. So try to wait until you've had your postnatal check before start trying to lose weight. Eating healthily, combined with gentle exercise, will help you to get in shape. The following general guidelines will help you to achieve and maintain a healthy weight: • Make time for breakfast. • Eat at least five portions of fruit and vegetables a day. • Include plenty of fibre-rich foods, such as oats, beans, lentils, grains and seeds, in your diet. • Include a starchy food such as bread, rice, pasta (preferably wholegrain varieties for added fibre) or potatoes in each meal. • Go easy on high-fat and high-sugar foods, such as biscuits and cakes. • Watch your portions at mealtimes and the number and type of snacks you eat between meals. There's no right answer about how many calories a day you should have. The amount you need to eat depends on your weight and how active you are. What else can you do to help regain your pre-pregnancy belly? Exercise can help to tone stomach muscles and burn calories. If you exercised right up until the end of your pregnancy, you can do some light exercise and stretching from the start. If you stopped exercising during your pregnancy or are a newcomer to fitness, it is better to start exercising more slowly. Fitness aside, all new mums can begin pelvic floor exercises and work on gently toning up lower tummy muscles as soon as they feel ready. This may help you to get back to your pre-pregnancy shape and help to flatten your tummy. When you feel up to it, take your baby out for walks in his pushchair. Getting out and about will help to lift your mood and exercise your body gently. You may find there are pushchair workouts with other new mums in your local park.

Any muscle or group of muscles are susceptible to anxiety and stress caused tension and pain. Once the muscles are strained, they can spasm and'lock up, which can cause even greater pain and immobility, such as that commonly associated with chronic back pain. The long-term solution to anxiety and stress caused chronic back pain is reducing your anxiety and your body’s stress sufficiently so that your body stops exhibiting chronic back pain symptoms. Some short-term remedies that might also help alleviate chronic back pain: Anything that reduces your body’s stress can help, such as deep relaxation, rest, and getting good sleep. Regular light to moderate exercise can also help loosen tight muscles, such as those responsible for chronic back pain. Heat (heat causes tight muscles to loosen). Having a warm bath. Have a massage. Vibrator on the back (vibration can help loosen tight muscles and stop muscle spasms). Avoiding stimulants (stimulants stress the body). Muscle relaxants. Gentle/mild stretching. Slowing down a hectic schedule or lifestyle. Taking some time off so that your body can reduce its stress. And so on. Again, anything that can help reduce the body’s stress and relax muscles, can help alleviate chronic back pain.

Lybrate-user hope you are suffering from irregular cycles so far which is root of missing pregnancy. Try to get recovery of your cycles and have contact with your husband in ovulation period. Ovulation period of28day iis 14 ovulation of30 day cycle is15. So mix with partner 3daya pre and post of period. You will get success.

For muscle mass increase, intake of protein needs to be improved in diet. Good dietary protein sources include- dairy products (milk, curd, buttermilk, lassi, channa/paneer), whole egg, fish, chicken, nuts, seeds, soybean/ nutrella. Supplements should be taken only when intake through natural sources is not possible.

Dear lybrateuser, -Do steam inhalation three times a day -take tablet Sinarest, 1 tablet three times a day after food with water or milk -avoid cold fluids, have more of warm fluids like water, tea, coffee, milk (mix 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric in 1 cup of milk, have twice a day) & warm soup -avoid sour, fried & spicy food -do warm salt water gargles three times a day if itching or pain in throat -if still not much relief then do blood cbc, x-ray chest & consult a doctor you may require a change in medication or new medication. -

Hello, If those are acne marks, follow the below points: Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days. Use Bakson's Apricot scrub at least once a week.

Water melon juice: Prepare watermelon juice in a juicer which does not separate the pulp but converts it into semi liquid so that it can be taken as a part of juice. Cut some watermelon in small pieces of less than half inch. Mix with juice. Have some mint leaves, duly washed and cut. Pour the juice in glasses and garnish with mint leaves. Serve chilled. This delicious juice is a mine full of antioxidants, nutrients and fiber. If desired, one can also add some lemon juice and salt.

HI…1) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods, 2) sleep upto 10-10.30 pm, 3) avoid coffee and tea, A) Eat 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jiggery during meals, B) Take 200 ml of fresh butter milk with pinch of saindhav lavan after meals, C) take 30 ml of aamla juice along with 15 ml of honey in morning on empty stomach, D) take fresh juice of beet or pomegranate in morning instead of breakfast, E) do yoga and anuloma-viloma pranayam regularly for 20-30 minutes do all these things for 15 days…gives you good result…THANKS.
