Most likely you have intervertebral disc bulge causing decrease in gap on x ray. Most cases resolve with supportive treatment as described below. Very few cases, need treatment like epidural steroid injections for disc bulge causing sciatica. Take anti inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen round the clock for pain relief 2. Take rest for 3 to 4 days but avoid total bed rest. 4. Do back strengthening and stretching exercises daily once pain is relieved. 5. Apply analgesic cream over back followed by warm fomentation. 6. Keep pillow behind your knees at bedtime. While sleeping on sides keep pillow between knees. 7. Do not bend and lift weights. 8. If back pain is accompanied with radiating leg pain or tingling, numbness or weakness, consult immediately (read my health tip on sciatica for further information) for further queries consult again.

The corner of lips can be lightened with the help of daily scrubbing. Scrub your lips three times a week and apply lip balm.

Hi, If you are going to the college or work by cycle, then you can do it provide your stomach is not too full. Otherwise, as an exercise, it is better to do on empty stomach or after drinking a glass of milk or coffee with few biscuits.

You need to control your food intake. Avoid eating any processed or packaged food, limit intake of milk products and white sugar & maida containing foods. Your >50% food intake must be of fruits, salads, sprouts, nuts & seeds etc. Do 30 mins of cardio exercise in the morning. All the best.

Sir, I'm 24 years old. My father is 5.3 and and I'm 5.4 in height. I used ashwagandha and done several exercises from the age of 21. It helped to increase just 1 cm. Is there any chances to grow about 5 cm. I will do what ever you say. Any supplements, exercises etc. I need more height to be a soldier. Pls help sir.

There are no allopathic / unani / homeo drugs or diet plans or surgery or any medical /magical methods and exercises to increase height and it is a genetic trait of a person and is based on parental height. There is no magical remedy for height. Many products marketed as height increasing products are false claims and will only take your money away. You learn to live with what height you have genetically got and many great men in history were not tall and they are known for and famous for their great deeds .Understand that it is not the physical height of anyone but his or her great achievement is hailed by others or society.

Dear, keloids are formed due to defective healing of body injury. I can suggest you some better tips to get relief from keloids: * boil 100 gm of dry or fresh neem leaves in 500 ml of water and wash keloids with this water daily. * take 2 teaspoon of turmeric (haldi) and 2 tea spoon of mehndi, mix some water in it and make paste. Apply this paste on keloids and wash it after 45 minutes. Repeat it atleast for 20-25 days. * you can take mahamanjishtarishth but only under the guidance of an ayurveda expert. * you can also opt the plastic surgery or radiation therapy by consulting a cosmetic surgeon.

Clothing That Lets Your Skin Breathe

Some women may wear cotton and some satin. What is obvious here is which one of the two women are more comfortable. Even if the woman who is dressed in satin has a much shorter dress than the woman wearing cotton, the skin of the woman wearing cotton will still breathe a lot better. Therefore, it can be said that it is not the length of the clothing you wear as compared to the material you are wearing, which dictates how well you breathe. This is because certain fabrics allow sweat to evaporate while others block skin pores.

Here are the fabrics, which allow sweat to evaporate and do not block skin pores:

  1. Cotton: There are a number of natural varieties of cotton. Cotton blends are one of those, which might not be very helpful, but 100% cotton fabric is. Seersucker and madras cotton are also easy to breathe in. Dry summers and humid conditions make cotton clothes ideal.
  2. Linen: Linen is another natural fiber, which absorbs moisture well. Since linen is lightweight, it is also a fabric which helps your skin breathe.
  3. Light variants of silk: The light variants of silk allow your skin to breathe since it dries quickly and is highly absorbent. Silk is also a fabric, which is least likely to cause an allergic reaction
  4. Chambray: Chambray is an alternative to denim and is a breathable one as well. 

There are also fabrics which you should avoid in summer when your skin needs to breathe. They are.

  • Satin: Satin as mentioned earlier is thick and heavy and does not allow someone to breathe well.
  • Nylon: Nylon does not absorb sweat well and is also water repellant. This means that it will trap sweat within your clothes and will make you feel uncomfortable.
  • Polyester: Polyester is very similar to nylon in that it makes sweat stick in between your body and your garment. 
  • Rayon or viscose: Rayon or viscose is often passed off as cotton. However, it's not as good as cotton, even though it is not as bad as polyester or nylon.
