Hi Take ½ glass of carrot juice + Add ½ glass of spinach juice + Mix well + Drink this juice to cure headache 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take pranacharya no tens capsule 1_1 twice a day. Take shirshooladi vajra ras twice a day with honey. Avoid tea and coffee.

Hi Charan , Your digestion is too weak First you have to improve your digetion -stop all fast food and bakery foods Drink atleast 3 to 3.5 lit.water per day Eat 10 kali kishmish ( chew it for 32 times ) and drink 1 glass lukewarm water or lukewarm milk over it before bed time Start hingwashatak churna 1/ 2 tsf + 1/2 cup of lukewarm water before food 1/2 hr . 1 tsf pure cow ghee empty stomach early morning daily Thanks a lot .

U take low calorie low sodium high protein diet. 45 min walk daily speedly. Don't take rice at night. Don't take coffee. Drink 10-12 glass of water. Don't drink immediately after meal. 4 -5 in a day on frequent interval.

Take protein rich food --- milk products, dry fruits, seeds, pulses, mutter, soya bean. Cereals, potatoes, sweet potatoes, plantains etc. Can be useful for gaining weight. Also take vegetables, greens and fruits. Have vigorous physical exercise to improve digestion and absorption of food as well as blood circulation. Eat at regular intervals. Threptin biscuits will be helpful.

1. Use amla (gooseberry) juice on scalp and also to drink. 2. Mix curry leaves with coconut oil and heat up and let it cool. Massage scalp with this oil. 3. Apply hair packs like egg with yogurt, banana. 4. Have lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits rich in vitamin c. 5. Protein is the most important element for maintaining hair health. Make sure your diet in protein rich sources like eggs, fish, chicken, soyabean, sprouts, pulses and grains 6. Zinc, iron & copper promote healthy hair. Some sources of this are eggs, whole grains, all types of seeds like flaxseed, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, dry fruits and nuts etc.

Back. Do the cat/cow avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretchingstretch. Knee. Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Biotin is good for hair and there are no such higher limits. Minimum requirement is around 30-80 mcg / day I cannot suggest any brand. Advise is to take other vitamins also and you could think of taking homeopathic treatment.

Take gokshura power, kaunch beej powder in equal amount, mix them well and take this mixture, 1 tsf in a glass of warm milk, twice a day, after meals. Avoid spicy food, excess tea, coffee, soft drinks in your routine. Continue the regime for 2 months. Include dates in your routine, 5 to 6 dates daily will be enough. Good luck.

Follow these tips to lightens and remove the pimples marks - .1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the marks. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on mark. It will lightens the mark definitly. 4.Soak cotton gauze in rose water and clean the dark spots 2-3 times daily. 4. Take carotene rich vegetable suchas carrots, beetroot and fruits- mango, pineapple, strawberry regularly. You can consult me privately for your doubts and detailed treatment.

difficult to take out medication as age progress but definitely can reduce dose ... low salt diet ... regular eating habit less carbohydrates and fatty food....consult dietician for further details...

Hello, take Sepia 30 ch , 3 drops daily morning empty stomach. Take Biofungin , 2 tsp twice daily. Apply Topi berberis on the face. Revert after 15 days. Take care.

Foods to Eat and Avoid When You Have Diabetes

Diabetes is a condition where the blood sugar level rises in your body either due to less insulin level in the body or reduced sensitivity of the body to insulin. The foods you eat have a major role in controlling your blood sugar levels. You need to pick your foods wisely to prevent your blood sugar levels from spiking.

The various foods that you should be eating if you have diabetes are:

  1. Dark chocolate: chocolate contains good amounts of flavonoids that help in improving insulin sensitivity and limits food cravings. It also reduces your chances of heart attack.
  2. Blueberries: blueberries are rich in fiber that helps you in managing your blood sugar levels. They also contain anthocyanins that assist in regulating your blood sugar levels.
  3. Fish: fish is rich in omega 3 fatty acids that reduce inflammation in the body, thus reducing your chances of heart problems. Fish is also a good source of protein that helps you in feeling fuller.
  4. Olive oil: olive oil is rich in antioxidants that help in reducing your chances of heart diseases and diabetes.
  5. Oranges: make sure you eat plenty of oranges as they are rich in vitamin c and they reduce the risk of diabetes. You may also opt for broccoli or strawberries.

The various foods you should avoid are:

  1. White rice: white rice is a refined grain which, when consumed, tends to spike your blood sugar levels. You can instead opt for brown rice.
  2. Bananas: banana may contain vitamins and minerals, but are also rich in carbohydrates. Instead, opt for fruits like berries that are not only rich in fiber and antioxidants, but also have a low glycemic index.
  3. Sugary foods: the term sugary foods is used to describe foods such as pastries, cakes, and cookies. These foods are carbohydrate rich and do not contribute much in making the body healthy. Instead, replace them with natural foods such as chickpeas and peanuts.
  4. Dried fruit: various dried fruits contain a high concentration of sugar, which happens due to the dehydration process by which they are formed. So replace them with fresh fruits such as guava and peaches to control your blood sugar levels.

Amongst all other dry fruits, almonds and walnuts can be had in moderation as they contain essential fatty acids and do not affect blood sugars.

Quit habits strictly. Seems like you have oral submucous fibrosis (osmf). Kindly consult an oral & maxillo facial surgeon in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need conservative or surgical management for mouth opening depending upon the stage of osmf. Advise full mouth opening, ballooning exercise & side to side movement of the jaw. Wrap 25 to 30 ice-cream sticks, make a bundle, put it between upper & lower front teeth for 15 minutes thrice a day increase 1 sticks each day.
