Inadequate sleep is one of the main reasons for headaches. Avoid stress. do deep breathing exercises or yoga. Take over-the-counter medicine for headache if intolerable pain. Drink plenty of liquids. Eat healthy diet. Rest in quiet surrounding. Hope this helps u.

No problem of 3 ft intestine only. Person can lead his life normal. Your treating Dr. Can better guide you. Survival depend on the other parameters of the patient.

Yoga is a physical, mental, and spiritual practice. A research group from Boston University School of Medicine tested yoga's effects on lower-back pain. Over twelve weeks, one group of volunteers practiced yoga while the control group continued with standard treatment for back pain. The reported pain for yoga participants decreased by one-third while the standard treatment group had only a five percent drop. Yoga participants also had a drop of 80% in the use of pain medication.

Use Bengel gel at night. Acne or pimples. Due to hormonal changes. Oily skin causes it. Common in adolescent age. May occur in adults also. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne. Be particular about food choices & timings. Follow the proper do's and don't of diabetes avoid all refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Avoid high starchy foods such as rice, potato & colocasia. Include more fiber, pulses & green leafy vegetables in your diet. Avoid sweetend fruits such as banana, mango, litchi, chickoo, grapes from your diet.
