The most common high-lactose foods include: Milk, milkshakes and other milk-based beverages. Whipping cream and coffee creamer. Ice cream, ice milk, sherbet. Cheese. Butter. Puddings, custards. Cream soups, cream sauces. Foods made with milk. Regular yogurt is often tolerable for people with lactose intolerance, even though it's high in lactose. Most yogurts contain active, live bacteria that actually help break down the lactose from the yogurt. However, frozen yogurt doesn't typically contain these beneficial bacterial cultures.

Boost your appetite with a healthful breakfast comprising of 8-10 almonds, a handful of raisins and oatmeal / eggs. Have a nutritious and calorie-rich mid-meal of banana / apple milkshake with 2 slices of toast with peanut butter or jam. Add one extra chapatti and more rice to what you normally eat in lunch & dinner with proteins like paneer / soya or lentils or chicken / fish along with lots of veggies and salad. Being a homoeopath,I will suggest you a natural way to glow your lips along with a lip balm. Lemon, Sugar Lip Scrub: In a small bowl, mix in 1 teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice and coconut oil. Add in and stir thoroughly 2 teaspoons of granulated sugar, a bit at a time to make thick paste of uniform consistency. If needed, you can add in more sugar. After mixing it well, you can transfer the scrub into a suitable storage container. It can be safely kept in fridge for about one week.Apply a little bit of the scrub to your lips, and scrub it in circular motion. To effectively exfoliate your lips, use a small toothbrush. Rinse your lips with warm water, and apply a LIP balm( BAKSON) on your choice.

Tips for Acne:: 1.Take some boiled carrots and mash it up. Apply this paste on the face and leave it for 15-20 minutes. Later clean the face with milk. 2.Clean the face with warm water and pat the skin immediately. Now apply Honey (shahad) to the marks and massage it gently. Leave it for 20 minutes and wash it with warm water. 3.Take 1 spoon each of lemon juice, Honey (shahad), Almond oil (badam) and milk powder in a bowl. Mix it well and apply on face. Leave it for 15 minutes and then wash. Tips for Dark circles:: 1. Boil two green tea bags in one-half cup of water for 10 minutes 2.Remove the tea bags and cool them in the refrigerator for half an hour. 3.Put the cold tea bags over your eyes for about 15 minutes. 4.Follow this remedy twice daily for at least 10 days to get positive results. 5.Lightly massage five or six drops of almond oil into the delicate skin under the eyes before going to bed. Leave it on overnight and wash it off with cold water the next morning. Follow this remedy daily until the dark circles disappear almost entirely. 6.Alternatively, mix five or six drops of almond oil with one tablespoon of raw honey. Apply it carefully on the skin under the eyes before going to bed. Leave it on overnight and then wash with lukewarm water the next morning. Repeat daily until you get the desired results.

Is there problem of acidity indigestion etc. This has to be attended. Proper diet in a controlled manne. Small but more frequent meals. Avoid oily food. More of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits. Chalk out daily light exercise planned and advised by a trained guide as a routine will bring tone in abdominal muscles. Patience is necessary

Hi, take cap, nasollerin 1-1-1 after food for 2-3 days. Avoid cold and refrigerated food. Drink boiled and cooled water. Take steam inhalation by adding 1 or 2 drops of eucalyptus oil to boiling water. Wear warm clothing. Avoid intake of sweets and oil fried food. Take tab. Sudershana vati 1-1-1 till the fever subsides.

7 Tips For Countless Calories

Counting calories is one of the most popular ways of dietary management for weight management. It is not always easy to do when you're out or pressed for time, may be in a situation like dinner party, hiking, etc.
Here are some basic guidelines to follow when straight calorie counting is impractical.
1. Eat foods that are filling and low in calories. That means, as often as possible, your meals and snacks should include whole grains, such as brown rice, whole-wheat bread, and oatmeal, as well as legumes, such as lentils and other beans. And don't forget to fill at least half your plate with fruits and vegetables.
2. When you eat meat, cut out fat and cut down portion sizes. Choose lean cuts of meat and modest amounts about 3 or 4 ounces per serving (which is roughly the size of your palm).
3. Avoid fried foods. Frying foods adds fat and calories. For stove top cooking, it's better either to stir-fry foods in a non-stick pan lightly coated with a cooking-oil spray or to braise them in broth or wine. Baking, broiling, and roasting are also great options.
4. Choose low-fat or fat less dairy foods. Milk, yogurt, and cheese are good sources of protein and calcium, but the whole-milk versions of these dairy products are very high in fat.
5. Avoid fast foods. Hamburgers, chicken nuggets, french fries, and other fast-food staples tend to promote weight gain for two reasons. First, they are high in fat, calories, or both. Second, the" value meals" available at many fast-food chains are often excessively large and tempt you to overeat.
6. Avoid high-calorie, low-nutrient snacks. Chips and other deep-fried snacks are high in fat and therefore calories. But even snacks labelled" low-fat" are often high in calories because they contain large amounts of sugars and other carbohydrates.
7. Watch what you drink. Regular sodas, fruit juices, and, especially, alcoholic beverages are high in calories.

Hello, I'm Dr. Varun Gupta, a Senior ENT consultant. Dr. Bindu Kumari, our speech language pathologist and Mr. Rajesh, our audiologists. Today we are discussing in brief, a very common clinical condition, on our day to day clinical practice, which is a throat pain.

The common causes of throat pain are viral infections, bacterial infections, acid reflux, smoking and food irritants. It leads to a difficulty in swallowing, irritation and itchiness in the throat. It may lead to a swelling of lymph nodes as well. It is very important to visit your doctor, if you are having some pain in the throat, because it is a very annoying symptom and though it is not a very serious ailment and we can get it control with the use of simple antibiotics, anti-inflammatory, and anti-histamines along with if there's an acid reflux we can start with some anti-acidity medicines also.

Many times in case of throat pain it can lead to hoarseness of voice as well means the voice of the patient also deteriorates. I would like to introduce Bindu Kumari to talk about something about the voice hygiene. When you have throat pain, you need to maintain some vocal hygiene tips, don't clear throat frequently, don't whisper, take adequate amount of voice taste, don’t scream, use some humming relaxation exercises. Throat pain due to viral infection can lead to involvement of ear.

So I will request Mr. Rajesh to mention about this. Viral infection can lead to hearing loss. The symptom can be ringing sound, buzzing sound, blocking in the ear and is also is can be hearing loss. 7 hour sleep is okay more sleep will make person dull better to sleep 6-7 hour in a day not less and not more one thing i want to tell you that if you can relax your mind by Rajyoga meditation than you can reduce your sleep upto 5-6 hour and you will feel fresh and active I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning kindly follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can take bath at bedtime 6. Avoid daytime sleep 7. The pathology is such coccydynia is not a very easy pain to deal. Can try conservative methods of doughnut pillow and medication for a month. We have good results with some interventions kindly visit for further guidance.

• Heat half a cup of water in a boiling pot. Add one teaspoon turmeric powder, and one teaspoon black pepper. You may also add cinnamon sticks. Boil this for about two to three minutes. Add one tablespoon of honey. Drink this daily until the condition improves. • Alternatively, make an herbal tea by adding one teaspoon of turmeric powder and one teaspoon of carom seeds to a cup of water, and boil it until water reduces to one-half cup. Add some honey and drink this herbal solution two to three times a day. • Another way to use turmeric is to roast turmeric root and grind it into a smooth powder. Mix it with water and honey, and drink it twice a day
