Avoid using pillows. Is your back/leg pain occurring after you walk or is it continuous? kindly elaborate on the condition. Do you have any associated weight loss, fever too? is the pain more in morning/evening? avoid heavy weight lifts and bending forwards, use hot/c\old fomentation 2-3 times a day and go for early morning walks. You should not undergo any Exercise of shoulder, you can do Hot fomentation (if you are not diabetic), Apply Volini Gel, Give rest to shoulder, can take Vitamin D 3. But as early as possible consult an Orthopaedic surgeon, because it will take time to get Rid of Pain.

I would say back care and ergonomics are the solution to prevent your problem. Sit straight. Your ear, shoulder and hip should be in a same line. Choose a desk where you can rest your forearms till elbow and work with your neck straight. Choose a chair that does not slouch your back. Your thigh should be supported till knee and legs should touch the floor/foot rest (or whatever). Get up every half hour. I know it's not easy but a 30 second break will do wonders for your back. Drink a lot of fluid (not acohol!). 3 liters a day.

Dear Dharamraj, , Get a MRI done to pin point the cause and site of pain . Meanwhile go for Ayurveda's Panchkarma Therapy - We have many option for u - Kati Basti (Specialised Panchakarma procedure for Backpains), Localised Massgae with Herbal oils, Localised Medicated Steam, Pottali Massage. Continue these procedures for atleast 15 days. Regular oiling of the joint will improve the lubrication also. These procedures will relax ur back muscles and give strength to ur nerves and muscles of back. also start some Yogic exercises - Tadasana, Dhanurasan, halasana along with these therapies. Backpain lasting for 2 years must be having a underline cause which you need to attend soon. Try paying a visit to a physiotherapist for proper evaluation. In the meanwhile take care that you maintain correct posture all the time and perform simple forward and backward movement of back.

1. Take good nourishing diet like milk, cheese, paneer, egg, fish, mutton, chicken, pulses, soybean 2. Fresh green leafy vegetables, tomato, cauliflower, broccoli, pumpkin, beans, spinach. 3. Fruits rich in vitamin c (helps in absorption of iron) like citrus fruits lorange/grape/strawberry guava/mango/pineapple/- water melon 4. Fruits like apple, dry fruits like dates, khajoor, kismiss 5. Dear lybrate user, you mean, your arm is painful awakening in d morning & free from pain when you r mobile in your work. Take, homoeo medicine. @ rhus tox 200-6 pills, thrice a day. First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket. And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back. You may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * surya namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * in diet vegetable protein of cereal, b complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

Because of back pain you do only which exercise as you doctor is prescribed. You have only one option for reduce fat, that is proper diet plan, like low kcal, fat normal protein, proper mv, high antioxidant and phytonutrient diet. Dont do dieting, proper diet plan is req foe fat reduction.

Did you know that yoga poses help you in achieving greater flexibility rather than develop it? If you are suffering from stiff hamstrings, painful lower back and locked-up hips and tried many yoga poses without any help, then you may not have tried the right poses. When the body is stiff, it feels like you are trapped within your own body. Flexibility exercises can help in alleviating joint stiffness that may have developed due to a wide array of reasons. Here are the main asanas that are great for joint flexibility.

  1. Big toe pose or Padangusthasana: This yogic pose can calm the nervous system and relieve stress and anxiety and stimulate your kidney and liver to optimize their functions. Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -stop normal physical activity for the first few days. This will help relieve your symptoms and reduce any swelling in the area of the pain. -Apply heat or ice to the painful area. One good method is to use ice for the first 48 to 72 hours, and then use heat. Take pain relievers medicine. --While sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -Find a mattress with back support. A good mattress should provide support for the natural curves and alignment of the spine. Medium-firm mattresses usually provide more back pain relief than firm mattresses. -Do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back for the first 6 weeks after the pain begins. -Avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -Good posture plays a key role in your spine health, helping to prevent additional back and neck pain and even injuries to spinal structures. Try to be aware of your posture and make good posture part of your normal routine. -head up, shoulders back, rear tucked under -Stand and walk with correct posture -Sit with support -Lift and carry carefully -And finally, keep moving:-Maintaining a static position for too long—more than twenty or thirty minutes at a time—is hard on the back. Prolonged static posture can slowly deplete elasticity from the tissues. By simply moving—be it a change of position, a stretch, or a short walk—the tissue elasticity needed to protect your joints can be restored and the associated discomfort reduced. -Stretching and strengthening exercises are important. But, starting these exercises too soon after an injury can make your pain worse. -Some Physiotherapy treatment like IFT current can give you relief. -Consult a Physiotherapist for detail assessment and management of your back pain. -For her breast pain problems please consult a Gynecologist.
