Regarding quality of water it should not be contaminated. All water is same, it should not have toxic pollutants, harmful heavy metals or some infective organisms. Take at least 3 lts water daily in this hot weather, it will do wonders to your skin. To reduce stress, wake up early in morning, go for morning walk, may be in a park, because nature rejuvenates you. Take good nutritious diet through out day with plenty of fresh fruits and salads. East your dinner early. Limit your use of electronic devices. Go to bed early. Try some pranayaam.

For making hair grow fast, strong and thick follow these instructions: • Do not take A lot of stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation to destress yourself. You can do Pranayams or take long deep breaths whlie closing your eyes I a peaceful environment for at least 8-10 minutes. • Add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs. • Practice Yogasana like Shirshasana and Sarwangasana only under the guidance of Expert. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. It increases blood circulation in your scalp and enhances hair growth. • Avoid the excess use of products such as hair colours or shampoo. * Take Vitamin-E rich foods like dry fruits (Almonds, Pista etc) daily. * You can take Vitamnin E supplement (100 mg capsiles) daily and tab. Boitin only under the supervision of nearest physician. * Apply the egg yolk to the scalp atleast once a week. It gives nourishment to hair root and enhances hair growt.

To reduce the risk of pimples, it is recommended that people wash their faces about twice each day - not more often. ? Popping (bursting) pimples can make the skin infection worse. ? Over-the-counter (OTC) pimple treatments often contain active ingredients such as benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid and sulfur. ? Prescription medication for pimples includes topical treatment, antibiotics and laser and light therapy. ? Breakouts of pimples can be made worse by the stress and anxiety, makeup and greasy hair. Washing your face Wash your face about twice each day - not more often. Make sure you have a mild soap. Use warm water. Wash gently; do not scrub the skin. Experts advise the use of an OTC lotion which contains benzoyl peroxide. Do not pop (burst) the pimple There is a risk you may push the infection further down, causing more serious blockage and worse swelling and redness. Popping pimples also increases the risk of scarring. If you need to get rid of it If you have an important event, such as a public-speaking engagement or wedding and it is important to get rid of a sightly pimple, get a specialist to treat it for you. Touching your face Even though this may require some willpower, try to refrain from touching your face with your hands. If you are using a telephone, do not let receiver touch the skin of your face - it may have skin residue or sebum on it. Before touching your face make sure you always wash your hands with soap. When I take that I feel a lot of discomfort. Get constipation ,back pain and less urine outflow. Are these the side effects of this drug? Is there any other safw drug without any side effects? Hello lybrate user, orthodontic treatment can be done at any age provided you have a good periodontium. Since you have mentioned your age as 25, it's perfect to undergo orthodontic (braces) treatment. The duration of treatment can vary from 1 and half to 2 years depending upon the severity of your condition. The changes from this treatment will be permanent as you will have dentoalveolar changes over a period of time. As a patient you will be able to appreciate the minor dental changes (alignment of teeth) within 1-2 months after you wear the braces.

According to ayurveda, probable causative factors are mainly due to vitiated vaat & pitt history of long time acidity or gastric trouble history of major illness any medicine constipation sour salty spicey food fear, anger & stress addiction etc find your factors, stop them. Take balance diet withdrawal of stress anger take ajvayan & jeera 1 tsp after meal. Take milk+ sugar+ pipprimool+ jayphal at night time. Start ayurveda medicine do pnachkarma procedure like shirodhara & nashya by nearer ayurveda physician, will surely help you.

E study of basic human values by psychologists is not new. Probably the best-known theory of basic values in psychology is abraham maslow's hierarchy of needs, which dates from the early 1940s. But the psychological study of values has been growing, in both volume and empirical quality of research, and philosophers interested in ethics ought to know something about it.

Unfortunately, growing though it may be, the psychological study of values is nevertheless not in a particularly advanced state of development. Accordingly, there are multiple, conflicting theories of human values (and corresponding virtues) in the psychological literature. A sampling that I spent just a few minutes pulling together is: braithwaite and law (1985), cawley, martin, and johnson (2000), crosby, bitner, and gill (1990), feather and peay (1975), hofstede (1980), maloney and katz (1976), peterson and seligman (2004), rokeach (1973), schwartz (1994, 2012), and wicker et al. (1984). My impression is that on the one hand there is considerable loose agreement in the results of these studies, but on the other hand the agreement is indeed loose, and there are significant differences between theories, especially when it comes to the conceptualization of the results.

I myself am not well enough acquainted with this research to comment on these differences. What I want to do in this post is just describe the one of these theories that seems to me to be the most serious, ambitious, well-developed, and well-supported, namely the schwartz theory of basic values, due to shalom schwartz (1994, 2012). At the end I will briefly discuss some implications of schwartz's theory for political philosophy.

By values we refer to beliefs concerning what situations and actions are desirable. However, values for schwartz are not attitudes toward particular situations or actions, like having a chicken dinner right now or having $20k in my bank account. He restricts the term value to broad motivational goals. Schwartz sees values as stable standards by which we evaluate everything else, including the appropriateness of any norms, attitudes, traits, or virtues that may be suggested to us. It is also characteristic of values that some are more important than others. Multiple values are normally implicated in any proposed action, for better or worse, and the all-things-considered evaluation of an action will depend on the relative importance of the competing values it implicates.

If its hereditary, then its difficult to get hair back, and also, the regrowth depends on the grade of baldness, but also, try these below, to avoid further, n to get back, as per possibilities. Take more proteinaceous food, like soya, egg, milk, sprouts, dal, ponded rice, brown rice/wheat, etc. Take internally homeo medicine. R89 drops 10-15 drops in 1/4 th cup of lukewarm water daily twice, along with external application of hair oil containing arnica, jaborandi, china, cantharis, etc.

Indigestion can be due to so many causes. You should get it checked by doctor and get your investigations like ultrasound abdomen and gastroendoscope to rule out many possiblities. Syp unienzyme can be helpful to you. Take it 2 tsf three times a day.

Hi, 6-7 hrs of sleep is sufficient for health. Take tab tranquil (sbl) 4tabs to be chewed thrice a day 1/2 an hour after meals. Coffea cruda 200 4pills to be taken in the evening at 7pm, then after dinner and again before sleep. Daily. Revert back for further treatment.

3 meals per day and healthy snacks twice daily to achieve the best possible result within a short period. Here is a guideline for creating the best vegetarian diet for weight loss. Based on this, you can create your own diet plan as the food choices of each person may vary and the items available to you may be different from what mentioned here. Early Morning You can have any of the following items to start your day. ? 1 glass of lukewarm water with lemon juice added to it. This drink will have zero calories in it. Breakfast 2 Idlis and half a cup of sambar and � cup of low fat milk Mid Morning Snack You can use boiled pulses, green salads, low- calorie fruits or nuts as a snack Lunch cup brown rice (not to exceed 200 grams cooked rice) and � cup mixed vegetable gravy along with one bowl mixed vegetable salad and 1 small bowl raitha or low fat curd. Ensure that the vegetables are cooked using low fat oil and without adding coconut. Evening Green tea Dinner Start your dinner with any thin soup. You can eat 2 rotis or one quarter plate upma or 3 slices of brown bread or one bowl of oats at night along with � cup vegetable and 1 bowl of salad.
