How to make hard breast when its become loose please give me name of cream I need name of that cream.
Massaging the breasts regularly can increase your breast size. Massage helps in two ways. First, it increases blood circulation, and secondly, it helps stretch out the tissues within the breast to make them appear bigger and firmer. Use natural oils like olive oil or almond oil to massage your breasts. 1.Rub the oil between your palms for two to three minutes to generate heat. 2.Place your hands on your breasts and rub inwards, continuing around your breasts in a circular direction. 3.Do a minimum of 100 to 300 circular rubs in the morning and again before going to bed. 4.Follow this remedy twice daily for one or two months to get positive results.

Headache During Orgasm - Why You Should Not Ignore it?

Headache During Orgasm - Why You Should Not Ignore it?

Although it might seem hard to believe at times, headache during the peak of physical intimacy is very much a real thing. These headaches can affect both men and women. Generally, the headache subsides after one or two instances, but in some cases, the headache might persist and become a chronic one.

You might experience a headache while performing any kind of a sexual act. The headaches are generally characterised by sudden and intense pain in the left side of the head just before ejaculation; it might start slowly and rapidly emerge into an intense one. A headache gradually wears you down after attaining orgasm and might cause disturbances in your regular sex life, if it happens to be chronic.

Although most of the headaches are benign, it is still advisable to get them diagnosed without delay.

Why does this happen?

  1. Although the exact reason is not known, doctors state that the headache might be a result of past history of migraine headaches or general headaches due to high levels of stress.
  2. Excessive consumption of marijuana, contraceptive pills and alcohol might also cause these headaches.
  3. The headaches occur as a result of rapid increase in blood pressure or the diameter of the blood vessel before the moment of attaining orgasm. Although, this generally occurs due to a weak vessel wall, however, if this headache becomes chronic or occurs in irregular time periods, it might serves as a precursor to serious diseases, such as brain inflammation, brain tumours, neck disease and low blood pressure.
  4. Also, if the headache is accompanied by symptoms like vomiting tendency, confusion and a rigid neck, you should check with your doctor to avoid further complications.

However, one can try and prevent chronic headache with the help of prescribed anti inflammatory drugs. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a neurologist.

Benefits of taking lukewarm water with lemon

-Water with lemon provides the body with electrolytes which hydrate your body. As lemons contain good amount of electrolytes such as potassium, calcium and magnesium.

-Water with lemon is good for the joints, reducing pain in the joints and muscles.

-Warm water with lemon helps digestion as lemon contains citric acid. It interacts with other enzymes and acids which easily stimulate the secretion of gastric juice and digestion.

-The liver produces more enzymes from water with lemon than from any other food.

-Water with lemon cleanses the liver. Lemon juice stimulates the liver to release toxins.

-Water with Lemon helps fight infections of the respiratory tract, sore throats and inflammation of the tonsils. This is due to the anti-inflammatory properties of lemon.

-Warm water with lemon helps regulate natural bowel movement.

-Water with lemon is indispensable for the normal work of metabolism. Since lemon is a powerful antioxidant, it protects the body from free radicals and strengthens the immune system.

-Water with lemon aids in proper functioning of the nervous system (as lemon has a high content of potassium). Depression and anxiety are often the result of low levels of potassium in the blood. The nervous system needs a sufficient amount of potassium to ensure sustainable signals to the heart.

-Water with lemon cleanses blood, blood vessels and arteries.

-Water with lemon can help lower blood pressure. A daily intake of one lemon can reduce high blood pressure by 10%.

-Water with lemon creates an alkalizing effect in the body. Even if you drink it immediately before a meal, it can help your body maintain a higher level of pH. The higher the pH, the more your body is able to fight diseases.

-Water with lemon is good for the skin. Vitamin C in lemon, improves our skin by rejuvenating the body. Drinking water with lemon regularly (every morning) will improve the condition of your skin.

-Water with lemon helps to dilute uric acid, the built up of which leads to pain in the joints and gout.

-Water with lemon is beneficial for pregnant women. Since lemons are loaded with Vitamin C, it acts as an adaptogen helping the body cope with viruses such as colds. Furthermore, vitamin C helps the formation of bone tissue of the unborn baby. At the same time, due to the high content of potassium, a mixture of water with lemon helps forming cells of the brain and nervous system of the baby.

-Water with lemon relieves heartburn. For this, mix a teaspoon of lemon juice in half a glass of water.

-Water with lemon helps dissolve gallstones, kidney stones, pancreatic stones, and calcium deposits.

-Water with lemon helps with weight loss. Lemons contain pectin fiber, which helps suppress hunger cravings. Studies have proven people with a better alkaline diet have lost weight faster.

-Water with lemon helps with tooth pain and gingivitis.

-Water with lemon prevents cancer. This is due to the fact that lemons are a highly alkaline food. Multiple studies have found that cancer cannot thrive in an alkaline environment.

I have 6 months child. I got nominal menstrual period 2 months ago and full as usual cycle one month back. This time my period missed by 7 days I immediately checked through pregnancy detection strip and it was negative but my period is still missing even after seven day. Today I again checked through strip. It is showing a thin visible line only and not a full line like my previous pregnancy of child. Is there a possibility of pregnancy positive? If it is positive, what medication or tablets should I have to avoid this pregnancy. I am normal built 30 years house wife. Regards.

It is common not to get period when breast feeding is going on. May get scanty or delayed period also. So during this time it is important to use reliable family planning method so that either you are not worried about pregnancy and not to miss diagnosing pregnancy early. However if sexually active woman misses period and has not used reliable family planning repeat urine pregnancy test or blood test serum HCG-Beta and meet Gynecologist.

What to Eat in Summers?

B.Sc.(Hons), P.G.Dietetics
Dietitian/Nutritionist, Gurgaon
Play video

Hello. I am Dr Sheela Suhag Seharawat, Mentor Diet Clinic. I have been in this field since eleven years meeting a different kind of people with different kind of medical issues. Today I’m going to discuss a few topics jaise logon ko tension hoti hai ki summer mein hume kya food stuff include karni chahiye jisse we stay fit and healthy.

So uske liye mein aapko kuch points batana chahoongi. Jaise sabse pehle summer ka naam aate he humare dimaag mein aata hai liquids. So we have to be particular about liquid intake. Aap ko paani intake jitna ho sake increase karna hoga, ten to twelve glasses intake karna hoga, jaise aap dehydration se bach sake. Summer aane par hume kuch bhi khaane par bloated sa feel hota hai ya hum heavy feel karte hai. Toh jo bhi hum meal lete hai hume dhyaan rakhna chahiye ki who light ho aur nutritive ho. Hume fried food avoid karna chahiye kyunki fried food heat generate karta hai jisse aapko aur jyada heat lagti hai. Toh hume light meals in small intervals include karna chahiye. Kuch logon ko lagta hai ki hume chilled water intake karni chahiye but woh avoid karna chahiye. Hume lagta hai ki chalo hum ekdum se thanda paani pee rahe hai toh who hume kaafi cooling effect de raha hai but hume iss cheez ko avoid karna chahiye kyunki who aapko sirf kuch time ke liye aapko cooling effect de raha hai par who andar jaake aap ke blood vessels ko constrict karta hai jisse aapke body se jo heat bahar nikalni chahiye woh usko thora stop kar deta hai. Hume ekdum se chilled liquid ya jyada thanda paani avoid karna chahiye. Plus hume aerated drinks jisko hum cold drinks bolte hai aur caffeinated things, chai coffee, ko humare diet mein thora restrict karna chahiye because isse aapke body mein dehydration ke chances jyada hote hai kyunki who aapka diuretic work karta hai. Isiliye hume cold drink aur caffeinated things, chai coffee, kum se kum karna chahiye.

Second thing, hum iss cooling ke liye jow ka paani include kar sakte hai. Jow is really good for summer time because of aapke body se water retention bhi nikalta hai aur aapko cooling effect deta hai. Hume thori jo fatty things hai, fried things hai, sweets hai, wo hume apne diet mein thora kum karna dena chahiye. Aap one teaspoon tulsi seeds agar apne diet mein include kar sakte ho. Liquid ke upar sprinkle karke use karke you can use so that is very good in summer jo ki aapko cooling effect dega.

Yeh kuch points the aap ke liye, for further queries you can just connect with us via Lybrate, you can contact via phone, call us, or you can visit us at Diet Clinic, Sushantlok.
