Stress over the whole body specially near the collar bone. Burning sensation in stomach. Indigestion. Bowling routine is irregular. Anxiety. Fear and violent stress which makes the head heavy, dull and blank. I face hard to think any thing or concentrate to anything. Sometimes body discomfort. I went to vellore. They prescribed me sertraline100 and clonazepam 0.5. Now I do not taking anything of those medicines. Clonazepam sometimes occurs heartburn and stomach burn. What shall I do. Very tiredness hunts me through the day. Stress on chest and high sensation of repent put me into a deep stress.

Hi, first of all if your bp is constant on 125/80 it doesn't come under the definition of hyper tension. So get relaxed from this point. Now your acidity problem might be because of your wrong dietery habits or due to excessive stress. So correct these points. Have regular healthy meals at regular intervals, less spicy and have lots of salad and water. Also have chilled milk. Do some deep breathing to get relaxed. And go for a brisk walk daily for at least half an hour.

If you don’t have too much time on your hands, you can just practice Suryanamaskar for 10-20 times each day. Trikosana or triangle pose is great way to achieve good height and body balance. The parivrittatrikosana or reverse triangle pose also helps in gaining height. Vrikasana or tree pose help in getting balance and harmony. Tree pose also helps to stretch the muscles of the body. You can also practice breathing and meditation to calm your mind and de-stress. Since a mind free of depression and stress helps in proper growth. Most likely black discoloration occurs due to fungal infection or friction. Use anti fungal cream twice a day and vaginal wash daily.

Mr Abhishek, If diabetes is not in control . means either the treatment is inadequate or diet and exercise are not enough. Then we have to give a relook at the present drug treatment and dietary intake as well as exercise. A person with diabetes has to adapt a modified lifestyle - meaning taking a restricted diet that gives exact amount of calories based on Ideal Body Weight, blood sugar levels and extent of physical activity. Should avoid sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods, pastries, red meat and egg yolk. Consume more green leafy vegetables, salads, permitted fruits (100 g a day). Exercise daily for 1 hour, best is to do brisk walking. Do a regular blood sugar check up and HbA1c% once in 3 to 6 months.

Dear Lybrateuser, -Start with walking then do brisk walking for about 10 days if you can't jog, gradually increase your pace & then time after a week, when you are comfortable with with brisk walking for 30-40 min then try slow jogging -do warm up & stretching for 10 min before the main exercise, also cool down for 5-10 min after exercise -try to reduce your weight by dieting, eat more of fibrous foods like fruits & vegetables, beans, nuts, avoid fried, processed & junk foods -do yoga for 10-20 min as it will also help in reducing weight & building stamina -consult a dietitian on forum for dietary requirements as per your constitution.

Bad breath is a condition in which a stale odor comes out of the mouth. Bad breath can be chronic and serious and a minor issue as well. It usually develops due to germ build-up inside the mouth. When a person eats or drinks anything except water, germ build-up initiates. These germs cause decay of food substances in the mouth, causing the odor. To tackle this problem, mouth fresheners must be used. There are numerous natural mouth fresheners that can be effectively used on daily basis.

1. Fennel seeds-
Chewing fennel seeds helps in eliminating bad breath after meals. You can also chew them whenever you feel that the germ build up has begun and an odor is coming out.
2. Mint leaves-

Festely you lose weight, you take hot water and dip the towel in hot water and then towel round on the knee when you feeling towel cool then left you use normal slippers not high hills some days do rest.

Hyper pigmentation is darkening of an area of skin due to overproduction of pigment called melanin in skin. Hi, If you’re aiming to gain some strength and build muscle, you must follow the points mentioned below: 1. Start exercising. If you’re a beginner, focus on bodyweight exercises like push up, pull up and squat. The basic push up and chin up are invaluable exercises you can do with very little equipment. Increase their difficulty by adding reps or affixing weights to your legs. 2. Consume a balanced diet. It's important to eat big meals to fuel muscle growth while you're training. You’ll need to eat healthy, whole foods that will nourish and restore your muscles. Consume all types of fruits, vegetables, grains, oils and dairy products. 3. Take adequate rest. Many people take this step lightly, but it's absolutely essential when it comes to gain strength. That means you won't be able to work out as hard or lift as much as you otherwise would, not to mention you'll be more prone to injury if you're feeling sleepy. Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night, possibly more depending on your individual needs, during heavy workout periods. 4. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chicken breast, egg whites, fish, pulses provide you all the protein you need without containing any unnecessary fat. 5. Focus on compound movements. Compound movements are those which engages more than one muscle group. Exercises like bench press, squat, dead lift are great examples of compound exercises to gain strength quickly. 6. Lift heavy. If your main aim is to gain strength, you’ll need to lift heavy weights in the gym and thus, lower the repetitions of your sets. Moderate-rep sets are important when training for muscle size. However, to build strength, you're going to have to train with heavier weights, meaning you'll do fewer reps. 7. Limit cardio to once or twice per week. Cardio exercises like running, swimming, and biking are great ways to keep your endurance good and your circulation healthy. However, they aren't the best exercises you can do if your goal is to gain strength. Weight training requires loads of energy, and if yours has already been used up by a long run or bike ride, you won't have enough left over to give weight training your best shot. Limit cardio to once or twice per week so your energy reserves are ready to expend on building strength. Best of luck!

Lybrate-user you have an oily skin so first foremost you should use a face wash or a soap that helps in keeping your face a bit than usual. For this you may use neem face wash or santoor or medimix soap. Also, whenever you come from outside, before washing your face with cold water, first wipe your oil and sweat with a dry tissue or towel. Once this is done then you may wash your face with good running water. Make this a practice to wipe your face first everytime before washing. 50% of your problem will go if you follow this routine. Then drink plenty of water and avoid eating junk food and fried and spicy food. Avoid excessive intake of sweets as well. Avoid getting constipated. Coming to the treatment, you should definitely go for homoeopathic treatment has it is the most gentle and efficacious mode of medicine.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3.
