I am 24 year old and working 10 hours sitting job I am suffering from back pain from last 2 months. Please suggest what should I do?

Hi, this is Dr. Hitin mathur from new delhi. Welcome to lybrate. As far as your back pain is concerned it may be on account of 2 reasons- 1) your posture and job profile if prolonged sitting is causing excessive pressure on your back vertebra leading to pain. 2) your vitamin d levels may be low on account of low sun exposure due to your indoor job. So get your vitamin d and serum uric acid tests done fasting and an x ray of ls spine ap and lateral view. The x ray should be done empty stomach in the morning and tab charcoal 4 tabs and tab dulcolax 3 tabs should be taken at bedtime the night before the x rays. The tablets are to clear the bowel to get a clear x ray picture. Revert back with reports. In the meantime you can start tab zinase d 3 times a day after meals, tab pantocid 40 mg's once a day before breakfast and tab corcium k2 once a day on the evening. You can also learn spinal extension exercises from a physiotherapist and start doing them 3 times a day 20 mins each session. Avoid prolonged sitting, weight lifting and forward bending. Hot fomentation with hot water bag can help. Revert back with reports.

Feet and arms pain is due to Vata vitiation according to Ayurveda da. I advise you to take tablet mahayograj guggul. 1 tablet three times daily.

For a glowing skin Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Hii doctor, I have acidity problem in day time only in summer and acidity and gas problem is more come in night and too much after woke up in winter and I feel pain in stomach after woke up and gas and acidity problem in summer and I feel relax in pain after go to washroom and due to gas some times lose motion was there, so tell me and medicine and things I can't eat or drink during medicine time.

HI Manas... how about you can get permanent solution and can eat everything.... Yes it can be done by homoeopathic treatment... no need to avoid any food.. You just have to take homoeopathic treatment by properly consulting..

HI Lybrate USER… A) take 10 ml of fresh GINGER JUICE and 1 tsf of jaggery along with 60 ml of water early in the morning on empty stomach and after meals.…do this for 30 days…it gives you good result …. THANKS.

I advise you take following herbs. Vidarikanda ,ashwagandha and shatavari. Take equal quantity powders of these three and mix. Take this mixture one spoon daily twice.

Night Fall. 1.Night fall is common in adolescent age group and young adults. It is due to involuntary ejaculation during sleep in night/early morning. 2.Night fall in moderation relieves sexual tension. 3.Excessive fall can cause weakness, fatigue,sexual problem like erectile dysfunction,premature ejaculation,testicular pain, decrease sperm count. Precaution 1.Do regular exercise for 1 hour daily 2.Avoid stress,anxiety 3.practice yoga, meditatation, deep breathing exercise to calm your mind,control emotion and relieve stress 4.Take good nourishing diet, plenty of green leafy vegetables,fruits (onion,garlic,pomegranate help) 5.Avoid spicy,oily,fatty and junk food, 6.Avoid consumption of liquid 2 hours before going to sleep and don't take milk,tea,/coffee before going to bed 7. Take a bath and go for urination just before going t o bed 8.Avoid watching poronographic/erotic pictures/ movies before going to sleep 9.Listen to soothing music which gives peace of mind,read good books before going to sleep 10.Masturbation once in a while will control night fall 11. Avoid constipation because upset digestive system can cause night fall 12.Consult sexologist for further advice
