As it warms up outdoors, the body keeps from overheating through two mechanisms: by increasing blood flow to the skin and by sweating. The increased blood flow to the skin brings warmth from our core to the skin surface, which allows heat to dissipate. Hi a) apply paste of milk and fine powder of turmeric on face, two times in a day b) take 30 ml of rubyclin liquid before meals c) take 1 tsf of hingwastak churna after meals d) take 1 tablet of gandharwa-haritaki vati at night prior to sleep do all these things for 15 days. Dear, there will be little blurring of the immage. If the tumor is very small there is a chance of miss but gross things cannot be missed. Mri is usually done when there is a clear cut indication for it. So very less chance to miss.

Get an usg kubp done. Mention the size of the stones. If they are more than 5 mm in size or in lower calyx they will not be easily gone by medicines. Also some type of stones are harder in consistency they take months to go away. Different kidney disorders and urinary tract obstructions can predispose to recurrent stones. Drink plenty of water in frequent interval. Continue any citrate syrup you r taking. Avoid taking high protein diet.

Hi, Believe me, if you are happy from inside and taking nutritious, healthy food and daily yoga or some kind of exercises, it will be automatically reflected on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face!! Daily Regime: Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. lead a healthy lifestyle! Home remedies: Apply fresh-squeezed lemon juice to your entire face and neck. Leave it on for 10 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water. After this, rub cucumber slices on your skin to soften and moisturize it. Do this daily or every other day. Another option is squeeze the juice of one-half lemon and mix one to two tablespoons of raw honey in it. Apply it on your face, leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it off. Kindly brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique and use Listerine twice daily after brushing. But don't use Listerine for very long as it is a medicated mouthwash and at times you can have stains on your teeth because of this. Instead use it for 15 days and then you can do warm saline rinses after discontinuing Listerine.

As your meals are mostly during day time n so the risk of blood glucose getting high also rises. So morning dose is usually higher. But it depends on person to person.
