. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

Eating fish is important for a balanced diet, and mackerel fish are some of the most widely available and healthiest fish around. However, before you add mackerel to your weekly diet, it is important to know where they come from and what potential health benefits they hold, as well as possible side effects.

What is mackerel fish?

  • Mackerel fish is actually a general term that encompasses more than 30 species of fish, most of which belong to the scombridae. In many parts of the world, mackerel fish are known as bangada. These fish are typically found near coastal areas, where they breed and feed, and their range includes both tropical and temperate regions. Mackerel fish are usually found in large schools, which makes them an easy target for commercial fishermen, making mackerel one of the most common fish on the menu, particularly in north america. Ranging from 20 cm to 200 cm, the varieties of mackerel fish have varying physical characteristics, but they offer similar flavor and a relatively aligned nutrient profile.
  • Most notably, mackerel species are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, as well as huge levels of vitamin b12 (nearly 700% of your daily requirement), selenium, copper, phosphorus, magnesium, and iron. There are also smaller amounts of vitamin a, potassium, zinc and sodium. Along with 230 calories per filet – an average of 100 grams – there are also 21 grams of protein, representing roughly 40% of your daily required intake.
  • Due to this impressive nutrient profile, and the different ways to prepare mackerel, it remains one of the most popular and readily consumed fish in the world.

Health benefits of mackerel fish

The health benefits of mackerel fish include improving hair health, protecting the skin, strengthening the immune system, lowering cholesterol levels, preventing chronic disease and boosting bone health, among others.

1. Skin care

With ample amounts of omega-3 fatty acids and selenium, mackerel fish can take care of all your skin care needs. These substances both act as antioxidants within the body, helping to reduce oxidative stress and the effects of free radicals, which are the natural byproducts of cellular metabolism. They can also help to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and age spots and relieve certain inflammatory conditions, such as psoriasis and eczema.

2. Hair care

There are many nutrients that are critical to hair care, such as protein, iron, zinc, and omega-3 fatty acids, all of which are found in mackerel fish. There are varying ;levels of many minerals in mackerel fish, including copper, selenium, magnesium, manganese, calcium, and iron, all of which are linked in some way to bone density. 7. Improve cognition

The high levels of omega-3 fatty acids found in mackerel, particularly dha, mean an improved cognitive function and a lower risk of neurodegenerative disease. You need to meet a physician regarding weight loss. If your bmi is above 35 you should consider seeing a bariatric surgeon. Consider breast reduction after weight loss.

Dear lybrateuser, - Your problem could be due to acidity & GERD - Avoid eating food from outside as sometimes it is spicy, oily which causes heartburn leading to indigestion - have home cooked food as far as possible, have more of fruits & vegetables, whole grains, avoid processed foods, more than 1-2 cups of tea / coffee per day - avoid alcohol, smoking if you do - have 7-8 glasses of water per day - take your medication regularly - chew your food well, have meals on time, do not skip meals, do not lye down immediately after meals, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime.

Yes you can do that by some modification in your diet & excercise. I am talking about healthy diet not dieting. You can lose your weight upto 5 kg by following a good diet plan & excercise or a healthy diet with right ratio of calories, protein & carb. You have to avoid such type of unhealthy food like fried, oily foods, fast & junk food, tea, coffee, sugary products & sugary drinks. You should take a healthy breakfast. If you want to lose your weight please don't skip it because it will help you to boost your metabolism, includes salad with lunch & dinner. Use 6 small meal pattern instead of 3 major meal.

Hello sir, well I cannot comment on therapies that other homeopathy clinics are giving as I am into allopathy. But as far as stem cells go, there is a particular technique to isolate them from your body either from blood, fat or hair. Only then when we prepare a suspension from it and inject, you can expect results. But unfortunately mostly in the market, these commercial chains don't employ dermatology doctors and hence they give plant stem cells which don't have much results. Also the type of hair loss has to be established, so kindly visit a genuine dermatologist and not people who don't have any degrees and put up hair specialist boards. Then for sure you can experience good results.

If there's vit b12, d3 deficiency in blood test, consult a physician for supplementation may be necessary. Rh factor in isolation is not significant unless symptoms of joint disease.

Go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.

1. Clean your face with face cleanser. 2. Apply apricot and avocado oil mixed with glycerin can be massaged on the face followed by warm toweling for an instant glow. 3. Mix almond oil with vitamin e cream and apply at bedtime on face and hands. This leaves the skin soft and supple.

You need to consult a dentist as we need to rule out the cause. Ulcers can be due tomany reasons like lack of nutrition systemic problems stomach problems teeth related problems like sharp edges ulcers can be due to other medicines I would suggest you to consult once by the time you can take pallatative treatment multivitamin supplements with probiotic use dolo gel-ct on the ulcer atleast 3-4times 1st mouthwash (dilute it with equal quantity of water) followed by dolo gel application.

Our lifestyle has taken a lot of toll on our health giving rise to many diseases like diabetes, hypertension, obesity and also depression. So how can we make changes in our lifestyle to handle it.   • We need to incorporate more walk in our daily life, eat less or eat in a smaller plate.
  • We need to include diet like seasonal vegetables and  fruits, have whole meals, have whole grains in your meals.
  • Let's incorporate yoga and pranayama.
  • Try to take maximum walk during the day.
  • Take the stairs in case if you are going to your office or your home.
  • Meditation plays imporatnat role in the improvement but sounds difficult. It's very difficult to meditate if you just start on your own but Ayurveda has a way to do it. It helps you through shirodhara. A stream of warm oil flows on to the center of the forehead. It's also known as a third eye. This stimulates the pituitary gland and gives you a very blissful experience. You should experience it in order to understand.
  • There are few medications available to help you in your weight loss. Medicines like Garcinia, Gogol, triphala, Nishod etc also help in losing weight and also helps in removing toxins from the body.
  • Last but not the least you need to grab good amount of sleep. A minimum of six to eight hours of sleep is essential for a sound health.Friends don't forget, you need not sleep during day time as it is totally contraindicated in Ayurveda. When it comes to weight/ fat loss it's all about being sensible with food. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips.
