I am not feeling active and do not have sufficient strength to do exercise. Recently I consulted a doctor for Headache and sneezing. She gave a Tonic for immunity and weakness. I am feeling better now from weakness. Should I take any protein drinks like protinex for getting strength. Kindly advice.

For better health few diet tips - not to eat fried food items and can eat all green vegetables, moong, chana, dal, rice etc and to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati and to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day and if possible eat eggs on alternate days and if possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla and eat seasonal fruit.

1. Gall Stones are caused by excess Cholesterol. 2. Please get a complete body check done to rule out any other issues. 3. Also consult a Homeopathy Doctor who can give meds for dissolving of gall stones. 4. As per your measurements you are carrying about 20 Kgs extra on your body. 5. I am 20 years old male and my blood pressure is low I am many Medicon take but no relief.
For Maintain normal blood pressure follow these instructions: • Anaemia is a cause of low BP so check your hemoglobin level (Hb) if this is low so eat green leafy vegetables, beetroot and fruits like pomegranate. • Eat an apple daily it maintain your BP normal. • Take your meal daily do not skip meal. • Drink 8 - 9 glass of water daily. Hydrate your body well with drinking proper amount of water because dehydration is also cause fall of BP. • When you feel that your BP is low then take 2 teaspoons of Glucon D and add a pinch of salt mix it in one glass of water and drink it. You can repeat it after 2 hours. This will maintain electrolyte balance and your BP. You can drink a cup of tea. • Drink a glass of milk daily. It maintain your stamina. • Take a multivitamin capsule daily for 15 days. • Eat a teaspoon of gulkand daily and maintain your blood sugar level. • Do long breathing pranayams daily and do not take stress.

Medication will not help at this age, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana play Basket ball . Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height.

Hi, dear lybrate user, of course you are a late starter, however, we should b optimistic. Follow the under noted tips: * go for swimming, jogging, cycling, skipping.* hanging on a bar in a park will b much beneficial. * take, proteinous diet, soya been, cheese rajama, milk, apples carrots, pumpkin, almonds. Homoeo-care * @ baryta carb 200-6 pills, twice a day. @ cal phos 6x, 4 tabs, the ice a day. Report, fortnightly, tk care.

Avoid protein meals. Give plenty of water in day time. Give syp. Alkasol 15 ml thrice a day within 1 glass of water. Checkup urine r/m and urine c/s. Blood sugar. Reply with reports. Avoid salty meal.

Hello, You may take easily digestible, simple, non-irritant diet on small intervals. Avoid, excess salt. Tomatto, spinach. Proteins, junk food. Alcohol, nicotine, caffeine. Tk, moderate amount of water. The homoeopathic medicine @ Berbaris vulgar. Q-10 drops, thrice. To care.

I am 26 years old I have weakness of last few days. My body doesn't respond actively. Whole day there is a dullness. Kindly suggest me what to do.

Dear, if you tired very fast and feeling weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You surely get great strength and recover from weakness by following these important things.
