I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and for loosing weight few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast , khaari ,naan ,white bread . can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water

We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning along with surgical, gum strengthening procedure. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meals. Use pepsodent tooth paste & gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

Hye. Get his ENT check done. Also maybe he is lacking stamina. Usually loss of stamina is very often due to poor nutrition. It is important to know that just eating two heavy meals a day will not fulfill your nutrient needs. Most often we skip meals especially when at work or in college. We start our day on empty stomach but our work or stress or activity is never reduced. This causes weakness and lack of energy levels. Food is our source of energy and if you don't eat well as per your needs you are going to get deficient in many nutrients. So, start by eating the right foods at the right time. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Sleep well.    Exercise at least thrice a week.

If you are losing 10 - 15 hair daily then it is not hair fall. If you are losing more than 100 hair daily then you will require treatment. You are lucky you do not have hair fall so relax.

Follow these methods to clear dark circles fastly : • Take 6 to 8 hrs sleep regularly . • Do yogasana specially SINHASANA & Bhramari Pranayam . • Apply piece of cucumber on your both eyes . • Apply almond oil or you can apply capsule of vitamin E mix it in mosturiser or cream you have daily around the eye in night and massage it lightly daily . • Take a piece of potato and make it's juice by crush it apply its juice for 15 min daily . • • Take 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric ( haldi ) with one teaspoon of besan mix it with water and make paste apply it around eyes for 10 minutes and make it dry remove it . • Eat green leafy vegetables daily and fruits daily . Being a dietitian my views: there is no single diet chart for everyone. To plan a specific diet we do collect lot of information like height, weight, food frequency, digestive history, medical history, likes, dislike, lifestyle, eating habits. Remember one thing to follow a diet it should be personalized according to person's body type and not generalized. Starting with there is no pills or powder or shake which can help you to lose weight in a healthy way. To lose weight eat an hour within walking up and dinner at least 2 hours before you sleep. Avoiding eating anything after dinner. Breakfast should be your king size have good complex carbohydrates and protein rich. Eat every 2 hours small frequent meal do help in weight loss. And do not overeat. One can come to ideal body weight with few lifestyle modification. Have green tea only 2 cups a day. For exercise I would say diet plays 80 % role and exercise plays 20 % role in losing weight. Personal advise on gym. You should not make your body habituated with machines rather do simple walk or surya namaskar or planks. So only with healthy eating one can lose weight.

Hello. You can use ayurvedic ubtan for cleaning d face. It removes excessive oil, acts as scruber for removing dirt and dark spots, maintains proper moisture of skin. Apply moist ubtan on wet face and scrub for 1 or 2 minutes and then wash wid water. Apply facepack containing herbs powder like manjishtha, sariva, neem, triphala, rose petals. You can mix them in equal quantity and preserve it for daily use. Avoid spicy & salty food. Keep urself hydrated. Take fruits everyday. Avoid excessive stress. Keep your skin healthy wid yogasan and pranayam.

Hi, acne leave black spots and scars on face. So you must first get rid of pimples. Bcoz if you treat pimples then only black spots can be treated. Don, t use any creams, as they bring more oilyness to the skin. Take tablet pimplex (sbl) 4tabs to be chewed 2times a day 1/2an hour before meals for 1mth for black spots take berberis aquifolium q 10drops in 1/4th cup of water, drink twice a day for1mth. Report avoid eating very spicy and oily food, junkfood.

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash daily use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

hi, pcod is spreading like an epidemic although its not an infectious disease. this is probably the impact of today's lifestyle. so the most logical treatment would be to make positive lifestyle changes. it can be supported with homeopathic medicines. it can take care of the hormonal imbalance you are going through. few positive lifestyle changes i would suggest are regular yoga and meditation, eating healthy at proper time, drink enough water. all the best

Fordyce spots are harmless, you are right. But if they bother you, you can get it removed by elctrosurgery or resurfacing/ablative lasers.

Hello please take green vegetables like palak, seasonal vegetables etc take egg, milk, dal, soyabean. Take some reetha, awla, shikakai mix with little water for one night and in the morning take this water apply on head like shampoo but not apply shampoo when using this. And please avoid eyes area when using this material bcoz some irritation occur in eyes. And effect will soon some time.

Lustrous, beautiful and healthy hair is a result of a healthy body and a healthy diet

Foods high in protein are soy, tofu, dairy products like milk, curd, paneer, cheese, nuts, oilseeds, beans and pulses.

Lifestyle changes

1. Along with a healthy hair diet it is important that you exercise properly as it will ensure that there is proper blood flow to your scalp and will help in the growth of hair.

2. Treat your hair delicately. Avoid unnecessary brushing, combing or handling. Use a soft, round bristles brush.

3. Have a weekly scalp massage to provide stimulation to the hair follicles.

4. Have regular trims to eliminate split ends and allow the hair to look and feel healthier.

5. Get plenty of rest and sleep to allow your body to grow hair.


Follow the diet plan given below as a starting point for healthy and lustrous hair.

Breakfast

Skim milk / soy milk
Whole grain bread or toast or poha or breakfast cereal or sprout
Bowl of fresh fruit

Morning snack

Fresh vegetable juice like carrot or cucumber juice
Handful of nuts like walnuts, soaked almonds, raisins, dates

Hi, Always be happy and make others a part of this happiness too! Include healthy, nutritious food, doing daily yoga or some kind of exercises. All these automatically reflects glow on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face! Daily Regime: Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. Lead a healthy lifestyle! Apart from this, avoid anger, anxiety, fear which increases stress hormone in the body and subsequently makes your complexion darker! (Hormonal imbalances also plays a major role). If the dull and dark skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter. Diet: -Increase your Vitamin C intake (lemon, orange, gooseberry, etc. Fruits/juices, strawberries, sweet peppers, tomatoes, can notaloupe, and green peas). - Eat more Vitamin A (nonfat milk, oysters, and egg yolks, carrots, watermelon, papaya, tomatoes, or other dark colored produce). If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that usually suggests a lack of Vitamin A. Medicine: Use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel or Bakson’s Fairness cream daily at night. Home remedies: Apply fresh-squeezed lemon juice to your entire face and neck. Leave it on for 10 minutes And then wash it off with lukewarm water. After this, rub cucumber slices on your skin to soften and moisturize it. Do this 2-3 times a day. Another option is squeeze the juice of one-half lemon and mix one to two tablespoons of raw honey in it. Apply it on your face, leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it off. Make a paste of'Kasturi Manjal' (wild turmeric) with rose petals, saffron and raw milk which is very effective.
