Dear, These are some instructions & methods for good sleep: • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep. You can also do foot massage daily it destress you. * Eat food with a bowl of curd and after that off the light and go to sleep because after eating meal our brain become relax and sleep comes. • Drink a glass of milk at night daily. * Avoid the excess use of laptop and phone during night . They also cause sleeplessness. • Do not take caffeine, tea & alcohol in excess and these are stimulant,(activate) your brain result in lack of sleep. • Avoid drinking alcohol & smoking. • Do not take stress. Do meditation and long breathing pranayams to relax the mind. You can consult me privately for complete treatment.

Hi lybrate-user. Everyone has some belly fat, even people who have flat abs. That's normal. But too much belly fat can affect your health in a way that other fat doesn't. There are four keys to controlling belly fat: exercise, diet, sleep, and stress management. 1. Exercise: vigorous exercise trims all your fat, including visceral fat. Get at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise at least 5 days a week. Walking counts, as long as it's brisk enough that you work up a sweat and breathe harder, with your heart rate faster than usual. 2. Diet: there is no magic diet for belly fat. But when you lose weight on any diet, belly fat usually goes first. 3. Sleep: getting the right amount of shut-eye helps. In one study, people who got 6 to 7 hours of sleep per night gained less visceral fat over 5 years compared to those who slept 5 or fewer hours per night or 8 or more hours per night. Sleep may not have been the only thing that mattered -- but it was part of the picture. 4. Stress: everyone has stress. How you handle it matters. The best things you can do include relaxing with friends and family, meditating, exercising to blow off steam, and getting counseling. That leaves you healthier and better prepared to make good choices for yourself. Medication: 1. Regularly do massage with utsadana powder for 10-15mins before bath will helps to mreduce the belly fat.

I am having problem of insomnia, sleeps with great difficulty. In the night I unable to sleep despite trying hard I sleep for few hours which is also very late in d night. When I take alprax or typromer then I get sleep but next day I had a headache when I stop taking medicine the problem arises again. Please suggest homeopathic or ayurvedic treatment.

.Stop taking ENO instead take 1 tab pudin hara or 1 tsf hingvasatak churna. .Avoid tea, coffee, and carbonated or alcoholic beverages.Especially stop drinking bed tea. .Avoid using garlic, ginger, onions, tomatoes, and vinegar in cooking. .Curd should be strictly avoided at night. . Practice Yoga and Pranayama such as Vajrasana, Bhujangasana, Salabhasana, Bhastrika Pranayama,Shitali Pranayama and Shitkari Pranayama. .Take 1 tsf triphala churna at night with luke warm water daily.

Glycopyrrolate (Robinul) 1-2 mg. Every four hours. Robinul is also available in injectable form – 0.1 mg. Every four hours or 3-4 times/day. Maximum dose – 0.2 mg 4 times/day. Propantheline (Pro-Banthine) 15 mg. One half hour before meals three times a day. Amitriptyline (Elavil) 10 mg. Three times a day or 10-25 mg. At bedtime. Amitriptyline is also available in injectable form – 2 to 5 mg. IM to start. Elavil is also used as an antidepressant. Nortriptyline HCL (Pamelor) 10-25 mg. At bedtime. Scopolamine (Transderm Scop) transdermal patch 1.5 mg. Programmed to deliver medication over 72 hour period. Reported by patients to reduce saliva by 75-80%. Caution – may cause glaucoma. Consult near by dentist n ask for suggestions k.

There are many ayurvedic medicines for this purpose like ras manikya ras. Gandhak rasayan. Panchnimbadi churna. Panchtikta ghrit guggul. Arogya vardhini vati. Khadirarishta. Marichyadi oil. Pranacharya b clean syrup. Take these medicines by consulting with a good ayurvedic doctor.

Bananas are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. Whosoever want to gain weight must eat a banana daily in the morning with a glass of warm milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar in it. Moreover, you can also have it after your meals.

You need 2000 calories to maintain weight. If you want to lose weight then you can do a 1500 calories diet. This create a 500 calories deficit per day leading to 2 kgs loss per month. In case you do one hour exercise daily you can lose one more Kg i.e. 3 Kg per month. This is a sustainable weight loss. Thus total over 6 months you can lose from 12 - 18 Kgs.

It is a symptom of ketoacidosis, it is due to formation of ketone bodies in the blood which are passed in urine. It is due to high sugar level in blood which body is unable to digest. dear madam. 26 yrs lower back ache is unlikely due to serious cause. most common cause is excessive strain on back while working. kindly do back strengthening exercises and have balanced diet, add some vegetarian diet too. and hot fomentation you can try. if it is not getting reduced with these please let me know.

Remember DAY starts with SUNRISE.
