If you are trying for the baby, then you should avoid, because initially you won't be able to detect if you are pregnant or not. The damage can be done at that time. So its better if you avoid using it for certain period of time.

Hi acne is a problem commonly seen in this age group. It is due to the increase of androgen hormones which happens at this age. They act on your sebaceous glands and enlarge them. In addition to this, your lifestyle affects the development of pimples. Consuming milk and other dairy products enhance igf and increase pimples, so cut down on them. Avoid cosmetics since they clog pores and lead to more pimples. Stress enhances acne, so employ relaxation techniques. Yoga helps decrease negative acne forming chemicals. Soaps and scrubs won't help anyway, but a mild salicylic acid face wash can definitely help. Steam increases pores, so wash face with cold water twice daily. Eat plenty of carrots and spinach. Drink water. Understand that this problem will come and go till a certain age after which it'll attain control. White hair is related to many micro and macronutrient deficiencies. There are also autoimmune diseases linked to it. It can also be genetic. So, it's very important to get yourself evaluated and treated. Don't blindly take any treatment. Don't use any form of garlic, onion, shallot on head. Avoid swimming in pools. Drink milk and plenty of dairy products to replenish calcium needed for tyrosinase. Include cabbage, broccoli, brussels, kale in daily diet. Have vitamin and mineral supplements. Have spinach and jaggery, iron in it vil enhance melanin forming pathway. Stay away from hairdyes, dryers, spas, bleaches and hot irons. You can use brown natural henna to cover your greys.

Some tips to control oil on face - use aha glow face wash daily use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

Apply Arnica hair growth oil (B &T) on your hair and scalp, thrice in a week. 6. Wash hair with Arnica montana herbal shampoo (SBL). For weight loss:- 1. About 35% of patients visiting my hospital have premature discharge. There are many misconceptions regarding this problem. Most relate it with masturbation they practiced previously and suffer from an extreme guilt of a sin they have never comitteed. Some believe it has led to weakness of their" nas, others think they should have controlled their sexual urges. Still others blame some other cause and so on
Let us understand what is pre mature ejaculation. Human sexual response consists of desire for sex, arousal (excitement) slowly rising to a level where it stays for some time before reaching a tipping point consisting of release of excitement, called as orgasm or climax. This is followed by a variable period of inability to get erection in males
Pre mature ejaculation happens when a person is unable to stay in the state of excitement and moves to the stage of orgasm before they like. It can be defined as intravaginal stay of less than 2-5 minutes associated with distress to either partner
It can be present since the time one started to have vaginal sex (life long) or may develop this problem later after having some period of normal satisfactory sex life (acquired). It can be experienced with one partner (situational) or every partner (global)
There can be many possible causes

1- hereditory- latest research has shown that life long pre ejaculators have genetic problem in the regulation of neuro transmitters serotonin and nor epinephrine in the spinal cord" they are born like this"
2- fear of inadequacy- changing times have made women aware of their sexual rights and demanding their just and satisfying sex life. Many youngsters coming to me have doubts about their ability to perform a good sex many of them already had active sex life, either paid sex or with a girl friend. Many girls/ sex workers give a comment or two like" you finish so fast" this triggers a panic situation, producing extreme performance anxiety. They start doubting themselves
3- psychiatric problems like anxiety, depression, alcohol abuse can worsen the situation
4- ed - presence of inadequate hardness due to any reason may be responsible for prompting your genital controls to finish the job quick
5- unreasonable expectations by male or female partner, fuelled by" tall claims" of their friend's description of super human time they take to finish the job. Many get unusual joy to brag about the time they take before discharge, number of times they can have sex in a night etcetra. Oops! never believe a friend in these matters, it can be misleading.

Treatment- every case needs a detailed evaluation including some lab tests
The treatment modalities include medications, counselling, adopting a healthy life style, local preparations to be applied on penis, and keeping focus on pleasure rather than the performance of penis) improving muscle tome by yoga
Some times surgery is needed, it is called frenulotomy. It makes the penis less sensitive
Intra penile injection therapy is helpful in many cases I prefer to employ multi modal treatment plan consisting of suggestions for healthy life style, medicines, counseling and frequently intrapenile injection
I also treat such problems online the results are very good you may need to take medicines for 6-9 months but treatment has to be tailored according to the needs

I understand your feelings. No need to frustrate. Pl tell me if it was lumbar anaesthesia during section? For other pains including lumbar if you have uric acid, ESR, RA , X-ray reports etc - to assess cause. For the time being pl take pure turmeric in warm milk or water. Have light massage by Ayurvedic vatnashak oil e.g. Mahavishgarbh oil by warming it. Pl report in a week with reports for further management. Be stress free by little practice of Pranayam and Meditation.

Dear sir 1) reach for a glass of water. Your headache may be a symptom of dehydration. 2) try 1-2 drops of lavender, peppermint, or eucalyptus essential oils in 1 teaspoon of almond oil. Massage into temples. 3) deep breathing for at least 10 minutes provides relief. 4) use a grain bag or hot water bottle over tense neck and shoulder muscles for 15-20 minutes. Gently stretch the area. Be mindful of your tendency to hold stress in your shoulders. Take homeopathic medicine belladona 200 twice a day for 2 days. Revert back thanks.

Make a habit of getting up early in the morning at a fixed time even if you have yo do it forcefully if you repeat it for a few days continuously then you will be able to sleep also on time.

Homoeopathic cream ANTIWRINKLE CREAM ( BAKSON) Apply in circular fashion twice a day 1. Avoid the sun and/or use a good sunscreen. Sun damage is well-known to wreak havoc upon the best of skin. All sun worshippers that do not take heed pay the price with lax, leathery skin before their time ~ not to mention the risk of many dangerous skin cancers. The sun screen should be o Broad-spectrum protection (protects against UVA and UVB rays). o Sun Protection Factor (SPF) 30 or greater. o Water resistance o Preferably Homoeopathic SUNCARE SUNSCREEN ( BAKSON). 2. Drink plenty of water. Water is what nourishes our cells…it is present in EVERY cell in our bodies. But, many people do not drink enough of this elixir! And, without proper hydration, skin will appear dull and listless ~ lacking the elasticity that gives us our youthful appearance. What is the proper amount of water to drink per day? This is a controversial subject, but I recommend 9 cups for women and 12.5 cups for men. 3. Hair grows in cycles. Each cycle consists of a long growing phase (anagen), a brief transitional apoptotic phase (catagen), and a short resting phase (telogen). At the end of the resting phase, the hair falls out (exogen) and a new hair starts growing in the follicle, beginning the cycle again. Normally, about 50 to 100 scalp hairs reach the end of resting phase each day and fall out. When significantly more than 100 hairs/day go into resting phase, clinical hair loss (telogen effluvium) may occur. A disruption of the growing phase causing abnormal loss of anagen hairs is an anagen effluvium. Causes of hairfall:- 1. Androgen hormone 2. Drugs (including chemotherapeutic agents) 3. Infection (eg, tinea capitis, kerion, cellulitis of the scalp) 4. Systemic disorders (disorders that cause high fever, sle, endocrine disorders, and nutritional deficiencies) 5. Alopecia areata first thing is to rule out any of these causes which will be of diagnostic value only but for immediate relief you can go for constitutional homoeopathic treatment which will remove your hairfall tendency from the root itself.

Hair is part of the body.Hair roots are situated inside the scalp and it gets nutrition through blood. Any cosmetic product will not help you in controlling hair fall.They are used to condition the scalp. Eat food which is rich in proteins,minerals and iron .Oil the scalp 3/week and wash it 3/week. Hi, what is the exact size and location of the kidney-stone? prevention of kidney stones may include a combination of lifestyle changes and medications. Lifestyle changes you may reduce your risk of kidney stones if you: drink water throughout the day. For people with a history of kidney stones, drink 12-14 glasses of water everyday. If you live in a hot, dry climate or you exercise frequently, you may need to drink even more water to produce enough urine. If your urine is light and clear, you're likely drinking enough water. 1 eat fewer oxalate-rich foods. If you tend to form calcium oxalate stones, restrict foods rich in oxalates. These include rhubarb, beets, bhindi (okra), spinach, swiss chard, sweet potatoes, nuts, tea, chocolate and soy products. Choose a diet low in salt and animal protein. Reduce the amount of salt you eat and choose non animal protein sources, such as legumes. Consider using a salt substitute. Continue eating calcium-rich foods, but use caution with calcium supplements. Calcium in food doesn't have an effect on your risk of kidney stones. Continue eating calcium-rich foods unless your doctor advises otherwise. Ask your doctor before taking calcium supplements, as these have been linked to increased risk of kidney stones. You may reduce the risk by taking supplements with meals. Diets low in calcium can increase kidney stone formation in some people. Medication: if the size of the kidney-stone is less than 7mm, only then do take homoeopathic medicine - berberis vulgaris q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice daily for 4 weeks.

Hi. It's normal to loose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. aManagement: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.
