You have only told about the problems. You did not mention a few thins like disease of your parents and occurances of diseases in your childhood. Anyway \you can take Arg-Met 6th. Power, 3 doses (5-6 globs) in consequtive morning. You will be definitely cured.

Hi lybrate-user tips for weight loss eat fresh vegetables daily. Avoid having sugar completely. Eat whole wheat bread instead of white bread; avoid everything made from white flour and make whole wheat bread, chapattis and brown rice a way of life. Do not skip a meal and eat three meals a day. Drink plenty of water to eliminate the toxins from the system. Limit your fat intake to 2-3 teaspoons a day. Increase the fiber intake as it provides a sense of fullness and also prevents hunger pangs. Take antioxidants for protecting the body against the toxins released during weight loss. Exercise catalyzes your efforts to lose weight and even regular walking for thirty minutes can give you the benefits of an aerobics exercise. To improve the metabolism, try increasing the duration, frequency, intensity of your daily workout. Remember that maintaining the ideal weight is a lifetime commitment and not a short-term affair. Firmly believe that the pleasure of being trim and healthy is far better than the pleasure of eating unwisely.

My mother is 52 years old suffering from severe lower back pain. One of the orthopedist suggested calcitriol calcium carbonate and zinc capsule for calcium deficiency and pantoprazole domperidone. But it is of no use. Still she have back pain. We have consulted so many doctors in our city its of no use. Is it any other reason for pain. Body weight: 75.

How to lose fat from hips and thighs Dietary changes – •Check the oil that you are using. Vegetable-based and olive oils are good for you. Cut down on ghee, butter, cheese, paneer and margarine. •Limit your carb intake. Restrict yourself while eating potatoes, white rice, sago, pasta and other products made of refined flours. •Use only skimmed milk and skimmed milk curd. •Give up on all the fried foods until you get that shape. Nothing will come easily. Avoid fries, pakodas, samosa, fried momos, chips, and other fried snacks. •Increase your fibre intake. Eat whole cereals, oats, broken wheat / daliya, brown rice, brown breads, fruits with skin and a lot of green veggies. If possible mix bran into your flour. •If you are a non-vegetarian and enjoy fish, you will love this diet. Eat fish upto 4 times a week. Bake it, grill it but don’t fry it. You can have other lean meats up to 2 times in a week. And egg whites for breakfast are a good idea. •2 tsp of Triphala churn, along with ginger water is excellent way to help you liver to break down fats speedily and effectively. •Cut the intake of wheat. Extra carbs always end of on hips and thighs. Include other cereals like jowar, bajra, and mix these flours with horse gram flour and soya flour. •Go very light with your dinners. A plate full of salad made out of veggies, sprouts, fruits along with soups will help. Fill in with a very small portion of brown rice or daliya. In short have a fiber and protein rich dinner and go low on carbs. Eat dinner around 7.30 pm and having a small walk after it will only add up to your goal. •Consume as much of water as you can and eat different varieties of melons for better results. How to lose fat from hips and thighs through exercise •Walking is the best exercise for your hips and thighs. Walking up to 4 km per day will make your goal appear closer and closer. •If I ask you, “how to lose fat from hips and thighs”? You would probably answer cross trainer or the cycle at gym. Frankly you are not helping yourself if you are doing these to lose fat from hips and thighs. These exercises will only help you in tightening your muscles and then bulking them up. •If you have been walking already, but don’t see much result, then you might need to increase the distance by a km and the intensity of walks from the 30thminute onwards. Also check your diet to ensure you are following the tips above. •Lunges and squats will help you too. Remember to check your posture while you do these exercises. Wrong posture can cause pain. •Running and jogging, hiking and trekking will help you too. Now that you know how to lose fat from hips and thighs all you need to do is tailor the above given tips to suit your plan. You could slowly increase your exercise and go easy with the diets. lossing weight may be due to inadquate diet basi food virrudha food freeze water cold drinks freeze stored food etc irregular menses non following of periods paricharya is also cause for hair loss weight loss etc eat fresh home made food only apply coconut oil on hairs and hair roots regularly for more details and medication consult privetly

1. Excersice daily- select a time when you can do your workout. If you cant go to gym you can do stretch exercise along with deep breathing followed by suryanamaskar and other forms of excersices. 2. You should have ample of water each day preferably 2-3 litres throughout the day. 3. Avoid oily, spicy and salty food items as they add on to the extra weight which is harmful. 4. Have atleast 6-7 hours sleep at night at a stretch. Avoid watching T.V. or surfing Mobile or laptop before going to bed. 5. Have a complete diet- make sure you take nourishing diet (big topic to explain without known your diet) 6. After every meal walk for sometime atleast 15 minutes with mouth closed. 7. Make sure the consumption of alcohol and non-veg diet is limited so that it will not have a negative impact on your body. 8. Include Green tea, blueberry juice, Amla juice and codliver oil (if you are a non-vegeterian) in your diet. Have fresh fruits daily in variation. Hello,the causes of premature graying hair includes- "A hormonal imbalance, Hyperthyroidism and Hypothyroidism, malnutrition, pernicious anemia, nutritional deficiency, using electric dryers and concentrated hair dyes, as well as genetic disorders, chemotherapy and radiation, are all factors. At times, a few gray hairs can develop in children as young as 8 years and then it is generally progressive with increasing age." *First of all you should correct your diet because what we are eating , that is reflecting on our body, so we should take Foods that are rich in iron and zinc help our body to fight against white hairs. Eat these following foods; like mushrooms, corns, green leafy vegetables, almonds etc. Avoid too much oily foods. Drink adequate water. Our Homoeopathy also helps to reduce and prevent the hair fall. 1. you should take lycopodium 200 , 5 drops once in 15 days, morning empty stomach. 2. Take wiesbaden 200, 5 drops , once a day. 3. Apply jaborandi Hair Oil (SBL) on your hair and scalp thrice in a week. 4. Wash the hair with Montana herbal shampoo(SBL). 5. Take the sandalwood and make it as fine powder. Then add the glycerin and rose water to the sandalwood powder. Make it as the smooth paste and apply on the face. All the three ingredients are helpful in removing the dark spots, black spots.

This is an effective but slightly difficult exercise for height increase, and it requires a lot of practice to do perfectly. But this stretching exercise works wonders for increasing height. It also helps in firming the back muscles and spine. Sit on the floor with your legs stretched in front, and your palms placed on the floor near your hips. Press your hands and feet into the ground and lift your body up to form the shape of a table. Keep your arms straight and feet bend from the knees. Stay in this posture for 20 seconds and come to the starting position. Repeat it 2 to 3 times.

Dear Lybrateuser, - At your age your pain could be due to acidity, anxiety or sedentary habit - avoid fried, spicy, sour & junk food - chew your food well, do not skip meals, have meals on time, have 5-6 small meals including snacks rather than three large meals, do not lye down for at least 1-2 hrs after meals, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime - have plenty of oral fluids including 7-8 glasses of water for proper digestion - to rule out any cardiac problem do ECG, echocardiogram - do regular exercise like brisk walking, jogging, swimming, yoga & deep breathing for 10-15 min daily morning - take tablet Pan40, 1 tab half an hour before meals - consult a doctor if not much relief.
