First we hav to work on ur digestive system...Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day...Follow up after 1week...drink plenty of fluids..avoid constipation.

Hi lybrate-user, you are work is full of strain and stress I believe. You need some relaxation other than music, eating food etc. Right. To relax one first important thing to do is to take a break or leave. I wanted to many things about what kind of occupation you are into. Okay if you want to discuss further regarding the same you are most welcome. So that I can help you better, by providing you some therapies as well. For now, I wanted you to take break or leave at least one or two days, just do what you like the most, which you enjoy a lot. Join some meditation classes, though all think it is boring one, it is actually slow process, which definitely relax your mind and body. Whenever you feel stressed take at least 10 minutes relaxation during your working hours. Breath in and out slowly. Take care. Hi. Loosing weight is a gradual process. You have to be a little patient. Keep a target of atleast 3 months. (some people loose fast and some don't) folloe the instructions: 1. Set a routine. Set your timings for morning or evening work-out. 2. Reduce the calories you take in a day by 25%. Same meals, one fourth less portion. 3. Avoid oily and sugary foods. 4. Packaged snacks should be replaced by diet or roasted snacks and tea/coffee by sugar free green tea or lemon tea. 5. Go to a gym/ run /play a sport like cricket, lawn tennis, basket ball etc. (atleast 45 minutes of work out) 6. Avoid late night meals, and avoid eating after 8: 00 p. M. 7. Get a sound sleep, do not sleep too late. This is not a difficult routine to follow and will show results.

You can help yourself with practice of pranayam and meditation. Morning walks and taking light food esp at night will help. Clean the gut every week with mild purgative. Later withania somnifera preparations may be used if needed, as per directions.

Hi I'm a 20 year old boy with a height of 5'9" It's enough but not for me because I want a carrier in Modeling so I want to be 6 feet. I'm doing a lot of exercises in the morning like running for 20 minutes, 40-50 Pushups, 80 Squats, Sprint, Hanging and some stretching too. And I'm taking a high Protein diet (Approx 100g protein per day) with limited Carbs and Fats and also less saturated Fat and High Unsaturated. My sleep is also good. I sleep for 8 hours. I'm taking Multivitamins and Calcium with Vitamin D3 tablets too. I'm taking 1 litre milk per day because Calcium is very Important for bones. I'm taking Soy Products too. I'm taking proteins too. I'm taking enough Fruits and Dry fruits also. I know I have made a Paragraph about this but this is it. I think I'm doing enough for my body. I'm doing this all things from 4 months. I'm build Athletic and a little Muscular. Any advice, herbal medicine or anything to grow taller 3 inches. Please tell me. Thank You.

There is no medicine, allopathy, ayurved, or any other science for increasing height. I repeat, no medicine can increase your height. The anabolic steroids stunt growth by closing epiphyses. So don't try that also. After 20 height grows by about 1 inch every 3 years. Build body, muscles. But height cannot be increased. If growth is reduced, by malnutrition, then it can restored. But artificial increase in height is impossible. Don't chase false claims and advertisements.

Calf Stretches Standing calf stretch Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Wall calf stretch Stand about two feet away from a wall. Place the ball of your right foot against the wall while your heel remains on the ground. Slowly and gently lean into the wall while keeping your knee straight. Hold this for 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Hi. Causes of oily skin – hereditary, diet, Hormone levels, Pregnancy, Birth control pills, Cosmetics you use, Humidity and hot weather . Because of the hormonal shifts of adolescence, oily skin is common in teenagers, but it can occur at any age. In general, skin tends to become dryer with age. The flow of sebum or oil increases during adolescence and starts decreasing with age. During pregnancy and menopause, hormonal imbalances can also upset the oil balance and increase the activity of sebaceous glands. Oily skin needs special cleansing with plenty of hot water and soap to prevent the pores from being clogged. Avoid harsh products that strip your skin of oil and encourage flakiness. To cleanse oily skin, use oil-free products as they dissolve sebum effectively. Keep your skin very clean. Limit washing your face to two or three times a day. Too much washing will stimulate your skin to produce more oil.Try using a clay or mud mask. If you have sensitive skin, use white or rose-colored clays.Half an hour before taking your bath apply on your face half teaspoon each of lime and cucumber juice mixed together. To clear away excess oil, use a clay or mud mask. Blend together well 1 teaspoon green clay powder and 1 teaspoon raw honey. Apply the mixture to your face, avoiding the eye area. Leave it on for fifteen minutes, then rinse well with lukewarm water. Do this at least three times a week--or more. Along with this, take Homoeopathic treatment - Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day and the same medicine to be applied locally on acne/ acne marks + Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day, both for 20 days and give your feedback to me.

Regular poster active work is all that required. Yoga and gym is for those who always sit on chair and use brain for 10-14 hrs a day. Food should be normal cereals based, home cooked fast food as regular habbit is again bed idea.

To reduce belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.

Hello... For fast growth of the body you need to take high fiber and carbs in diet... Eat all fresh pulpy fruits and green veges.. Salad is also rich i n fiber........ Whole wheat grain, whole wheat bread, oats all are good........ Avocados, banana all are good for weight gain......... Protein is also good for you.. Take protein shakes, soyabean, soya milk, full cream milk......... If you are non veg then you can eat 2 boiled eggs daily.. Chicken or mutton are also good........ You can gym also for growth of the body..... Take homoeopathic tonic:- Alfa Alfa malt ( 2 spoons twice a day half an hr before every meal )... Update me after 15 days for follow up......
