Weakness after prolong high fever is very common problem n should b taken seriously. This may b due to excessive amount of mineral loss and fluid loss from d body depending upon what kind of fever you were suffering from. Sometimes due to antibiotics taken your stomach get upset and because of that also weakness persist.

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket. And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back. You may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * surya namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * in diet vegetable protein of cereal, b complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning along with surgical, gum strengthening & advancement procedures. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meals. Use pepsodent tooth paste & gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks. Advance procedures can be done with laser. You may consult me in person. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

Have more green veggies, reduce junk foods, oily foods. Do some same packes like pappaya or banana facepack daily once with rose water. Do splash your face with plane water quit often.

Whitening toothpastes have more abrasive property along with little percentage of bleaching agent. They will not only abrade your enamel surface but can also cause sensitivity of your teeth. The colour of your dentition is the natural color given by God. It is the color of your dentin that reflects thru enamel. Secondly cooking food in microwave in normal plastic containers is not at all safe. Researches and studies shows incidence of cancer. Not only with microwave cooking but also normal plastic material when it comes in contact with the heat does some harmful chemical reaction that is said to be risky and contributing factor of cancer. I don't know how much the containers that r so to say microwave safe r good.

I work in a software firm. I feel very confused and sleepless for small things. For eg. I will share a incident. In a meeting my manager appreciated my work and asked what challenges I faced in front of everyone in the team. I felt shivering and blabbered something. The whole night I was thinking about that incident and told my friends. I always moaning my friends all the things. They tell me that don't worry for these things and if I stop moaning that would better help in resolving those small problems. Please don't advice me to attend the counselling. Give me some other useful tips like meditation, food habits, way to peace, etc. Thank you very much in advance.

Well, the choice is yours whether you want to go for counseling or not. You seem to have social anxiety and you can take the following measures: If you want to avoid meeting a counselor and want to something on your own do something to increase your fitness in five areas: physically by regular exercise, emotionally by dealing with your feelings, intellectually by cultivating good mental habits, socially by mixing and making a lot fo friends, and spiritually by being god-fearing and by loving other people as members of a shared family and operating​ with good values. About the issue itself: Do you know if this is a family trait, or is the family by anyways less to socialize, or have you had any problem with fear because of some family or childhood experience? Have you ever been embarrassed in public by someone that it has left an indelible mark in your personality? You can take the answers to these questions to a counselor and resolve the same. Anyway, you must deal with your fear of people and it will be the best solution to your problem. In the meantime do some confidence building exercises by attending a personality development course, public speaking skills course (I suggest you join the Toastmasters Club), work out at a gym to build good self-image, and join social events to practice your skills. Surprisingly many people are often in the same boat as you, and so you are not alone. The very people you are intimidated by may be afraid of you too! There are three important developments to have to make an autonomous personality: Awareness, intimacy, and spontaneity. If you are super aware or too conscious of yourself, it will affect the intimacy and spontaneity. Although your problem is now directly to do with intimacy, you can see that they are all connected. Go and work on these matters with a counselor for this level of social anxiety to disappear from your life for good.

kindly wash your face with neem face wash and apply multani mitti paste with rose water, after it gets dried up, wah the face and apply kumkumadi lepam cream. Use it daily in the evening. Take wheat grass juice, 80 ml, twice a day empty stomach. Take gandhaka rasyana, 3 tabs with lohasava, 2 tsf in half a glass of warm water, after meals twice a day. Continue the regime for 2 months. Cut down spicy food, curd, butter milk, fast food, late night meals from your routine. Take liquid diet like daliya, khichdi, moong daal in your diet. Good luck.

Apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation twice a day. Take mahayograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day. Take maharasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Avoid tea. Coffee. Junk food. Fermented food. Spicy food. Rice. Walk for atleast 30 minutes a day. Do pranayama early morning. Sleep for atleast 7 hrs per day.

There is a problem in sound sleep, without taking sleeping peel no question for sound sleep but feeling very much disgusting when awake in the morning, feeling very week and not able to go outside for morning walk or yoga or physical exercise when I am consuming sleeping peel. 1. You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2. You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3. Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5. Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6. Take light dinner. 7. Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Failing to gain the weight indicate two problem in one system. One is abnormally high metabolism and other is malabsorption syndrome. In both the cases the person may have being taking sufficient diet, but he fails to put on and the condition has to be addressed medically.

You must go and meet with a counselor immediately and if that person advises that you meet with a doctor you must do so and cooperate to your utmost. Please visit these professionals along with your parents. In the meantime please do the following sincerely because you could resolve the problem better with good cooperation: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least, 30 minutes but not in the scorching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Above all to be really happy, you need to live in love and for love. Learn all about emotions and how to handle them and that will get you out of the depression rather easily and quickly. A counselor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Be positive every day and learn to be contented with what you have. Do some left brain exercises: it is the happy brain. Here are a few suggestions: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do calisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. Whatever happens please cooperate with the therapy and do not discontinue until the condition is completely resolved.

When I wash my face with soap it gets very dry. I change my soap to mild one but still I get dryness. Also I have oily skin. When I use cream for dryness my skin get too oily. Cream remain on the skin surface and not get absorbed. What is this problem and how to prevent. I do not want to use cream because it produce oil.

Soap is not recommended for face. Always use a gentle cleanser for washing your face. Use a mild moisturising cream and a sunscreen with spf 30 will help you.
