If you do not want to study, then go for career guidance and do an aptitude test. This last will determine what you are naturally talented in and there are many options once this has been identified. With good career guidance, you can choose to do courses that have techical skills development as its learning base. If after finishing that course, you want to suddenly study because you have developed an interest in it, then you can do a condensed course in engineering and become a qualified professional. So do not despair and get these two tests and consultations done before you decide what is best for you.

I need psychological help. I don't know whether these are the symptoms of depression or not, but I feel so that I am getting depressed day by day. I feel sad, I always cry. Sometimes I feel like I want to commit something wrong but then I control myself. Yes I am in a relationship and we fight. But then whenever this situation comes where we fight, I get very weak. I cry a lot, can't sleep till 5 am and when I sleep. I sleep too late. Infact I sleep a bit too much. I feel that I am a lonely person, I feel isolated. Whenever I get to smile for a reason, I get scared along with. So that I do not get to cry again at the end of the day. Sometimes I want to cry my heart out, I want to cry out loud, but I can't. Yes I have self harmed many a times. Please help me out.

If you fight more than what is called normal and it seems like you are the only one who is being hurt, then you may need to get out of this relationship. These are the signs of a toxic relationship. This may sound harsh to you but you have to get out of this situation if you are continuously feeling isolated or lonely. There is nothing more important than your mental peace and physical health. These things are not worth your precious time and precious life. You only live once so you better make sure that everyday you live is in a beautiful state. Start having some respect for yourself and feel blessed for the life and family you are given. Don't cry over these things because your parents haven't raised you to this day with so much love to see you in pain and agony. Start taking control of your life and day. Just keep telling yourself that you only live once and start appreciating this wonderful life. You are a beautiful soul and a beautiful person so you should be treated with the same care and respect like everyone else. At the end of the day, only you are responsible for your state. No one can hurt you without your consent. Don't keep the key of your happiness in someone else's pocket. Stay blessed!

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy.

I am giving you some tips to prevent constipation: 1. Take 6-8 glass of water in a day 2. Regular physical activity keeping mobile and active will greatly reduce your risk of getting constipation. Ideally do at least 150 minutes of physical activity every week. 3. You should have about 30 g of fibre a day. You can increase your fibre intake by eating more: I am giving you list of some fibre containing food fruit vegetables wholegrain rice whole wheat pasta wholemeal bread seeds oats 4. Toilet habits never ignore the urge to go to the toilet consult if symptom persist.

hello, you are quite right. Long sitting is known to cause backache. So avoid it whenever possible, have a right posture while sitting, proper heights of the chair and table, do a few minutes streching after each 1-1.5 hrs. Do hot fomentation and apply a local gel/balm twice a day. And you can also wear a ls belt to support your back. Learn exercises from a physiotherapist and do them religiously. You will settle. Take care.

Use Ethigow face wash daily. It has kojic acid which helps in removing tanning and you may regain original color. do not forget to apply sunscreen daily.

Hello, Some primary headaches can be triggered by lifestyle factors, including: Alcohol, particularly red wine Certain foods, such as processed meats that contain nitrates Changes in sleep or lack of sleep Poor posture Skipped meals Stress insufficient sleep or rest Overexertion Nutritional deficiencies A secondary headache is a symptom of a disease that can activate the pain-sensitive nerves of the head. Any number of conditions — varying greatly in severity — may cause secondary headaches. Get your blood pressure checked, make a chart. Let me know about the readings, will give you medication accordingly. Also, get eyes tested. Medication: Meantime, can start with homoeopathic medicine - Bakson's Mig Aid tablet/ after every 2 hours. For backache: Maintain a right standing and sitting posture, keep your back always straight, avoid carrying weight on back. Hold or carry weight divided equally in both the hands or shoulders (to avoid over straining on one particular hand or shoulder). Lie down on bed on your back without pillow. Exercise: Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Get back to me thereafter.

Advise deep cleaning, polishing, whitening (bleaching) procedures, artificial enamel filling or capping. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Use Snowdent tooth paste for whitening until then. Apply SNOWDENT paste on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min .Then brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight for better results. Cause of discoloration – Smoking, coffee, tea, drugs, aging, staining food (wine, blueberry, etc) genetics.

Decrease the intake of cereals in your diet, take high protein diet, and more fruits and vegetables in small and frequent intervals. Take skimmed milk and upto half kg. Your water intake should be in between 3 to 4 litres. And never take water in between your meals, take before or after 1 hour from your meal.

Hello, Thanks for your query. Try an over-the-counter medicine containing simethicone, which helps to break down gas bubbles. You can try a process of elimination by substituting a gassy food for a non-gassy one, and see which one is giving you the most trouble. A few basic substitutions: • Rice milk for cow’s milk • Bananas, blueberries and melon for apples, peaches and plums • Gluten-free and spelt cereals and bread for wheat and rye products • Bamboo shoots, bok choy, carrot, celery, corn, eggplant, green beans, lettuce, chives, parsnip, pumpkin, and tomato for artichokes, asparagus, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, cabbage, okra, onions, and peas.
