Dear , Creatinine levels can be changed with proper water metabolism and does not necessarily need medicine support all the time. Neprosave is too strong a medicine. First of all, you need to reduce your weight by atleast 35 kgs to be able to reduce the burden on all you body organs. Any amount of medicine will help reduce the symptom, but a proper lifestyle, weight, proper regulated food are essential to maintain proper health. Regards.

What is her age? give her frequent sips of warm water, honey with warm water is beneficial to cold. Keep her properly hydrated. For bad breath ask her to brush twice a day, clean mouth after each meal--after any sweet dishes.

Diet to Lower Triglycerides

Excessive sugar intake is no longer about expanding waistlines and tooth decay only. It is a common way to boost blood triglyceride levels.

So it comes back to that old litany - a healthful lifestyle consisting of a good balance of:

dietary low-sugar intake
exercise to maintain an optimal body weight
no smoking, and
moderation of alcohol intake.

But deciding which "diet" to choose is not an easy task, especially for those who have little time for meals. Since triglycerides are circulating forms of fat in the blood, you might think that

a high-fat diet will raise your triglycerides and
a low-fat diet would lower your triglycerides.
This belief turned out not to be true. According to the recent evidence, the most important dietary predictor of triglycerides appears to be carbohydrates, namely,

sugars
starches and
refined (processed) grains.
In other words, what leads to increase in blood triglycerides are mainly diets high in carbohydrates, especially sugar (American Association for Clinical Chemistry).

In fact, the effects of high carbohydrate diet on the triglyceride synthesis by the liver - the major source of blood triglycerides exclusive of chylomicrons - have been known for a long time (J Clin Invest. 1968 April; 47 (4): 712–719).
Avoid Triglyceride Blasters I: Basic Eating Plan

The amount of food you should be eating is about the size of your fist per meal.
Within the diet itself, sugar and alcohol have the greatest influence on triglycerides. Therefore, when it comes to lowering your blood triglycerides, you should:

ELIMINATE or AVOID:

High Triglycerides: Sugars Increase Triglyceride Levels ALL sugars such as:
concentrated sweets: table sugar (sucrose), cane sugar, brown sugar, Turbinado sugar, Demerara sugar, powdered sugar, honey, syrups (especially high fructose corn syrup as a substitute sweetener for sucrose-table sugar added to fruit juices, sodas, and other beverages), preserves, molasses, jams, jellies, and candies
desserts-baked goods: pies, cakes, cookies, crackers, frosting, pastries, doughnuts, ice cream, frozen yogurt, and regular or sweetened gelatin
beverages: fruit juices, fruit drinks, fruit punches, regular sodas, carbonated pop, colas, aid drinks, smoothies, sports drinks, sweetened coffee drinks, mocha, and chocolate drinks
Triglyceride Reducing Diet: Avoid high-fructose fruit - dates, raisins, figs, prunes, grapes, pears, cherries, apples, persimmons, blueberries, bananas, kiwi fruit, watermelon, plums, honeydew melon, grapefruit, orange and pineapple high-fructose, sweet fruits (both fresh or dried): especially dates, raisins, figs, prunes, grapes (red and green), pears, cherries, apples, persimmons, blueberries, bananas, kiwi fruits, watermelons, plums, honeydew melons, grapefruits, oranges and pineapples
other foods: sweetened cereals, flavored yogurts, and sports or energy bars
Triglycerides Lowering Diet: Avoid or Limit Alcohol Alcohol such as
Triglycerides Lowering Diet: Avoid or Limit Beer beer
Triglycerides Lowering Diet: Avoid or Limit Wine wine
hard liquor
liqueurs (usually sweetened alcoholic liquors) and cordials.
PLEASE NOTE: A reduction of alcohol intake is crucial in keeping triglycerides in check - just one drink can increase triglycerides in susceptible people. If you have elevated triglycerides and consume alcohol - a reduced intake or not drinking alcohol at all is strongly advised.

LIMIT:

Triglyceride reducing diet: Limit low-fructose fruit: apricot, nectarines, peaches, cantaloupe, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries low-fructose fruits, such as apricots, nectarines, peaches, cantaloupes, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries
Limit Commercially Raised Beef - The Dangers Posed to Our Health commercially raised red meat, especially fried, charbroiled and barbecued, and changing it to broiled or roasted poultry (turkey, chicken), preferably free-range.
ADD:


dark green leafy and cruciferous vegetables.
By all means, this is NOT another deprivation diet! Although the food "restrictions" advised to help you lower triglycerides may seem hard, it is heartening to realize you can achieve astonishing results without the risky drugs most conventional doctors recommend - if you put your mind to it.

However, after your triglyceride level goes back to normal, you should follow a modified sugar and alcohol diet for the rest of your life.

Take syp digeplex twice a day after meals eat more fresh vegetables and fruits avoid fried spicy and junk food also don't consume excessive tea coffee and areated drinks take tab albendazole once a week for three weeks.

Do let me know your hba1c value? also you need to provide me your daily food intake details. There are several things you can do to prevent a cold. they are all easy. -Always wash your hands after coughing or sneezing into your hands, blowing your nose, after touching someone who is sick, or when using public restrooms or telephones. -Cover your mouth and nose when you sneeze or cough. -Get plenty of rest/sleep.staying at home will keep you from spreading germs.Avoid people who have a cold or cold symptoms. -Drink plenty of fluids(veg/tomato soups,dal water/coconut water/herbal tea etc), and eat nutritious food(like sprouts/boiled eggs without yolk with milk). Avoid foods or drinks with caffeine which can impair your sleep -Treatment:A cold usually lasts for a week or two. Unless you develop complications, you shouldn't need medical treatment. -Complications like infections of the ears, throat, sinuses or lungs must be treated with antibiotics. -Gargle to keep from getting a sore throat. -Use saline nasal sprays or nasal irrigation. -Tablet nasorest-p once/twice daily may ease breathing. -Do steam inhalation once or twice daily -Cough- For dry cough.Take syrup Alex-D for a dry cough.(1 tsp thrice daily) -Productive cough:it brings up mucus from behind the throat or the lungs.These coughs should not be suppressed to the point that they no longer bring up mucus. Use syrup Alex. -Get chest xray done if cough lasts for more than a week and consult doctor immediately.

You may be having Problem due to hyperacidity. Follow the advice given below 1.Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit, tomato etc 2..Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3.Eat smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat. 4.Drink plenty of water. Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, Don’t skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee if you are having, 7. Avoid stress 8. Dear lybrate user, one of the major nutritional substance required for human body is carbohydrate. We take carbohydrate in the form of rice, wheat, sugar etc. The complex molecules of carbohydrate are broken down into simple glucose molecules during digestion & released in the blood stream to be absorbed by the muscle cells. Muscle cells utilise the glucose molecules to release energy by breaking down those glucose molecules. Insulin hormone plays a vital role in the absorption of the glucose molecules by the muscle cells. In abnormal conditions, either due to less production of insulin or due to resistance to insulin, the process of absorption of glucose by the muscles comes to a stand still. The glucose molecules remains in the bloodstream which results in the increase in the blood sugar level. The failure of utilisation of the glucose molecules by the muscle cells results in production of less energy than normal condition. This is externally manifested as the fatigue & tiredness of the patient. This excess amount of blood sugar compels the kidney to function more than normal level in order to excrete the blood sugar molecules through urine. As a result the patient suffers from frequent urination. This abnormal condition is clinically known as diabetes mellitus. Once a patient is diagnosed with diabetes he has to take regular medicine to keep his blood sugar level within normal limits. Take homoeopathic mother tincture gymnema sylvestra q, 30 drops, thrice daily, after meals, in a cup of water. Also you need to walk at least 1 hour daily without any interval. Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. Masturbation is normal, natural and never unhealthy. Even animals do masturbate. As a human being, you are also an animal. Every animal has sexual instinct because they are designed to reproduce. Human being also has sexual instinct and therefore he needs to satisfy sexual instinct. Therefore, to satisfy sexual instinct, a man or woman, masturbates. In any case, masturbation is never unhealthy or will never affect your physical or sexual health or it cannot affect your future sex life and the ability to have children. Masturbation cannot affect your growth or cause pimples or cause hair fall or cause shrinkage of penis. You should try to reduce the masturbation frequency to thrice a week and continue masturbation. This is due to the lack of hydration in your mouth, mucus which is protective layer in mouth helps you to keep mucosa wet and healthy, if this get dries than bacteria gets space to enter your body, and you start getting repeatedly the cold and throat pain, do keep yourself hydrated with fresh fruits, shakes, lemon juice of honey, melon, water melon, salads, and milk products like curds lassie, cofffee hot and cold, same is with the stomach problem that is due to lack of hydration acid gets concentrated so yu start getting pain in abdomen so keep hydration yourself to avoid such things, and avoid salty and spicy foods please.
