Post traumatic stiffness does not have pain free option. Ask physiotherapist to start mobilisation as soon as possible, you may ask him to go slow on you so that you feel less pain, but doing this it may take longer for you to get full range.

For first aid just apply hot & cold water fomentation thrice a day for 3days of 15 minutes duration each time if still pain persists do consult neuro musculoskeletal physiotherapist or orthopaedician or neuro physician asap

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Why not discuss with me in a video conference? Back exercises. Many people go to physiotherapists with back pain. Here are two exercises that help to relieve pain and reduce stiffness in the back: •Dear, 1. Lie on your back with both of your legs straight. In this position, bring your left knee up close to your chest. Hold this position for 10 seconds. Return your leg to the straight position. Repeat with the right leg. •2. Stand up with your arms on your side. Bend to the left side while slowly sliding your left hand down your left leg. Come back up slowly and relax. Repeat with the right side of your body.

Hello learn posture care/ spine exercise with skilled physiotherapist. Meanwhile take few precautions. 1) sleep on hard bed with soft bedding on it 2) take hot water fomentation for 20 min. At every 3hrs. Interval do not ignore your back pain and do reply for private consultation and detailed treatment plan. Best wishes.

Those who suffer frequently from acidity problems may refer to having an “acid stomach.” Eating spicy foods, lack of exercise, irregular eating habits, stress, or drinking alcohol frequently can lead to acidity problems. Drink a glass of lukewarm water every day before going to sleep and immediately after waking up in the morning. Do not drink water during or immediately after a meal though, as it can lead to improper digestion that can contribute to acidity.

Hello , you can follow these advice- 1. Use heel cups (silicon heel) or shoe insert under your shoes. 2. Do towel stretches 3. Calf stretches and toe stretches also. 4. Hot fomentation is advisable in this condition, if this is not working consult me again i'll teach you gait training, and pain management techniques. Wish you happy life.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Avoid long sitting, toward bending, lifting heavyweight, long standing, do stretching exercise of spine and legs. Do hot fermentation if pain is there. Sit straight maintain your posture do spine extension exercise and bridging exercise.

Multivitamins can be taken if you want but they will not relieve your back pain. Backache in young age is commonly due to 1. Muscle strain resulting from improper posture. 2. Intervertebral disc bulge or prolapse. Follow these treatment guidelines to get relief. 1. Sit with straight back and change posture in between. Do not hunch and feet should rest on floor while seated. 2. Take breaks in between work and walk. 3. Take rest when back pain is severe but avoid total bed rest. 4. Do back strengthening and stretching exercises daily. 5. Take anti inflammatory drugs like Ibuprofen if pain is persistent. 6. Apply analgesic cream over back followed by warm fomentation. 7. Keep pillow behind your knees at bedtime. 7. Do not bend and lift weights. 8. If back pain is accompanied with radiating leg pain or tingling , numbness or weakness, consult immediately .

Most of time I feel pain in my lower part of feet. Some days continuously I feel pain in my right side of foot lower part in heel. That will be automatically cure and yet now feel left side of the lower part of toe. What is the cause. I have no deficiency of any vitamins.

Hi looks like you planter fascities -apply ice, -do stretching of calf muscles, -wear proper footwear -try using a frozen bottle of water and gently rolling it under the arch and heel. Start physiotherapy sessions. Best wishes.
