Hello theses r very common complaint during menstruation you may do mild exercises like ankle toe movement knee movement and butterfly (mild stretching adductors) you may put warm water bag but make sure bleeding is not heavy.

Hello rheumatic arthritis is a inflammatory disease (inflammation in synovial fluids) early morning stiffness and joint pain is very common in that ,along with medicine start physiotherapy as soon as possible for make her better therapeutic exercises will help in strengthen muscles and pain relief joint will be free and strong so she will feel comfortable in her daily life activities and start with hot furmantation with hot water bag or hot water bottle etc some electric modality in physiotherapy will help in reduce inflammation and pain.

Doctor I am getting pain in my anal part when I passes stool in the morning. And there is a little part coming there as such I don't get any blood from there. There is a difficulty sitting. I used to apply coconut oil frequently so that I may not get pain. For that I also avoid to the extent possible outside food. Please suggest what to do and get out of it.

Hello lybrate-user your problem is completely related with your diet and lifestyle well I am suggesting some diet instructions related with your problem 1) you should have lots of water every day at least 3 L water so you will have less chances to get Constitution and hard stool so won't feel pain while passing stool 2) 2-3 spoon of ghee everyday 3) black raiseins (soak in water and have in morning) 4) citrus fruits like orange, lemon, grap fruit vit c is important for immunity try to have whole fruit 5) green leafy vegetables 6) avoid Frozen food, bakery items 7) eat some warm and fresh food.

Hello you may have planter fasciitis for burning sensation and pain apply ice pack for 15 to 20 min twice a day you may do contrast bath (shift ankle to cold water for few min and then warm water for two min), wear doctors chappals which are shock absorber and they protect fascia from wrong pressure and jerk you can also wear ankle compression sleeve for pain relief while doing activities along with it perform some exercises as well like ankle toe movement, calf stretching, planter fascia stretching.
