Take sanjeevani ras vati twice a day with warm water. Take pranacharya jwar nigraha capsule and punarnavadi mandoor 1-1 twice a day with warm water. Avoid salt as more as possible. Drink luke warm water. Wipe your body with clean towel.

HI Lybrate USER…. 1) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 2) sleep upto 10-10.30 pm…. 3) avoid coffee and tea…. A) take 2 tsf of SHATAVARI KALP with 250 ml of lukewarm MILK, in the morning instead of break fast… B) take 40 ml of AUDUMBARAVLEHA after meals…. C) take 2-2 tablets of LEELAVILAS RASA and CHITRAKADI VATI after meals… D) take 2 tablets of VASANTKUSUMAKAR RASA along with 1 tsf of honey and 30 ml of water, early morning on empty stomach… E) eat 30-40 black currants during meals… Do all these things for 30 days…it gives you good result…. I am 21 year and presently I am in middle of b-tech, I am not feeling right these days I am getting extreme headache, my anger level is getting high and my relation with each individual is getting worst each day, any small things or if someone tells me something I can not forget those and get hug inside, I can not get sleep and I do not feel like eating and and having conversation, sometimes I feel like quiting everything and my condition is getting worst from bad each day.

When you start to feel tense and angry, try to isolate yourself for 15 minutes and concentrate on relaxing and calm, steady breathing: Inhale and exhale deeply 3 or 4 times in a row. Count slowly to four as you inhale. Count slowly to eight as you exhale. Focus on feeling the air move in and out of your lungs. Concentrate and feel your ribs slowly rise and fall as you repeat the exercise. Stop and revert to normal breathing if you start to feel dizzy. Take Regular Exercise and Keep Fit The hormones that we release when we are angry - mainly cortisol and adrenaline - are similar to those produced when we are stressed to help us to escape from danger. The release of these hormones is an evolutionary trait, useful if you are trying to run away from a mammoth but maybe less important in modern life where, for most of us, such life-threatening situations do not occur regularly. When you exercise regularly your body learns how to regulate your adrenaline and cortisol levels more effectively. People who are physically fit have more optimum levels of endorphins; endorphins are hormones that make you feel good and therefore less likely to feel angry. Sleep Sleep is an important part of life and good quality sleep can help combat many physical, mental and emotional problems, including anger. When we sleep, the body and mind rest and rebuild damaged cells and neural pathways. We all know that people often feel better after a good night’s sleep. The optimum level of good quality sleep is about 7 hours a night, however everybody is different and you may need more or less than this. Don't Hold Grudges We all need to accept that everybody is different and that we cannot control the feelings, beliefs or behaviours of others. Try to be realistic and accept that people are the way they are, not how we would like them to be. Being resentful or holding a grudge against somebody will increase your anger and make it more difficult to control. You cannot change how other people behave or think but you can change how you deal with others but working on a positive attitude.

1. Eat well – Take a balanced Diet comprising of 45% carbohydrate, 30% protein and 25% protein, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits. Don’t over eat. Avoid junk, spicy, oily, high calorie, cholesterol rich diet, don’t skip your breakfast. Take warm, homemade food. Avoid food and drink from outside. Don’t skip or postpone your meal. Minimize consumption of refined grains like white rice, white bread, sugary or refined food. 2. Keep hydrated- Drink 2 liters /6-8 glasses of water daily 3. Do regular exercise for one hour daily like brisk walking/Jugging etc 4. Take adequate rest- 7-8 hours of sound sleep in the night is required to remain healthy 5. Avoid stress, anxiety, depression, agitation etc 6. Find time for relaxation and enjoyments with friends and family 7. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control emotion, improve concentration and relieve stress 8. Develop hobby, Learn new skill 9.Go for detail Annual Health check up.

It would lead to increased sensitivity and when exposed to direct sunlight will lead to rashes and chance of skin cancer in near future.

How to increase body stamina in work, businesses and family life, I cannot go for exercise.

Dear, you will definitely get more stamina by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. * very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time * drink atleast 2 litres of water daily. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. Then slowly walk fast and slowly start running. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can do surya namaskar yogasan daily to improve your stamina under the guidance of yoga expert.

it will help. or All the natural ingredients (Tretinoin, Hydroquinone and Cortisone) inlcuded in Melamet have only one goal: to improve your skin tone. Tretinoin helps prevent and treat acne and wrinkles by peeling off dead skin cells. Hydroquinone is the skin lightener agent in this equation that improves the overall tone of your skin. Cortisone is an anti-allergy ingredient that reduces inflammation and/or itching.' How to Use: Use the Melamet Cream just before bedtime. Being underweight reduces immunity causing higher incidences of infections & diseases, weakness, lower productivity. In order to gain weight in a healthy way, 1. Have small frequent meals (2-3 hrs interval) instead of 3-4 large ones 2. Drink 3 litres water daily 3. Avoid having water with or just before meal or having heavy/ unhealthy snacks as these can curb appetite 4. Include foods low in volume but high in nutrient & calorie density-paneer, cheese, almond milkshake, mango juice, til ladoo, peanut chikki, stuffed parathas, malt with milk & sugar, premix, omlette/egg curry, chicken roll, soyabean cutlet, fatty fish. 5. Have cow/buffalo milk & products, white rice with ghee,thicker rotis with ghee, peanut butter, jam/jelly 6. Practice strength exercises to increase muscle mass & appetite

Apply bhringraj oil on your scalp then give hot water fomentation. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Take lots of proteins like soyabean. Egg white. Etc. Avoid tea. Coffee. Spicy food. Fermented food. Junk food. Apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp. Do pranayama early morning.

Yes you can have a fibroid polyp that can come outside the vagina and mimic a prolapse. Also if you have a large uterine fibroid it can put pressure on your bladder and call the vaginal wall to prolapse. What you actually have depends on the examination findings
