To get rid of 5 kg in a month is very easy. You don't need to starve or be dependent on diet charts and gymnasium. Go for simple walks if gymnasium facilities are out of reach. Reduce salt and sugars to bare minimum. Eat only good fats like a spoon of desi ghee or butter and a katori of assorted nuts everyday. Drink fresh lemon juice and honey added to water every day on empty stomach. Don't eat or drink for next hour. Eat plenty of seasonal vegetables and fruits, never mind the calories, they are healthy calories plus vitamins and minerals. Empty calories are sugar and lipids. Avoid cold drinks and fruits juices also. Eat whole fruits to get fiber, eat one full meal of daal roti chawal etc. Do write back after a month, don't weigh yourself everyday.

this can be due to fungal infection so keep clean and dry vaginal portion,use vaginal wash and apply antifungal ointment or gel for itching.better visit to doctor for proper management.

Hello- A female having a healthy body and a uterus does not have a great change in her menses dates. Generally 28 days are termed as the healthy menses repetition period. any think less or greater thn that is due to uterine problems, hormonal imbalance, or low blood volume in the body.

Yes first periods after delivery can be heavy at times. If it has settled now and there was no issues with bleeding after delivery there is nothing to worry. If your bleeding is still heavy and continuing or next periods are heavy then see a Gynaecologist.

Watch your weight. If you are obese then try to lose weight by regular exercise.

Eat fresh fruit, vegetables, whole wheat products and some pulses (high in purine) every day.

Enjoy low-fat milk and dairy products daily.

Keep an eye on the purine content of food. Avoid offal, shellfish and crustaceans and tinned fish such as sardines in oil.

Uric acid diet should be relatively high in carbohydrates, moderate in protein and low in fat. Complex carbohydrates like whole grain cereals, fruits and vegetables contain fiber that can help in proper digestion of the foods and assimilation of the nutrients.

Eat no more than 100 gm of meat, sausages, fish and poultry a day.

Say no to alcohol and sweetened cold drinks.

Fresh fruits like apples, bananas, oranges and lime are beneficial. Black cherries are considered to be beneficial in reducing uric acid levels.

Drink at least two liters of low-calorie fluids a day. Recommended fluids are water, tea and fruit juice.

Please note that normal uric acid levels in our body.

Hello, She needs to get evaluated for PCOD, hypothyroidism and hyperprolactinemia which can be other common causes for delaying menses after pregnancy has been ruled out.

Shuru mein main breastfeeding krwa rhi thi pr sath mein lactogen milk b deti thi ab mujhe doodh aana bht bht km ho gya h. please mujhe koi tareeka bataein jis se doodh jald se jald badhe koi home remedy batayein or kis wajah se doodh km ho raha h wo b batayen plz.

Feed more frequentally for 10 minutes on each breast may increase milk. Plenty of water may also help. You child is now four moths and hence you can add very thin soup of cereals if weight gain is not proper.

Since you have been trying for baby naturally for 4-5 years and not able to succeed, so you should think of next step i. E. Iui or ivf, these are the processes which will help you conceive baby of your own. To find out the cause that why you are not able to conceive naturally you need to do some tests as follows: lh fsh amh tsh prolactin usg antral follicle count and husband semen analysis.

You did the right thing by giving unwanted 72 tablet within hr. Its maximum efficacy is when it is given on the first day of unprotected intercourse. Its efficacy is 95% when taken on first day and as you have given it within hr, it should be more effective.

Nocturnal Emissions....

The discharge of semen during sleep usually as a result of erotic dreams is called nocturnal emission. It is also called “wet dreams” or “night falls”. It is not just boys who get these wet dreams. Even girls and women can have erotic dreams as a result of pent-up sexual desires, which may lead to orgasms during sleep. Wet dreams are quite natural when it happens once or twice in a month. on the other hand it needs medical attention.

There are multiple reasons give for nocturnal emissions. The most common seems to be that the body was partly designed for nocturnal emissions because a man needs to ejaculate from time to time even when he is not sexually active. it is natural way or releasing sexual tension. More specifically, nocturnal emissions are stimulated only from the brain. They happen when a man is actually dreaming (which is not all the time while he is sleeping!). Nocturnal emissions can happen regardless of the type of dream although these dreams are usually sexual.

I have pcos. But without any medication I recover from it by weight loss diet. I have no symptom of it even when it was detected not even now. My hormonal levels are normal. Periods are normal. My que is is still there are chances of infertility or to worry about?

If your menses are regular and you have been ovulating regularly then infertility due to ovarian causes is unlikely.

I am 30 Yrs old women n married. Having 3 Children. I have 2 Question 1st is I had 3 cesarian n my stomach is big how can I reduce that 2nd is in my feet my fingers are rupturing n my hand fingers also. I have dry skin I always wanted to put water on my hands n legs which I put due to that may b my feet is getting pain. I can not explain what exactly is that n during night I apply moisturizer. Every Time I cannot use moisturizer as I can not effort it n also It will go directly or indirectly in my kids mouth.

Hello, Doing exercises regularly will not only cut down your belly fat, but also you will get a body in good shape and you will be get rid of many diseases related to it! Following exercises will help you to achieve this if you don’t have any other medical condition: 1. The Plank - Lie down on your tummy and then come on your palms and toes. Lift the knees off the floor. Draw your tummy muscles up and breathe deeply into the side and back of the rib cage. Aim to hold the pose for 30 seconds. 2. Static Tiger pose - Place your hands and knees on the floor. This is the starting position. Now lift up one leg and extend the opposite arm. Hold this Static Tiger Pose for 3 deep breaths. Come back to the starting position and swap sides, extending arm and opposite leg. You can look down towards the mat to keep the spine in line. This exercise will build core strength. 3. Sitting Spinal Twist - Sit on the floor and cross your legs. Place one hand next to your hip and the other on the knee. Rotate the spine and look over one shoulder into a Sitting Spinal Twist. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. Swap sides, rotating and looking over the shoulder. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. 4. Stomach Crunches - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Place your hands on your thighs, across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your knees until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 stomach crunches. 5. Oblique Crunch - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Roll your knees to one side down to the floor. Place your hands across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your hips until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 oblique crunches and repeat on the opposite side. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best! For your skin condition: Do send a clear photograph of the affected area as without looking at the skin and insufficient information, making a diagnosis becomes difficult. Get good nutritious diet, do regular exercise. Take regular calcium and vit d. Take soy proteins in your diet. Get a full body check up including blood investigations, ultrasonography and mammography and clinical checkup by a gynecologist.
