Actually I do have skin problem since when I was on class 8th. Firstly when there was an acne in my face I used dettol in my cheeks without any mixture of water. From then my cheeks turns into black patches and having small holes. I do still have a dettol burn cheeks and searching to remove permanently. I want to know the medicines which cure the problem of mine face.

•EAT DIET RICH IN: 1.Fruits, vegetables, whole grains (bajra, jowar, ragi, soy, whole wheat, barley, and oats) 2.Fat free or low fat dairy products (cottage cheese, yoghurt, buttermilk), 3.Beans (kidney beans (rajma), soy beans, lentil (masoor), black eyed beans (chawli), chick peas (kabuli chana) 4.Skinless poultry and lean meats preferably chicken, fish especially fatty fish contain omega 3 fatty acids such as salmon, trout and herring. •REDUCE INTAKE OF BAKERY FOODS: Pastries, cakes, donuts and chocolate have good amount of saturated fats and sodium in the form of baking powderREDUCE THE INTAKE OF SATURATED FATS: Saturated fats are found in fatty meats & animal fats (beef, mutton, pork, lamb, and lard), fried and oily foods, egg yolks and dairy fats (butter, cream, cheese, margarine. •TRY LIMITING OIL INTAKE – Limit the usage of oil to half a liter per person per month. •CHOOSE UNSATURATED FATS: Walnuts, flax seeds, soy, olive oil and vegetable oils (olive, sunflower, rapeseed, corn) are good sources of unsaturated fats •REPLACE MEAT WITH FISH: Try to incorporate fish (not fried fish) instead of meat. •LIMIT THE USE OF SUGAR: Sweets, added sugars and sugar containing beverages triggers obesity •EXERCISE: Minimum 30 minutes of physical activity is needed daily for weight loss. Hi. As height can be gained till 21 yrs. Of age in males and 18 yrs. In females, so you do have 2 yrs. More to grow further. Medication: start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - bakson's hite-aid and five phos. - both thrice daily and thuja 1m/ one dose once a week - take them for 4 months. Management: consume a balanced diet. A person will look a lot shorter when having a plump body. Not only that, being fit by eating right will make you taller and feel better! eat plenty of lean protein. Lean protein, such as white poultry meat, fish, soy, and dairy, helps promote muscle growth and healthy bones. Simple carbohydrates such as pizza, cakes, sweets, and soda, are the stuff to stay away from. Eat plenty of calcium. Calcium, found in leafy green vegetables such as spinach and kale, and in dairy (yogurt and milk), helps promote healthy bones. Get enough zinc. Studies, although they have been inconclusive so far, point to a possible link between zinc deficiencies and stunted growth in boys. Good sources of zinc include oysters, wheat germ, pumpkin and squash seeds, lamb, peanuts, and crab. Get enough vitamin d. Vitamin d promotes bone and muscle growth in children, and a deficiency has been shown to stunt growth and cause weight gain in teenage girls. Vitamin d can be found in fish, alfalfa, or mushrooms commonly. 60% to 80% of your height is determined by genes! apart from these: -exercise throughout the teen years and in puberty. Get out and about and work your muscles for at least 30 minutes each day. Join a gym, join a sports team, if nothing else, walk around. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. -sleeping is the time when your body grows, get between 9 and 11 hours of sleep per night if you're a preteen or still younger than 20. -avoid any bad habit like smoking which affects the height, also avoid anabolic steroids which inhibit bone growth in young children and teens. Aa-always stand straight instead of hunching your back. (you can probably increase your height by a few inches with diet and lifestyle changes, especially if you are still in your teens or even your early 20s (for boys).) get back to me after 4 months for further guidance. 1.Take bland diet, Avoid spicy, oily, fatty and Junk food 2.drink plenty of water 3. take one tablet of pan40 in the morning 4. Take unienzyme 2 tablet twice daily after food for few days. 5.consult for further advice

My friend is having very high fever 103deg F. From the past 2 days. He is also having severe body pain and joint pain with swelling. His CBC report says he is having thrombocytopenia. But his WBC count is normal. However his monocyte, basophil count is low. Which test should we go for. Chickengunia or dengue or malaria.

Thank you for the query. Fro the symptoms that you have provided, the probability of Dengue and Chikungunya are high. Since the fever has been there for 2 days only get a Dengue NS1 antigen done first, as the Dengue IgM shall be positive only after 5-6 days. It is also advisable to get screened for Chikungunya amd Malaria as well.Keep a check on the platelet count and packed cell volume. Plenty of oral fluid is to be taken. Avoid drugs like Aspirin till Dengue has been ruled out. Regards

Breakfast - 1 glass banana milkshake+ 5 khajur+ 5 anjeer, • . mid morning - 2 chikoo • . lunch - 4 chapati + 1 bowl sabji+1 bowl dal++ 1 bowl rice + 1 bowl curd • tea time - tea + 1 pckt parleg • . late evening - 1 bowl roasted chana • dinner same as lunch • . bed time - 1 glass banana milkshake • Try these advices and you will definately gain weight (2-3kgs/month)

I had an accident, due which I had ligament injury in my knee (swelling) in 2012, I play basketball, after that accident I am unable to perform at my full, I am done with MRI and report says" swelling in ligament" and the doctor said to wear a knee cap and to do some exercises. Its obesity dear... Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food. And constipation.

You might be suffering from mild enteritis and Avoid spicy food in your diet and eat only curd rice or khichdi for few days and drink only boiled water

1. Take one tablet of crocin advance sos up to three tablets daily after food 2. Do warm saline gurgling and steam inhalation with karvol plus inhalant capsule 3-4 times daily 3. Put otrivin nasal drop one drop thrice daily 4. Take viscodyne d syrup 2tsf thrice daily if it is a dry cough or viscodyne syrup if cough is associated with sputum 4. You may have to take antibiotic along with it after consulting doctor, if no relief.
