There are several ways to do so: 1. Get it waxed. This is the best method as it slows hair growth and doesn't make them hard. 2. Buy a body hair trimmer. Example: philips bg1025/15 body groomer. Its easy to use and is battery operated and can be used everywhere below the neck. 3. Use a hair remover cream. Its easy and quick but the hair grows back very quickly. 4. Finally, you can go for laser treatment for permanent hair removal. It will be pretty expensive though.

I advice you include protein rich food in your diet n like soyabean, egg, milk nd milk products combination of cereals and pulses, sattu with milk, sprouts and take heavy breakfast.

I have been having repeated nosebleeds since I was 2 years old but recently they have gotten severe, I now bleed for an hour minimum when my nose starts bleeding. It has been so for the last two weeks, once I passed out? I recently got my blood pressure checked and it was 150/90 and my body temperature is normally a little high too,℥like 38 degrees celsius. I've seen many doctors but none of their advice or medications have helped me. Any suggestions?

In case many doctors have already seen you and their examination has not been able to find anything serious, you need to rest assured that it not serious. You have stated that rhinitis is the associated problem, that itself can be the basic cause behind such bleeding. When the nose gets congested, you may tend to blow your nose or try to wipe nasal secretions repeatedly injuring your nasal mucus membrane and some small capillary may start bleeding. If your bleeding and clotting times are normal then there does not seem to be a threat. You are perhaps more anxious hence handle your nose a bit delicately. When running or blocked do not blow it repeatedly or rub it with your handkerchief forcefully. If at all there starts a bleed hold your nostrils from outside pinching them tightly for about 7 to 10 minutes. The bleeding must stop. Do not lie down in supine position on your back at such time as the blood may trickle back in the throat and clot there. Take enough vitamin C available from juice of citrus fruits. A bleeder if identified properly in an ENT check up, may be cauterized by the surgeon if required.

My knees are stiff and painful. Cannot squat. Cannot walk more than 100 meters. Muscles in the thighs cramp. The foot turns outward due to severe cramping. Please advise.

Wear knee support, use stick while walking. Take 15 sessions of S.W.D followed by strengthening exercise of knee, consult physiotherapist for same. Also do check calcium, vit.d and uric acid.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Tiredness is often due to poor nutrition. It is important to know that just eating two heavy meals a day will not fulfill your nutrient needs. Most often we skip meals especially when at work or in college. We start our day on empty stomach but our work or stress or activity is never reduced. This causes weakness and lack of energy levels. Food is our source of energy and if you don't eat well as per your needs you are going to get deficient in many nutrients. So, start by eating the right foods at the right time. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Sleep well.    Exercise at least thrice a week.

I have knee pain problem in my left leg. I hav consult soo many Dr. But nothing happen. Some Dr. says that it's a ligament issue. But my bones are not fractured for that wht shud I do.

There could be Stretch / tear in the ligaments either outside or Inside the left Knee joint. This requires consultation of Orthopaedic Surgeon Who will get X-Ray of Knee. then may advice Crepe Bandage/Plaster.Some time Nerve stretch in left leg could be due to Sciatica. Patient lie on her back and tell her to lift her Right leg up to 90 Degree. Then lift her Left leg up to 90 Degree. In Sciatica she will get pain if she lift beyond 45 Degree. While standing straight normal person can bend forward and touch her own toes with her fingers. In Sciatica she may not be able to touch her toes. Hard bed (with Cushion) , Hot fomentation of lower back may help. Patient lie on her abdomen. Flex (Bend) legs to touch thigh may help. Get it confirmed by Surgeon and take medication as per his advice.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Ways to lose body fat: food - eat low calorie balanced & nutritious food. Avoid too much of oil & suagar in daily diet. Avoid bakery items, cold drinks, fruit juices. Drink 3-4 ltrs of water.
