Hello, Weight loss diet cannot be generic. However to help you out with some important tips,, please follow the instructions follow. . Have smaller portions, of meals every 2 to 3 hours. . Have 3 lts of water everyday. . Avoid junk food completely. . No alcohol and, smoking . Have seasonal fruits and vegetables. . Workout for atleast an hour everyday. . Manage stress and sleep for atleast 7 hours in the night.

I appreciate your desire to gain weight naturally without resorting to any medicines or quick fix solutions. Weight gain needs patience and happens gradually with improved appetite and sensible eating. Weight gain needs a healthy wholesome diet with increase in proteins, healthy fats and required carbohydrate intake. Include more of fish, eggs, chicken, nuts and oilseeds in your diet with ample quantity of fresh fruits and vegetables. Do not skip meals and eat frequently. Do some exercise along so that digestion is good. Take care that you do not have constipation and are properly hydrated. If your proximal joints (ie. Shoulder, elbow, hip & knee) then you can do hot water fermentation in that area to reduce the inflammation. If you have pain in the distal joints ie. Wrist, fingers, ankle, toes then you can wear then you can do hot water fermentation in that area to reduce the inflammation. Please wear Knee Brace / Elbow Brace / Wrist Brace so that you will feel warm, comfortable and very protective. However if the pain initially starts in the distal joints then we shall definitely say it is Rheumatic arthritis. Knee cap will also help to prevent the damaged cartilages. And also immerse the distal joints in the hot water tub which will help you to reduce the pain.

Weight gain is a slow process it take time. And it need well planned balanced diet along with physical activity and proper rest. You need well plan diet suited to your needs. Mean while here are few tips for you- Start eating small frequent energy dense meals instead of 3 large meal. Small meals are easy to digest and keep digestive system running. You can eat small portion of healthy food in difference of 2-3 hours have shakes of fruits with added nuts drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water. Eat all seasonal fruits and vegetables. Manage stress do some moderate intensity exercises for 30 minutes daily. Have positive body image appreciate your self Take sound sleep of 7-9 hour keep your self motivated as it not going to happen overnight.

To build some serious mass, Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a.Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B.Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C.If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D.Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E.Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F.You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G.You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the knee against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

I am living in rural area and there is lot of problems of drinking water. The water used are used directly from borewells. This water contains lot of particles of salt. If they are kept in pot they stick the pot and one layer is formed due to which their is bad smell from this. Hello, boiling the water for 20 mins will make hard water soft and fit for drinking. Add alum to this water and use muslin cloth to strain out extra salt deposits will help.
