Liposuction surgery aims at removal of fat from waist/hips and shoulders area. This is only a temporary solution. By liposuction you may be able to remove about 2 kgs of fat only considering you are about 15 Kgs overweight. 1. LS is not a magical solution. Its just for some time. After that again if you keep on eating hi calorie food, the fat will come back. 2. It is better to do proper exercise and switch to simple diet. 3. The problem with Liposuction is that it only sucks away fat. It does not suck away your bad eating habits. 4. Weight / Fat is not the problem. The real problem is the 'habits' which lead to excess weight. 5. Suck out those bad habits and 'POOOOF' your weight is gone forever. 6. Aim for permanent solutions. 7. Consult a dietician. Give up junk food. # Lead a better healthy life and you will live happily for ever.

These are the methods to treat pimples fastly - • Do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Mix black pepper powder in some water to make paste & apply on the pimples three times a week. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day. Be healthy.

Your weight is controlled by 4 major factors (1) refined sugar consumption (2) exercise and hydration (3) posture and sitting (4) how many times do you indulge yourself - alcohol, binge eating at parties, overeating etc. Step 01: refined sugar 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. Step 02: get exercise and proper hydration 1. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water. Step 03: improve posture and sitting habits if you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. Step 04: stop indulging and eat more of raw natural stuff 1. No more than 60 ml of hard liqour or 2 glasses of beer per day. 2. Try to eliminate the urge to overeat but if you do overeat try to limit the incidents to two times per week. 3. Eat 4 servings of fruits per day. 4. Each of your meal should contain 50% of raw vegetables. Once you incorporate the above points in your routine you will see a dramatic difference in your weight, physical shape and energy levels. You will find that there are a lot of companies out there that are trying to sell expensive products to naive consumers in the name of weight loss. These products may not necessarily be good for you. Losing and maintaining weight is something which is totally in your hands, it is easy and it is free of cost if you follow the above mentioned points.

Homoeopathic treatment sulphur 30 (sbl) drink 5 drops in 1 spoon fresh water today night 30 minutes after eating or drinking anything today at bedtime. Nw forget about sulphur 30 after this nd just keep it in your refrigerator. No need to further take this medicine. I will let you know what to do with this medicine after 7 days azadirachita- indica q (sbl) drink 15 drops in 20 ml fresh water 3 times daily formula-d tabs (bakson) chew 1 tab 2 time a day derm-aid soap (bakson) use only thiss soap on body ointment topi -azadirachita (wilmar schwabe india) apply locally twice daily if rough and itchy surface of skin report after 7 days eat nutritious diet avoid nuts, chocklates, dry fruits, fasst, fried food.

Hello, The menses can be delayed by 7-10 days especially in cases of high stress during the cycle. So if pregnancy is ruled out, you can safely wait for 10 days to allow your menses to start naturally.

Fever is not considered medically significant until body temperature is above 100.4 F (38 C). Fever serves as body's natural defences against bacteria and viruses which cannot live at higher temperatures. Also, the body's defence mechanisms seem to work more efficiently at a higher temperature -Fevers of 104 F (40 C) or higher may be dangerous and demand immediate treatments like: -Acetaminophen (dolo-650 mg) twice or thrice can be used to lower a fever . Aspirin should not be used for fever in children/ adolescents or during a viral illness. -Wear loose fitting clothes and don’t overdress. Overdressing can cause temperature to rise further. -Tepid water (85 F [30 C]) baths may help bring down a fever -The body should be cooled with a wet sponge. -A fever can cause severe dehydration. Drink plenty of fluids.. Have citrus fruits, particularly Vitamin C rich ones like mausami, Amla juice etc. -Take light and easily digestible home cooked meals like sprouts.avoid outside food -Wash hands frequently with soap and water especially after returning from public places or public transport. -Further therapy depends on the cause of fever like urinary infection/typhoid or malaria/dengue infection and the accompanying symptoms that need to be investigated and treated accordingly

wear full shleves shirt and try to cover your body, use allout at home, apply odomass on body, cover water tank. Avoid collection of water out side of house in a waste container or tyre it will help. welcome

I had my dinner: steamed salmon with stir- fried shiitake mushrooms (beansprouts, mangetout, shredded spring greens.), which was delicious. I did not include any rice as the plate was so full of veggies that I did not feel like eating anything else. After the dinner I crazily, madly craved for sugar and attacked 6 prunes I had in the kitchen. Now I am feeling so guilty and heavy. Any idea? Thank you.

Hye. You ate a fiber rich meal, hence you were full. But actually the body did not get the sugars/carbs it needed and hence your sugar levels dropped, causing a sudden craving for something with instant energy. So, just try to include good whole grains or some cereal in your meal to avoid sudden cravings for sugar. Eat smaller balanced and frequent meals.

You may have sore throat. You will need medications like antibiotics and analgesics. You can visit an ENT specialist. You can add warm saline mouth rinse, frequent sips of warm water as well, avoid cold food

Saving your Child's teeth Series : 3

Most of the children have decay today of their milk teeth. Sometimes, it is a very painful experience for the child and traumatic for the parents to see their child go through that pain and discomfort at that age. Do remember if your child's milk tooth or teeth are decayed - it will result in 2 problems later on:
a. Irregular teeth - which would require braces treatment later - possibly with extraction of few permanent teeth.
b. Decay on the permanent teeth - which erupt between 6 to 14 years of age.

So saving milk teeth is very important. Never breast feed or milk feed your child during passage to sleep or during sleep - AFTER 18 MONTHS of age.

In case of decay always get the same treated at the early stage than when the decay has destroyed the tooth badly. Always better to have a dental check up by 1st BIRTHDAY of the child.

Recent period I am getting Hatch (very hi-pitch sound, but not bcoz of Cold or shyness (I use to get Cold once in year, some times twice) and also frequent Air Release (gas ) with abnormal sound (very often). Now I am 71 plus.

Hello Mr. Lybrate-user. It seems that your digestive metabolism is not proper. You have to walk atleast for 20 mins, if possible 2 times a day. Use luke warm water to drink. You can also use water boiled with ajwain to drink. At the beginning of meal, chew a piece of ginger and have your food. By doing this, most of your problems are resolved by 3 to 4 days. Gud luck.
