Do consult neuro physiotherapist and have ift and laser therapy for 12 days followed by stretching exercises regularly once pain subsides best wishes.

Red eye has many causes. You have to see if it is associated with blurring of vision, pain, discharge and other complaints. But commonly its allergic or infective in origin ie allergic or infective conjunctivitis. Which has simple treatment protocol. But still its wise to see an ophthalmologist for a thorough slit lamp examination to rule out other differentials for acute red eye. For pain in backe, I advice refer to an orthopaedician and tests done like xray, vit d levels, calcium levels, bone densitometry and vit b12 levels.

It might be due to gastric trouble. Kindly do breathing exercises which might help you to get reduced with pain in the back and right shoulder. Kindly see a gastroenterologist.

Make sure there is no minor fracture by taking xray or mri, if there only sprain in ankle apply dry ginger powder paste on the ankle and leave for 15 min and wash the area, apply crape bandage till the pain reduces. Do it for 7 days without fail.

Hello lybrate-user. During pregnancy this problem is quite common because of the hormonal changes. Tell her to take small frequent meals and water intake should also be adequate. 8 to 10 glasses of water everyday. If the problem persists consult a gynaecologist.

I suggest you follow the below for your condition: Take Mag Phos 12x - thrice daily for some times Rest. Hello you must drink plenty if fluids and replenish the lost electrolytes n water before draining yourself much. Electral solution is a good option when playing, especially during hot season. Another reason could be vitamin d, e & b12deficiency. For which you can take supplements if standard companies. You can get your cbc, vit d level, rbs tested & review.

(a) sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. (b) use no pillow under the head. (c) kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10 paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days (d) do back (spine)/shoulder/knee exercises (e) make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take (f) do not ignore it. It could be beginning of a serious problem. (g) if no relief in 4_5 days, then contact me again.

Towel hamstring stretch lie on the back, supporting the thigh with the hand or with a towel wrapped around it. Slowly straighten the knee until a stretch is felt in the back of the thigh, trying to get the bottom of the foot to face the ceiling, one leg at a time. Hold the position initially for 10 seconds, and gradually work up to 20 to 30 seconds. Seated hamstring stretch while sitting at the edge of a chair, straighten one leg in front of the body with the heel on the floor. Then, sit up straight and try pushing the navel towards the thigh without leaning the trunk of the body forwards. Hold this stretch for 30 seconds repeat 3 times for each leg.
