I have been suffering from back pain since 3 years. I am not sure but probable cause of my back pain is weight lifted 3 years ago. After that while sitting / standing more than 2-3 hours (or) while doing some specific yoga poses (or) when I lean forward to do something then my back pain suddenly starts. What should I do for recovery?

Use physiotherapy and rehabilitation exercises programme to reduce pain and improve mobility. Avoid forward bending and heavy weight and correct your posture. And use neuroforte caps with polytos and q10 nitro caps. Use heat therapy to reduce pain.

Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

If you have muscle pull then do cold therapy for initial 48 hours twice a day followed by hot fomentation twice a day. Do not lift heavy weights for few days and when your pain relieved do some strengthening exercises of shoulder, biceps, triceps & forearm muscles.

My mother is getting pain for her right hand where she couldn't lift it up nor she is not able to lift or drag things. If she does it she will get pain a lot. Pain starts at shoulder back side and continues till to elbow. please suggest which specialized doctor I need to consult. Before that suggest me any medicine or relief for that strong pain.

Before advising any treatment, diagnosis must be confirmed. I feel its Rotator cuff tear. If it comes to be so, treatment has to be early because delayed treatment doesn't give good results. Hello, I am suffering from coccyx (tailbone) pain from past 1 year. And now i am really fed up with this pain. Because of this my normal life has been disturbed. Please suggest me some permanent solution on dis. I consulted doc but he said there is no permanent solution.Plz help me out of this.

Conservative management is by physiotherapy. Steroid injections. You can also try out acupunture as I have got good results with it in some of my patients. If that has failed then you have to get your coccyx removed surgically.

Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Wear knee cap so that you will feel firm while walking or climbing stairs. You have to do knee strengthening exercises, ie. Knee rehabilitation exercises which will strengthen your knee.
