Bad breath can be reduced or prevented if you:
1. Practice good oral hygeine. Brush twice a day with flouride toothpaste to remove food debris and plaque.
2. See your dentist regularly-atleast twice a year
3. Stop smoking or chewing tobacco-based products. Ask your dentist for tips on quitting the habit.
4. Drink lots of water. This will keep your mouth moist. This helps wash away food particles and bacteria.
5. Keep a log of the foods you eat. If you think they maybe causing bad breath bring the log to your dentist to review.

Brushing, flossing and rinsing your mouth with an antibacterial rinse can help prevent decay and gum problems. Chewing sugar-free gum after a meal can also protect by increasing saliva flow, which naturally washes bacteria away and neutralizes acid.
You may need replacement with removable or fixed (bridges & implants) type of teeth. Implants are not recommended in uncontrolled diabetes. Cost varies with dentist. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

Superficial cavities can be filled, and deeper ones can be root canal treated. You should visit a dentist and for sure it can be corrected at this stage. Thank you.
Depending on the depth of the caries present in your tooth which was filled ,it is normal to experience sensitivity for couple of days after the feeling. All you have to do is to wait for few days more. If the condition doesn't subside then you have to report to your dentist and he will do the needful.
Gum diseases can be easily treated at the initial stage itself. Visiting a dentist and getting the accumulated tartar and plaque removed can stop the disease then and there.

Cancer can cause many different symptoms. These are some of them:
Skin changes, such as:
A new mole or a change in an existing mole
A sore that does not heal
Breast changes, such as:
Change in size or shape of the breast or nipple
Change in texture of breast skin
A thickening or lump on or under the skin
Hoarseness or cough that does not go away
Changes in bowel habits
Difficult or painful urination
Problems with eating, such as:
Discomfort after eating
A hard time swallowing
Changes in appetite
Weight gain or loss with no known reason
Abdominal pain
Unexplained night sweats
Unusual bleeding or discharge, including:
Blood in the urine
Vaginal bleeding
Blood in the stool
Feeling weak or very tired
Most often, these symptoms are not due to cancer. They may also be caused by benign tumors or other problems. If you have symptoms that last for a couple of weeks, it is important to see a doctor so that problems can be diagnosed and treated as early as possible.
Usually, early cancer does not cause pain. If you have symptoms, do not wait to feel pain before seeing a doctor.
To learn more about symptoms for a specific cancer, see the PDQ® cancer treatment summaries for adult and childhood cancers. These summaries include information about symptoms.
The simplest method of removing minor surface stains is polishing, or micro-abrasion if staining is more intrinsic. Provided that your discolouration is not due to inadequate enamel exposing the dentin, tooth whitening (bleaching) is often the most effective treatment for yellow stained teeth. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Use snowdent tooth paste for whitening until then. Apply snowdent paste on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min. Then brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight for better results.
