Hello lybrate-user, first of all try to correct your appetite. Hope you having clear motions everyday, if not that also go be corrected. Please go for oil massage to head and body once in three days, with oil that you use usually. Sesame oil is good to apply on head. Please apply oil in soles also and go for a foot massage. Try to take bath early when oil is applied that's before 7 pm at least. Please try practising pranayama daily, that will help you. It's good to drink a glass of luke warm milk before food.

Hi, Dehydration is a condition that occurs when the loss of body fluids, mostly water, exceeds the amount that is taken in. With dehydration, more water is moving out of our cells and bodies than what we take in through drinking. signs and symptoms of dehydration range from minor to severe and include: Increased thirst Dry mouth and swollen tongue Weakness Dizziness Palpitations (feeling that the heart is jumping or pounding) Confusion Sluggishness fainting Fainting Inability to sweat Decreased urine output Urine color may indicate dehydration. If urine is concentrated and deeply yellow or amber, you may be dehydrated. For avoiding dehydration Drink plenty of water 3-4liters per day minimum. Other than this drink home made fruit juices .

You can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga, i can give you address of rajyoga meditation center near your house (this is free of cost) One thing i want to tell you that if you can relax your mind by Rajyoga meditation than you can reduce your sleep upto 5-6 hour and you will feel fresh and active 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can wash your face and feet at bedtime 6. Avoid daytime sleep 7. Hello lybrate-user. The problem you r having is bcoz of your improper diet. If you will not give food to your body the acid levels will raise as it is used to digest your food. In lack of food this acid levels rise and you suffer from retching n vomiting. This anorexia problem of urs may b of certain reasons. Avoid stress n have a gud appetizer. If not benefitted need to c a doc.

You should take chandraprabha vati 1-1 tab with milk twice a day. And pranacharya dhatupaushtik churna with milk twice a day. Avoid tea and coffee.

It is good if you have long strong natural erection. Masturbation is not at all harmful medically. Neither it causes weakness, nor it causes week knees. If done within limits, it may rather be beneficial. But better have natural sex and for that get married soon if not already married. Masturbation may cause psychological problems. If you think it is bad, you may feel unnecessary guilt. If you feel it is harmful to health, you may feel psychologically produced bodily weakness. So if you feel it is bad, don't do it. And if you do it, make your mind to realize that it is not at all bad morally or harmful medically and most of people of all ages do it regularly. Extreme of everything is bad, so do not indulge in so much of masturbation that it disturbs your professional & social life. Also keep your feeling toward your close relations or their friends free from vulgarity and sexuality. Viagra is not the treatment for early ejaculation rather it is used for treatment of erection disorders. Do not worry. Relax. It is found that 10-40% men are suffered from this problem. You may use Xtra Time condom, it may help you. Take healthy diet and do regular exercise/ physical activity. Take Tab. Fluoxetine 20 mg once daily for 4-6 weeks. Then consult doctor again. Heart-healthy behavior is penis-healthy behavior. Make sleep a priority. Now, don’t roll your eyes. If you want a better night’s sleep, you have to get serious about it. Need convincing? A study found that when you’re short on zzzs, you’re also more likely to overreact to minor incidents, feel stressed out, and blow your top. Even worse, your physical health takes a hit, too. “Lack of sleep increases the risk for high blood pressure, depression and weight gain, the latter as a result of adverse effects on hormones that regulate appetite,” says Andrew Weil, MD, Prevention advisory board member, founder and director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine. Say no to coffee after noon. Your morning mug gets a pass, but guzzling it all day is a big no-no.
