I am suffering from savior fever from three days what should I do to overcome from this?
Hello lybrate-user. Fever is just a symptom and first we have to find out the cause of the fever like infection of bacteria or paracite or virus. By taking blood tests. Better take CBC MP test initially. Then consult with test results. You can consult me at Lybrate for homeopathic treatment.

Diagnosed With Pre-Diabetes? Here Is What You Need To Know About The Right Diet

Diagnosed With Pre-Diabetes? Here Is What You Need To Know About The Right Diet

Most of us are aware of the chronic condition called diabetes, but not many of us are aware of pre-diabetes and its significance. The term pre-diabetes refers to a condition where the blood sugar levels are on the higher side, but not high enough to fall under type 2 diabetes category.

In simpler terms, pre-diabetes is a health hazard alert which means it is high time that you start taking control of your lifestyle and eating habits or otherwise you may end up becoming a diabetes patient.

Here is a brief and useful account of a few dietary choices that can be helpful in keeping diabetes at bay while you're already in the pre-diabetes stage.

  1. Never skip breakfast: In an ideal pre-diabetes diet plan, skipping breakfast is a strict no-no. A healthy breakfast can not only help in starting your day with the intake of necessary nutrients, but also gives your metabolism the much-awaited kick-start it needs. Plus, a healthy breakfast also means reduced chances of overeating throughout the day, which is a plus-point for keeping diabetes at bay.
  2. Opt for nuts: Nuts are known for helping to reduce the risks of developing type 2 diabetes. Therefore, for those diagnosed with the issue, including nuts in their daily diet can be a beneficial thing to do. Choose from dry-roasted or raw nuts, or from almond or peanut butter forms to boost your blood lipid profile and to keep your stomach filled in between meal times.
  3. Eliminate sugars & trans fat: Consuming beverages and juices with added sugars can increase the risks of progressing from pre-diabetes to diabetes. Therefore, make it a point to avoid alcohol, sugary drinks, and processed foods as these can cause dehydration and lead to an increase in the blood sugar levels.
  4. Consider grains a friend: As carbohydrates tend to break into sugars, it is important to be careful while planning your pre-diabetes diet. It is best to avoid grains that are good sources of carbs, likewise, instead of going for refined carbohydrates, consider having complex ones like barley, millets, steel-cut oats, etc.
  5. Have a fibre-rich diet: When it comes to choosing the right diet for pre-diabetic patients, fibre-rich foods have a crucial role to play. Eating foods that are high in fibre not only help in making one feel full for long but also boost the digestion process, which in turn reduce the chances of overeating. Some of the common examples of fibre-rich foods are whole grains, vegetables, fruits, legumes, and beans.

Now, since we know the importance of a balanced diet in lowering the risks of developing diabetes, it is best to consult a dietitian and get a diet plan at the earliest. This will help you manage the pre-diabetes well and prevent you from reaching the diabetic stage.

Homeopathic philosophy does not favour the use of temporary painkillers or short cuts for the treatment of migraine or for that matter any disease. Homeopathy tries to go deep down into the cause of the problem and completely eradicate the tendency of a patient to have these migraine headaches now and then. That is why it takes some time for the medicines to show results. They do not have a short term or temporary effect like the allopathic painkillers. On the contrary, homeopathic medicines have long term effects and work to completely cure the migraine problem. After a couple of months of homeopathic treatment for migraine headaches, patients are pleasantly surprised to experience a completely pain free or headache free life. This is the beauty of Homeopathy.  You can easily take an online consultation for further treatment guidance and permanent cure without any side effects

What is the AMH; it's normal concentration in male and female and it's role in in vitro fertilization?
Anti-mullerian hormone (amh) is a hormone secreted by cells in developing egg sacs (follicles). The level of amh in a woman's blood is generally a good indicator of her ovarian reserve. An amh test gives us some insight into the remaining quantity of eggs and number of fertile years you may have, but it cannot tell us much about the quality of those eggs.

Nocturnal emission (night fall) is very much normal. When you do not masturbate, your seminal fluid gets filled fully till the brim in the sac, with light pressure, it leaks out, while passing urine or stools, for few, even with masturbation or sex night fall occurs. It is quite normal. To avoid it masturbate regularly or have sex. Do not worry, your condition is perfectly normal. If in doubt consult any psychiatrist online. All the best.

I am 25 years old female. I want to know various methods by which I can keep my pubic area and inner thighs rash free...
Discoloration between the thighs and the pubic area is a cosmetic issue that causes embarrassment, but fortunately it is usually not a medical issue. Excessive sweating and accumulation of dead skin can also contribute to this problem. As the skin of the pubic area is very delicate, it is not a good idea to use commercial skin-whitening or bleaching products that contain a lot of chemicals. This does not mean you need to compromise your summer fashion. You can very well get rid of the embarrassing dark skin at home, using common ingredients from your kitchen. Aloe Vera Aloe vera is a popular natural skin lightener. When used on a regular basis, it can help skin become lighter and fade different skin spots. It even helps repair skin cells and promotes natural regeneration. According to a 2010 study published in the Journal of Chemical and Pharmaceutical Research, among many skin benefits of aloe vera, it can clear dark spots and even make the skin clear. Extract the gel from an aloe vera leaf. Apply it directly on the dark pubic area. Leave it on for about 20 minutes, then wash it off with water. Use this natural treatment once daily for quick results. 2. Lemon Juice Lemon juice works as a great skin-lightening remedy, thanks to its acidic property. The vitamin C in it helps get rid of dead cells and improve overall skin tone. It also stimulates regeneration of healthy skin cells. You can use either of these remedies daily until you are satisfied with the results. Cut a lemon in half and rub the inner part along your bikini line for a couple of minutes. Allow the juice to remain on the skin for 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse it off with warm water. Mix the juice from ½ of a lemon with 1 tablespoon of plain yogurt and ½ teaspoon of honey. Apply it to the delicate area. Leave it on for 10 minutes, then rinse the area with water. As lemon juice can dry out your skin, apply a moisturizer or just coconut oil after using these remedies. Note: Avoid applying lemon juice if you’ve recently waxed your bikini area, as it can lead to skin irritation. Also, do not expose your skin to the sun for 1 to 2 days after using either of the lemon juice remedies. 3. Cucumber Juice Cucumber juice has skin-lightening properties. The vitamin A in cucumbers helps reduce skin darkness by controlling your skin’s production of melanin. Plus, the high water content helps keep the skin hydrated and glowing. Extract the juice from ½ of a cucumber and apply it all over your bikini area. Leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes, then rinse it off with cool water. Repeat twice daily for quick results. Alternatively, mix 2 tablespoons of cucumber juice with ½ tablespoon each of lemon juice and turmeric powder. Apply it to your dark pubic area. Keep it on the skin for 10 minutes, then rinse it off with cool water. Repeat once daily. 4. Orange Peel Instead of throwing away the peels after eating oranges, you can use them for their skin-lightening properties. The peels work as a natural bleach and can help lighten dark blotches and remove them over time. They can even help lighten a suntan. The peels contain more vitamin C than the orange pulp itself. This vitamin plays a key role in combating free-radical damage that destroys functioning skin cells and can make your skin shine with a glow. Put peels from a couple of oranges in the sun to dry. Once dry, grind the peels into a fine paste. Mix 1 tablespoon of orange peel powder and 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt. You can also add a little honey to the mixture. Apply it over your bikini line where you have dark skin. Allow it to dry, then scrub off the paste with wet hands. Finally, rinse the area with cool water. Repeat two times a week.
