The best way to gain weight naturally is through good diet and exercise. For wt gain you must: 1. Take more of proteins like milk and milk products, pulses, soyabean and its products, eggs, chicken etc. 2. Carbohydrates rich diet with sufficient amount of fibre. 3. Intake of vitamins and minerals should be proper. 4. Intake of water should be 3-4 litres. 5. Take proper rest and sleep. 6. Avoid tensions. 7. Exercise is also very important along with a good diet. For proper guidance and to gain a healthy weight you must consult and take a proper diet chart so that you can get the nutrients in proper quantity and good quality.

Height is genetically decided one, its hereditary determined, that too its difficult after 20's. But you can try by doing regular stretch ups under supervision of any fitness trainer, or sports man, & take rich of calcium & vit d contained food, you also can try by taking homeopathic medici gro hite or hite aid by bakson company, daily twice.

To increase height your every meal should contain good quality protein sources such as eggs, lean meat, milk & milk products, soybean, sprouts in your diet and to reduce gastric problem try to include small and frequent meals, and include amla in diet to improve digestion.

Hi! 1. Avoid eating and drinking a lot of high carb foods (white flour/bread/cookies, sugar empty calorie 'junk' foods, sugar filled drinks and juices) 2. Eat and drink dairy products in moderation only. Minimize fatty dairy products like ice cream and cheese, instead switch to using only moderate amounts of cultured whole milk dairy 4. Eat tons of fresh fruits and veggies that provide safe sources of antioxidants, zinc, selenium, vitamin A and fiber-all of which appear to help acne. Some of these nutrients are dangerous if taken as supplements because they're easy to overdose on; don't use supplements to compensate for a poor diet.

Your average weight acccording to your height should be 54-61 Kg.I that way your weight is Normal.You will definitely see a weight reducction of 1 Kg in 1 month if you walk 2 Km daily but that also depends upon your input ie what all you are eating.So eat a low calorie diet and you will surely achieve your target

Dear patient, calorie dense food should be incorporated in your diet like dried fruits, potato, sweets, nuts, jam jelly, banana or mango shake, porridge, badam kheer etc. Leafy vegetables should be restricted in your diet as they reduce appetite. You should take 3 major meals a day and snacks in between. Butter, margarine should be taken. Adequate amount of egg, meat, fish, milk should be taken as it help you for tissue building in your body. Try to take 1 boiled egg at every morning. You should eat more food at each meal. Before taking meal you can walk for sometime as it help to you feel hungrier. Thanks.

Hair loss, now-a-days, is common among males and females of all age groups. We all lose some hair strands everyday, however, some people lose more than normal strands in a day that can cause severe hair loss. Hair loss is mostly genetic, so if hair loss runs in your family, you are most likely to suffer from hair loss too. Hair loss happens either in clumps, that is overall hair loss, or focussed on any one part of head - especially the crown. While genetics play a big role, some additional factors can aggravate hair loss - hormonal imbalance, Alopecia areata, stress, thyroid disease, anemia, protein deficiency, chemotherapy, and low vitamin levels may cause hair loss in you. Start by following a good diet - Eat adequate amount of protein. Your hair is made up mainly of proteins. Eat eggs, cottage cheese, chicken, soya, lentils, whole grains. Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin B are other important nutrients for great hair health. So include lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your daily diet. Exercise daily to keep yourself healthy inside out. Next important step is to follow good hair care - Oiling your hair with a mixture of oils like olive, sesame, coconut and castor oil keeps provides moisture to your hair and prevent them from drying and breakage. Once in a week apply a good hair mask. You can mix and prepare different types of masks using eggs, green tea, olive oil, milk, gooseberry, thyme, chamomile etc. Condition your hair using organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Rosemary tea once in awhile. A good dermatologist can successfully reduce hair fall by conducting some tests beforehand that includes blood tests, iron level, vitamin B, thyroid function tests and a biopsy of the scalp. Since some hair loss is temporary, your hair will grow back on its own without medical treatment. More serious hair loss can be treated with creams, oral drugs and surgery. Dermatologist can give your head a fuller appearance with the help of hair transplants and scalp reductions, which is successful both in males and females. To determine the best technique for your hair loss issue, consult a good dermatologist.

Hi, simply, administration of medicines will not suffice your need. Please, follow the under noted norms to get desired result. Tk, plenty of water to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism to generate healthy cells. Go for aerobic exercise for 30 mnts. Go for cycling, jogging, skipping. Go for meditation to reduce stress if any and to nourish cell & tissues of your body to enshape your body. Your diet b rich in protein on time. Tk, apple, carrots, cheese, soya been, rajma, banana, papaya, mangoes, potatoes, almonds, walnuts, spinach regularly. Tk, homoeo medicines which acts gently without adverse effect, there of. @ alfalafaq 10 drops, thrice a day with little water @'five phos6x-4 tbs, thrice with lukewarm water. Maintain 1300 to 1600 calories through diatary regulations. Avoid, caffiene, nicotine, alcohol, junkfood, polluted atmosphere. Tk, care, report fortnightly.

HI A) eat 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals… B) take 250 ml of fresh butter milk with pinch of black salt during meals. C) instill 3-4 drops of brahmi taila in each nostril at the time of Sleeping, do all these things for 15 days gives you excellent result, thanks.
