Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch.

Hi lybrate user. Firstly it is good that you have maintained your weight at this age. Your bmi is 22.2 which means your weight is absolutely correct as per your height. Whatever routine and food habits you are following, just continue with that. Also every two years from now on get a complete body check up package done just to make sure that all body parameters are in control. Do your walks / exercises / yoga regularly and stay fit. All the best. Stay healthy stay happy.

Hello thanks for the query the symptoms are suggestive of gastroesophageal reflux. The frequent reflux may lead to esophagitis. Sometimes there may be associated gastric/esophageal ulcer. I suggest you to take some acid reducing agent (proton pump inhibitor like rabeprazole, lansoprazole) along with prokinetic like domperidone/cisapride to prevent reflux. Avoid spicy and oily food, tea, coffee. Don't take too much water with food. Take food 3-4 hours before sleep. Elevate the head end of the bed. I hope all this measures will help. Regards.

Hye, Wajan genetics aur apne kane peene ke uper bahut depend karta hai. Wajan kam hona poshtikta ki kami ka asar hota hai. Aap theek see waqt waqt pe khaye. Ek waqt pe poshtik khana khaye. Thoda Thoda samay samay pe khana le. Din mein 6 se 7 baar acche se pet bhar khaye. Bahar ki khane ki cheze kam le. Inse sirf charbi badhegi maas nahi. Khane mein fal sabji ghee dal dahi roti chawal doodh shengdaana khajoor lassi batata le. Chai coffee soda kam le, isse poshtikta nahi milti balke pet jaldi bhar jaata hai. Sahi samay pe Sahi matra mein khaoge tho wajan acche se badhega. Wyayam hafte mein 3 din zaroor kare. Wyaayam se maas aur wajan badhega aur bhook bhi lagegi. Sirf 2 ya 3 baar khane se kamjori hogi. Meetha khaana ho tho ghar pe banaaya kheer sheera lassi basundi le. Sirf dawa ya protein powder ya tonic lene se wajan nahi badhega. Uske liye acche se khaana aur Wyaayam bahut zaroori hai. Nahi tho powder ka bhi asar nahi hota. Apne aap ko waqt de, wajan badhne mein waqt lag sakta hai.

Hi constipation can be due to some reasons which you may be able to resolve by taking these steps. # reason no 1. Lack of sufficient water. This is very common. Please take one glass of water every hour, starting from the time you get up. If you can't drink one glass, take a cup. # reason no 2. Lack of fiber. This happens because of eating junk food like pizza, samosa, bhature, burgers. Please immediately switch to natural foods. Have at least 4 fruits every day. You can take banana, apple, melons, naspati etc. Also eat 10 almonds daily + 10 chuare (dried dates) every day. # reason no 3. Lack of exercise. Today due to studies or work life has become sedentary. So get moving and do one hour walk/yoga/gymming/games. Whatever but do one full hour of exercise. Follow this routine & within one/ two weeks your constipation problem will be solved.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Panchamrut parpati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 6. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

If its just constipation, it can be cured by having hot milk+figs at night. But, if there are other health issues, then would request you to get yourself properly diagnosed by a doctor first and understand if its just lack of proper diet or some diagnosed health issue which requires some medication first.

Water is the basic, and one of the essential thing for all living beings. It acts as a vehicle for numerous purpose in our body. Without sufficient water, our body gets dehydrated. We will move to indisposition and to sick condition. Need of water depends up on one's day to day activities, less-moderate-heavy work, indoor-outdoor works, etc. Climate conditions (For eg;- Continuous work in A/c room gets dehydration, then one should take water for refreshing.) In summer, we should take plenty of water .at least take 2-4 liters/day (depend up on sweating) Water helps in digestion, proper peristaltic movement in gut, helps absorption of nutrients from food, normal bowel movements. It also helps to eliminate simple headache, muscle cramps, even mental Tension too. Many kidney stone happens due to insufficient water intake, which lead to improper waste elimination through urine. Urine gets color change due to less water during kidney filtration. Usually we take water when we gets thirst. That is, when our cells demand it. But drinking 3-4 glass (500-600 ml) early morning after overnight sleep is usually good for body cleansing process and normal bowel movements. It also helps to detoxify cells. Thus we should consume extra water for cleansing process of our body system.

I do not feel energetic I am on cobadex csz . I am a diabetic and also cardiac patient. My pulse rate during rest is 90 +. Taking metaprolal 50 xr, galvus 50/500, amaryl m1,pivasta 1 mg, eco spirin 75 mg.Pathological parameters are within range.Kindly advise.

Have you recorded any increase in your height in last 12 months, and if not, it itself proves that growth hormone has stopped forming in your body which participates in increasing height and calcification of your bones have already taken place and there are no any chances for any height increase. I do not want to dishearten you but this is the reality and one day you will have to face it and why not now. Do not waste money on doctors claiming to increase height at your age. If you want I can tell you diet plan and changes in life style along with specific exercises which can help you increase height but condition is growth hormone (gh) should be present in your body. The purpose for my suggestion is to give a try without harmful effects of medicines on body.

1. Protein is the key for the muscle building. Without adequate protein, muscle gain and growth is not possible because weight training demands for amino acids (which comes from protein). You should daily eat about 2.2g of protein per kilogram of your weight. For example, if you are 50kg , then you should eat 50x2.2=111g of protein spread over 5-6 meals in the day. Include high protein foods in your diet. Your protein intake should be from foods rather than from supplements. Good protein foods: beans,soybeans, whey, fish, dairy products (low fat variety), meats, nuts and seeds (almonds, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds), peanut butter. Many of these are easy digestible foods. Milk is one of the best muscle foods. The milk contains two high quality proteins, about 80 percent whey and 20 percent casein. Whey is quickly broken down into amino acids and absorbed into the bloodstream. Whey is very good to consume after workout. Casein is digested more slowly and provides the body with a steady supply of protein for a longer period of time. Cheese is concentrated milk, so it is high in protein and calcium, fat and cholesterol. Include healthy skim yogurt in your diet, which can give you as much as 120 calories.
