Follow the following medication and guidelines----Start the treatment with single dose of Tuberculinum 1M.After 1 week of this take the below:- * First week- you should take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *second week- take Thuja 1M,drops, single dose , morning empty stomach. *third week- Again take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *fourth week- take Thuja 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *Take Rite -hite tablets from SBL,2-2 tabs , two times daily. *Bio combination no. 21, 4 -4 tabs daily , two times. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. * plenty of fluids, frequent smaller meals, yoga and exercise regime and adequate sleep is also important. Take a healthy and balanced diet. *Do yoga (especially TADASAN) and stretching exercises. *Revert after 1 month.

Maintain input out put ratio. Whatever you eat calculate calories that called input calories after that do exercise and burn some calories that is out put calories. Eat less exercise more weight will loos have a barley soup at dinner have a dinner at 8.00pm and sleep at 10---11.00pm. Avoid rice at night. Calories calculator you will get on google download it.

Take protien rich diet, eat egg, pulses. Apply oil 2 times per week, do not use harsh shampoo on scalp, if your suffring for dandruff apply yoghurt on scalp, apply onion juice on scalp, clean your comb, do not use multiple comb.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1.Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2.Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a.Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B.Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C.If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D.Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E.Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F.You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G.You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

Mastubation and hair problems are not corelated and ask your brother to stop mastubation because it will lead to psychatric disturbance in near future and if possible send the image of his scalp for further guidance.

Hi lybrate-user to reduce belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.

For pimples, acne, facial marks following home remedies are very useful 1) Avoid eating salty, spicy & sour foods 2) Have milk & ghee twice daily 3) Tea tree oil is astounding for treating skin break out and acne. Simply plunge a cotton ball in tea tree key oil and spot it on the influenced territory. Flush your face following 15 to 20 minutes 4) Cut a garlic clove into two pieces. Rub the garlic on the pimples and abandon it for five minutes prior to washing the skin with tepid water. 5) Go for virechana and/or raktamokshana at a panchakarma centre near you. 6) soak 4 almonds in water in the morning. In the evening crush the almonds and make a paste with milk. apply on face and wash in the morning. This is especially good for the marks.

Hi, Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash 2 to 3 times a day daily (wash your face with warm or lukewarm water only) which is followed by CTMP, i.e. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) except at night when you just need to wash your face before going to bed. -Take healthy food only and avoid unhealthy ones (although sebaceous glands are not excretory glands then as well!) as what you eat is reflected on your face! -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension as it encourages secretion of stress hormone in the body as this affects skin or any other tissue of the body. -Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water in a day. -Take 6-8 hrs. Of sound sleep everyday. -Don't use others towels, handkerchief on your face as well as never share yours. -Never ever rub your face as it damages the skin (even towel should be dab on skin softly) and breakouts of acne get worsened! -Maintain hygiene, wash your face 2-3 times in a day, changes the pillow covers, bed sheet daily, use cotton bed sheet only (try to sleep on your back). Home remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 30 days.

Hi, I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety recently by a psychologist. He prescribes me only medications and no therapy but I think they are dangerous and have many side effects. Should I discontinue treatment?

First of all psychiatrists can only prescribe medications, psychologist cannot as they are not doctors. If psychiatrist has prescribed you medication it means that your condition needs it. You have not mentioned what medicines have been prescribed but most of the medicines to treat anxiety or depression are pretty safe and not many side effects. So you can safely take them.

U r obese. 33kg extra wt. So strict diet+exercise. No proven drugs. So no carbohydrate & use metphormin sr 500 tab 2 times daily. Bf+dinner to start with along diet control exercise. For a 3 months. If no response bariatric surgery will give 100%relief.

Hello, You are experiencing menorrhagia and this is often stress induced if just single episode. you may opt for antifibrinolytics to control bleeding and watch for next 3 cycles, its pattern of bleed.

You make your daily timetable with all your work studies exercises entertainment eating sleeping and getting up etc and then start following it regularly after a few days yiu will get into the habit of an active interesting routine.

For fair skin : • Applying a mixture of cucumber and papaya with one teaspoon of each and with three teaspoon of oatmeal apply it for 5 to 10 minutes then rinse off with water . • Apply one teaspoon of honey for 30 minutes and wash it off . • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi ( turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water . • Apply one teaspoon orange juice or take a piece of orange open it then apply that area for 5 minutes then rinse off it. • Apply one teaspoon of fuller ' s earth ( multani mitti ) add one spoon of rose water mix it apply it for 10 minutes. • Eat fruits daily and drink a glass of milk daily . • Mash half bnana mix it with 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and half teaspoon of sandalwood powder mix it well and make smooth paste apply it for 10 minutes then rinse off with water. • Save yourself from sunlight by covering your face with cloth or by using sunscreen lotion .

First of all you have to understand that age is just a number I have seen international sports people playing their respective games at the age of 40 44 45 and even 47 so at 34 you can get anything that you want all you need is a will power and determination, as per your question you are slim and you want to make a good body, so first try to gain weight naturally for that you can start with surya namaskar regularly in morning before that make sure that you are not having any stomach worms because sometimes people have worms in the stomach and they don't realise it and which result in low weight. You can also eat 3 bananas with hot milk in morning as your first thing to eat you can also drink ginger tea thrice a day which will help you in gaining weight, make sure when you are eating your food that is your lunch dinner or breakfast put some extra cow ghee over it specially on dal and green vegetables cow ghee is very useful in gaining weight.

In the era of fast living, people mostly have a great desire to stay fit and look young. Every one of us consciously or subconsciously has made their own definition of “DIET”. Dieting has led to many unhealthy misconceptions about weight loss. People are, on an average, not aware or one can say largely ignorant about Healthy and Unhealthy foods, quantities to be taken and which food items to be encouraged and which to restrict. All this mainly depends on an individual's state in terms of his/her body structure, metabolism, lifestyles, ailments / diseases. It is good to see, there is tremendous zeal among people to stay fit but for that, there is a requirement to have correct information about fitness methods and its effects and results. With today’s trend of losing weight I have a lot of patients who have the urge to know "Which food items to encourage in the diet and which ones to restrict? Or "What is best suited for me and what is not? Or “what is the ideal weight loss?”. With this article I am trying to cover the most commonly asked questions: Does dieting mean an absolute change in the eating pattern and appear weak and look starved? By dieting everybody obviously means, eating less. This concept should be changed. Dieting actually means eating correctly, large quantities of the right foods and small quantities of the wrong foods. When you eat in this pattern there will be no side effects. It is not completely changing the eating pattern, but a certain addition of foods to nourish bodies so that they are no deficiencies like anemia, and being completely fit, far from being starved and weak. How important is it to exercise for weight loss? Exercise is a fabulous way and meant to relax, tone body and to improve stamina and not exactly lose weight. You might lose few kilos but to get the results it has to be combined with right kind and amount of food. One needs to understand the right kind of exercise depending upon individual’s requirement, i.e. Age, injuries, and lifestyle. Over-exercise which is done to lose weight faster in most cases leads to frustration and injuries. Including the exercise regime is very important and should be done but in moderation and depending on your requirement. Are foods like mint, lemongrass, cumin seed (jeera), harmful for health? Since ancient times foods like jeera, coriander, mint is been used in daily life. Even the health practitioners use garlic and onion to lower the cholesterol, methi seeds and bitter gourd [karela] is used for diabetics. Certain foods act as a “delicious natural capsules” to detoxify, the body, but to understand that the health professional should know the action of the specific food on individuals body as ‘One man’s food can be another man’s poison’ – and effect of food and drug upon the body differ greatly between individuals. How many meals should be eaten in a day? Whether you want to lose weight or not but one should have small and frequent meals to keep up the energy levels. This does not mean that you should keep eating the whole day. One should have 3 major meals i.e. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and 2small meals i.e. A mid-morning snack and evening snack to keep up your energy levels and to avoid overeating in the major meals. How much weight does an overweight or obese person should lose? It is not always important to be in height weight ratio. The amount of weight loss depends on certain factors like age, body structure, physical activity, illness. This is best decided by the professional. Lose weight to be healthy and disease free and not starved and malnourished. Does weight loss means stop eating and drinking and never getting back to normal life? It’s about your entire food habits, lifestyle, sleeping pattern, vitamin intake that influences your weight, skin, hair, nails etc. Everything in moderation is the key. Hard drinks can be taken 2-3 times a week, if you really must, totaling up to 4-5 drinks in a week. Are there specific foods that help in weight loss? There is no one food that decides weight loss. Losing weight means eating but foods like whole grains, rice, soybeans, fish, milk, curd, and eggs, so that you gain in health and lose in weight. Can the diet which works for one person affect the other person too? There is an ideal diet for a particular type of body constitution. Based on symptoms, your medical problems, your family history of medical problems, your lifestyle, a suitable diet can be designed which will suit your individual needs. The diet has to be designed to increase their energy levels and enhance immunity to handle stress and concentrate better. It is important to first identify body constitution and according to that derive a corrective-eating plan for each individual that covers all meals from morning to bedtime. With the diet, the complaints ranging from chipped nails, dull complexion, dark circles etc. Should vanish, and metabolism and hemoglobin should be improved. Healthy foods lead to sound health and these should be started from childhood. Lack of exercise, indulging in routine consumption of fast foods, etc leads to many health problems. The importance of diet in maintaining health should not be ignored. Since diet played a major role in controlling diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, etc, it is important to take regular diet counseling from a professional who can understand your body and design the right diet for you.

No craving is not sign of pregnancy but if you doing exercise and burn calories may be due to if doubt do pregnancy test.
