Hi, increase the frequency and duration of the exercise/s gradually as your body is not habituated, so don't stress much. Keep yourself well hydrated, drink 10-12 glasses of water in a day. Medication: take homoeopathic medicines - arnica 30 and rhus tox 30 - both 3 times a day daily.

Hi lybrate-user, take it easy in your diet. Don't go hungry. Make sure not to skip meals, and always have some healthy low fat snacks on hand. When you starve yourself, you are more likely to overeat and make bad food choices. Try to eat healthy, regular meals. Avoid surroundings where you know you're tempted to make poor food choices. Everyone has a time when we're most likely to overeat, whether it's the morning coffee break or after-work gathering with friends. Try to plan other activities or distractions for those times, or plan in advance how you're going to handle them and stick to it. Tock your pantry and refrigerator with healthy foods. Get rid of the high-calorie, low-nutrition snacks like chips and candy. But don't forget to have plenty of healthier options available as well, such as popcorn (hold the butter, try Parmesan cheese sprinkles), low-fat cheese and yogurt, fruit, instant cocoa without added sugar, sugar-free popsicles or puddings, or whatever appeals to you when you're hungry for a snack. Exercise 5 times a week.

Take tab. Meftal spas sos for abdomen pain. Tan. Zintac 300 mg once a day for 3 days. Periods not yet came for 2 months by putting tablets came on 5 th may is there a chance for getting ovulation on 14 th day so can have intercourse on 14 th day to get pregnant or else should wait for one more cycle ah.

I am 58 years, diabetic and gone through by pass surgery in 2005. All controls are ok with medicines. Last more than one year issed to deveolpe pain in thigh n calf area after walking for 15 minutes in right leg only wich gets normal on sitting. Nowwithin 4 to 5 minutes of standing or walking it developes in my right leg only. Please advise.

Please get the blood supply to that leg checked by color doplar test if there's a black this may be happening. It is called as intermittent claudication a problem of diabetes.

After root canel. I have pain in both adjacent theeth, it's 14 days pass what I should do?

Sir I think either root canal not properly done , when the root canal treated tooth comes in contact with the opposite tooth than also it will pain therefore without viewing the tooth I cannot advice anything further I can only say visit ur dentist who has done the root canal treatment or another dentist if u feel of not going to the same dentist.

Do jogging for atleast 1 hr daily instead of walk. Take a diet rich in protein and vitamins. Less carbohydrates eat more salad, citrious fruits black chana and sprouts. Warm water in mrng daily. Drink 4 litres water per day. Avoid oily and junk food. All things do for atleast 2 months for gud result.

Following are some effective and safe natural remedies for treating gastritis: ginger for gastritis ginger: a small piece of ginger can be chewed some time before having meals. This stimulates digestion and also treats gastritis infection. About 120gm of ginger root taken four times every day for about eight weeks is helpful in eliminating bacteria and reducing recurrence of gastritis. Tamarind: tamarind water mixed with some asafoetida and cumin water should be taken as a drink is an effective natural remedy for gastritis. Coconut water: coconut water has a lot of minerals and compounds which are soothing for digestive system. It is very beneficial in removing toxic radicals from the body. It also helps maintain normal body temperature which assists in normalizing body digestive functions. Coconut water can be given to patient as frequently as possible in a day, for relief from gastritis. Ajwain or carom seeds: carom seed is a natural antacid. It reduces acidic reactions on the mucous membrane and relaxes stomach. Take a teaspoon of carom seeds with a little bit of salt for effective treatment of gastritis. Fennel: fennel helps in relaxing muscle lining in digestive tract. It expels gas and promotes secretion of bile, which helps in digestion of fats. Chew a handful of fennel seeds or make an infusion of it. Drink for relief from gastritis. Yoghurt: yoghurt is especially beneficial in treating gastritis caused by bacterial infection. It also forms a protective layer on the stomach and intestinal lining. Take a bowl of yoghurt daily for effectively treating gastritis. It is an excellent way to get rid of gastritis problems. Liquorice: liquorice has natural antioxidant properties which are helpful in treatment of gastritis. Add some liquorice root tea to a cup of hot water. Strain it after it has cooled. Drink up to thrice a day to naturally treat gastritis. Rice: rice gruel is helpful in forming gastric juice. People suffering from gastritis can take two bowls of rice daily for treating gastritis. In severe cases, take larger quantity of rice.

Hello, sleep duration varies from person to person.Few of them are absolutely productive and energetic even after 6 hours of sleep whereas few need more. Unless there is no decrease in the productivity you should not worry,but on an average 6 to 7 hours of sound sleep is important.

With all that excitement around getting a new bathing suit and figuring out where your big summer romance is going to happen, we’d like to break in with some beauty tips to help you look your best. It’s time to shake off the chilly spring weather and look forward to some hot fun in the summer sun!

1. Avoid peak hours of sunlight when the temperatures and UV rays are at their highest, normally between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. That's the best time to head inside, get food and water, let your body cool down, and maybe even take a nap.

2. Chew Some Juicy Fruits : "Melons are the perfect hot-weather food.

3. Light-Colored Clothes : The white linen shirt every male movie star wears on the beach isn't just fashionably conscious; it's also intelligent for hot, sunny days. Dark clothing absorbs more heat, and tight clothes don't let sweat — your body's natural cooling system — evaporate.

3. Sunglasses  :  Sunglasses are chic and functional. They prevent harmful ultraviolet (UV) rays from scorching your corneas and protect your eyes for many more summers to come. Choose sunglasses that block 90 to 100 percent of UV rays.

4. Sunscreen :  Nothing knocks good days off a summer calendar like a nasty sunburn. When outdoors, use sunscreen with an SPF rating of at least 15. Use a higher-rated, waterproof sunscreen if you'll be poolside or out on the beach. Don't forget to cover areas that burn easily: nose, ears, shoulders, and back of the neck.

5. Lip Balm : Just like sunscreen protects the rest of your skin, a lip balm with SPF protection blocks out the sun and keeps in moisture for your lips. Perfect for a day on the lake or while you're working on that summer romance.

6. Water : Don't wait until you're thirsty! Drink water throughout the day to prevent dehydration or over exhaustion. Use the color of your urine to guide if you're hydrated enough — the clearer the better.

7. Juice :  All natural juice without added sugar not only provides hydration but also important nutrients to keep you active in hot weather. Check the label on the juice bottle and make sure it says “100 percent juice with no sugar added.”

8. Fruits and Vegetables : Fruits and vegetables are easy to digest and often high in water content. Salads and other dishes rich in seasonal produce will keep you feeling light and hydrated.

Hello Aravind, You have to choose High Calorie Nutritious foods that are easily digestible, high in protein, vitamins and minerals in a balanced way daily, liberal amount of fluid, eat in small amount but frequently, do regular physical exercise and get 8 hrs. sound sleep. Avoid any food that is higher in calorie but lower in nutrients.
