YOur five day fever need not be malaria and check blood smear and decide The symptoms of malaria typically develop within 10 days to four weeks following the infection. In some people, symptoms may not develop for several months. Some malarial parasites can enter the body but will be dormant for long periods of time. Common symptoms of malaria include: shaking chills that can range from moderate to severe high fever profuse sweating headache nausea vomiting diarrhea anemia muscle pain convulsions coma bloody stools.

Hello, this may be because of acidity/ indigestion/ gas you can take(if no drug allergy): Tablet Pantocid 40 mg before food once a day for 2-3 days. And follow care advises given below. Avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food take home made light food like moong dal, Dalia, chapatti also tell me associated symptoms like vomiting sensation, loose motion/ burning sensation in chest or any other symptoms are present or not? so that we can reach diagnosis. Consult physician/me for further management

Hello there, I don't know what to do in my life, as I am detain from my engineering college for one year and feeling too much depressed. I did completed my diploma engineering with good grades but I don't know somehow I can't manage to do well in bachelor of engineering. So now I have time for one year and I don't know what to do, even I can't think and concentrate on anything. Even today morning I can't even brush my teeth, it's like I don't know how to do it. You are angry with yourself and then you are turning the anger inwards which is causing you the depression. Go meet with a counselor and deal with this anger. You will need to occupy yourself and as well as get some tutoring for your engineering and prepare yourself to perform better. If you like you could work part-time and honorarily in an engineering firm related to your specialization to keep in touch with the practical aspects. Failure can be a stepping-stone to success. If you will it can be done and better too. In the meantime do the following: Daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem-solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, consume less of fat and use olive oil instead, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Have a special place of learning, which should be well lit, with soft painted walls, well-ventilated, with no distractions. When you get bored, study by writing. If you repeat learning, at least, five to seven times, you will apparently remember for a longer time. Sit comfortably but do not slouch. The reading material should be of a fairly large print. Study at small intervals of about 40 minutes and then take a break or change the subject. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There is a new exercise called Super Brain Yoga, which is done by holding the right earlobe with your left thumb and index finger, and the left earlobe with your right hand’s thumb and index finger. In this position, you must squat down and rise up and do this for five minutes every day. There is some memory enhancing techniques and study methods that your teacher will be able to guide you with. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that the family goes for counseling too. The following foods do help too: Blueberries, walnuts, turmeric, Spinach, tomatoes, broccoli, acorn squash, green tea, oily fish, boiled egg, turkey, apples, oatmeal, leafy greens, lentils, pumpkin seeds, avocado, cinnamon, thyme, sunflower seeds, and red wine. Avoid sugar and junk food. You may also include these noted foods that are good for your brain health: Brain-Friendly Foods MIND stands for Mediterranean-DASH Intervention for Neurodegenerative Delay. But the MIND approach “specifically includes foods and nutrients that medical literature and data show to be good for the brain, such as berries,” says Martha Clare Morris, ScD, director of nutrition and nutritional epidemiology at Rush University Medical Center. You eat things from these 10 food groups: •Green leafy vegetables (like spinach and salad greens): At least six servings a week •Other vegetables: At least one a day •Nuts: Five servings a week •Berries: Two or more servings a week •Beans: At least three servings a week •Whole grains: Three or more servings a day •Fish: Once a week •Poultry (like chicken or turkey): Two times a week •Olive oil: Use it as your main cooking oil. •Wine: One glass a day You avoid: •Red meat: Less than four servings a week •Butter and margarine: Less than a tablespoon daily •Cheese: Less than one serving a week •Pastries and sweets: Less than five servings a week •Fried or fast food: Less than one serving a week.

Hello , Pain in stomach is mostly due to acidity,gastroenteritis,flatulence. Take light food like curd rice,upma,poha. Eat small quantities and more frequently.Avoid long gaps between food. Avoid spicy and sour ,tea ,coffee. Take banana or apple as they are natural antacids. Avoid tobacco and painkillers as they damages the lining of stomach. Take a light walk.

The pain need not be heart [pain and can be acidity due to drinking . It is better to avoid heavy food in night as it leads to obesity . TO confirm your doubt he need to have a cardiology check up and stop alcohol

These are anxiety attacks by your over-reaction to fearful situations, especially when you have to face an interview. You are having a problem handling fear and this may be habituated from childhood from overbearing parents. Either one or both of your parents may have exercised strict controls and expectations on you and now you have become intimidated by this pressure. They may have meant well but could have in the bargain gone overboard and caused this reaction in you. You should meet with a counselor and learn how to handle this fear and master your emotions. This is not to control your feelings but to learn to express them appropriately. When we are afraid it is very important to express the feeling but also to reach out for support. You may also go for public speaking skills course or attend the ?Toastmasters Club?. Additionally, you may attend a personality development course. Visit a gym and build your body image, do aerobic exercises, Yoga and meditation, eat healthily, and sleep well. Handling emotions efficiently will go a long way to make you face your fear. You may also take some multivitamins and multi-minerals as supplements.

I am 29 years old working man. I fart a lot loudly through out the day. It is embarrassing. I am a regular athlete and do lots of physical activities. My father has also same problem. Though it doesn't smell bad most of the time. My wt. Is 80 kgs and I am 5'11 inches tall. I sweat a lot and its odour is also again embarrassing. Plzzz help.

You can start taking hot water (warm to tolerate) before every meal and increase the fibre (have fruits and vegetable as you wish). Once your digestion becomes regular the problem should cease. Decrease all fast foods and soda (coldrinks ). After having meals do not lie down immediately and walk for 15 -20 mins so that the digestion is in good rhythm. Do some yoga which is good for overall health and metabolism. You can also take homeopathy if needed after you try-out these simple tips.

Follow the tips *clean your face with lukewarm water twice a day to dissolve oil. *get an adequate amount of sleep. *avoid touching your face with your hands or try to squeeze pimples, it may leave permanent scars and spread the infection. *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *avoid fried and spicy food. *include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *avoid harsh skin products.

Hello, take alpha ha, 15 drops with warm water twice at the gap of 2 hours. Take kali phos 6x, 6 tabs and sleep for 8 hours. After getting up you will feel better in headache.

The normal value is less than 35 U/mL. If your CA 125 level is higher than normal, you may have a benign condition, or the test result could mean that you have ovarian, endometrial, peritoneal or fallopian tube cancer.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Sarswatarishta 4 tsp after lunch and dinner 6. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. …. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day …2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 3) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal…4) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 5) avoid late night sleeping habits …6) avoid coffee and tea. A) take 40 ml of AUDUMBARAVLEHA after meals along with 30 ml of water. B) take 2-2 tablets of MADHUMALINI VASANT RASA and LEELAVILAS RASA after meals C) Eat 1 tsf of flax seeds after meals, do all things for 7 days. This formulation is 100% effective.
