Hair fall may be attributed to different reasons like using artificial colors, hair styling, chemicals etc. It may be due to some internal weakness also. Please go for herbal neem shampoo. Use shikakai and amla as conditioner (soak amla and shikakai in water overnight and boil a little in morning). Apply it on hairs. Keep for half an hour and then wash. It will condition the hairs. You can follow some tips in daily routine. 1. After every meal, drink 1 cup boiling water with spoon sip by sip. After half an hour you have taken meal do this daily. 2. Try to avoid eating heavy food after 7 pm. As it takes time to digest heavy food. 3. Drink 1 glass water half an hour before meal. 4. Try to do some exercise. Yoga and meditation are very good in losing weight and maintaining it also. Yoga asanas you can do - manduk asana - sarwang asana - setubal asana - pawan mukht asana pranayama -anulom vilom -deep breathing - kapal bhati other exercises -crunches -cycling -leg rotation

migrane can be managed with lifestyle changes and medications, try muscle relaxation exercises. Relaxation may help ease the pain of a migraine headache. Get enough sleep, but don't oversleep. Get an adequate amount of sleep each night. It's best to go to bed and wake up at regular times, as well. Rest and relax. If possible, rest in a dark, quiet room when you feel a headache coming on. Place an ice pack wrapped in a cloth on the back of your neck and apply gentle pressure to painful areas on your scalp. It is very important keep a headache diary. Continue keeping your headache diary even after you see doctor. It will help you learn more about what triggers your migraines and what treatment is most effective. A dose of riboflavin in appropriate dose as prescribed by me, also may prevent migraines or reduce the frequency of headaches. Coenzyme q10 supplements may decrease the frequency of migraines, magnesium supplements may also be used to treat migraines do reply back for medication prescriptions. Being also a general physician and registered dietitian, I prescribe both evidence based herbal as well as allopathic medicines complementing with dietary guidelines and home remedies carefully personalized for each individual patient.

What are the general exercise to be done daily ?

Swimming is the best of the best exercise you can do generally. Even arthritic patients also can do. Then after yoga is very good. If you want to do anything less time consuming so you should do surya namaskar at home on regular basis. Most of body parts can be movable in one exercise. You can learn it from book, cd etc otherwise can join any yoga center for a while.

To prevent mosquito bites, follow these guidelines: Stay inside when it is dark outside, Wear protective clothing (long pants and long-sleeved shirts). Use insect repellents with DEET (N,N diethylmetatoluamide). Use bed nets (mosquito netting) Use flying-insect spray indoors around sleeping areas. Avoid areas where malaria and mosquitoes are present

Taking care of your hair *take nutritious healthy food *have regular vigorous physical exercise so that blood circulation reaches hair follicles and nourishes the hair. *avoid mental stress and smoking and such unhealthy habits. * have adequate rest and timely sleep. You may have limitations because of your profession, but stick to it as far as possible. *use warm or cold water for bath and not very hot water. * hard water is harmful. Boiling will reduce hardness. * when the hair is wet, it is weaker and don't rub too much with towel. * use wide toothed comb so that there is no pulling pressure on the hair. *your usual hair dye has large doses of ammonia, which changes hair texture, dries out the scalp and almost leads to hair fall. Hair growth is dependent on several factors. We have good treatment in homoeopathy without causing adverse effects. These medicines are given internally and they improve the system to promote healthy growth of hair and prevent hair fall.

Dear patient, white discharge or leucorrhoea can have various reasons. The two most commonest reasons are estrogen stimulation or physiological leucorrhea or due to infection. Do you have severe low back ache, fever and is the discharge very foul or yellowish then it goes in the favour of an infection. You can start ayurvedic medications like lodhrasava and chandraprabha vati after consulting a ayurvedic physician.

TIPS FOR PROPER SLEEP:: 1.Have a glass of whole milk (without the cream removed) with green cardamom powder before going to bed. 2.Have 1 teaspoon of licorice root powder with a glass of milk on an empty stomach in the morning. 3.Boil 3 grams of fresh mint leaves or 1.5 grams of dried powder of mint leaves in 1 cup of water for 15-20 minutes. Take lukewarm with 1 teaspoon of honey at bedtime. 4.Massage your feet with lukewarm mustard oil 2-3 times a day and before going to bed. 5. Take 2 tab stresswin at night with milk for 5 days ONLY. 6. Take light meals at night and drink 10-15 glasses of water daily. 7.Stop using gadgets 1 hr before sleep.switch off lights at 11:00 pm. 8. Sleep in total dark room. 9.Add some fresh rose petals in a cup of boiling water. Keep it aside till it is lukewarm. Add ½ teaspoonful of sugar to it and have this twice a day. This is a good drink to uplift mood. 10.Do yoga daily 30 min n shavasana daily 5 min before sleep.... Do deep breathing for 2-3 min after every 1 hr....

Hi doctors, from last 2 weeks I am undergoing lot of depression (I feel). There are certain thought which cross my mind everyday. And every single minute. I couldn't stop thinking, while I want to. Even while sleeping, thoughts are going in mind. Sometimes I couldn't sleep and feel flurry. Sometimes heartbeat rises and drop down. It seems most likely to be a Obsessive Compulsive disorder, with secondary depression, wherein recurrent intrusive thoughts come against a person s own will. Avoid high fibre, spicy and heavy foods. Eliminate foods that is causing you bloat ing or discomfort. Eat on time in a relaxed atmosphere. Avoid drinking water alongwith your meals.

Hairs are missing silicon from hair roots .. to improve silicon you should use Horsetails Herbal Hair Growth Oil. Else your scalp should wet for 2 months by any herbal oils. Hi. As height can be gained till 21yrs. Of age in males and 18yrs. In females, so you do have 5yrs. More to grow further! start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - bakson's hite-aid and five phos. - both thrice daily and thuja 1m/ one dose once a week - take them for 1 month only. Management: take milk and milk products which contains more calcium. More of protein (for cell multiplication) like pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts, flaxseeds, non-veg, eggs, etc. Also, don't forget to take green vegetables, yellow veggies and fruits, seasonal fruits, salads, etc. Do skip rope daily, initially 10-20 times later gradually and slowly increase the frequency as per your capacity. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. Last but not least, do take enough of rest and sleep (which helps in repairing of cells and cell rejuvenation). How to Prevent Mental Disorders at Old Age

Older people are at a higher risk of developing mental disorders as with age the neurology of the brain tends to deteriorate. Various physical illnesses, such as chronic pain and bone disorders which are common in older people can restrict their ability to live an independent life. Most of the diseases that affects older people tend to require long term care.

Other causes of mental disorders are events like death of near ones, disabilities or a reduction in socioeconomic status. These factors can make them isolated and lonely leading to psychological problems in the elderly. Physical diseases such as heart problems may also lead to mental problems. 

With respect to the above points, you may follow these pointers to stay away from mental disorders:

  1. Physical exercise: It is very important to stay active as it has multiple health benefits. A sedentary lifestyle increases the risk of diabetes and cardiovascular diseases in the body. In case of movement restrictions, focus on doing simple activities like walking and moving about as replacement for regular exercise.
  2. Food: Food is important to mental health as they provide the necessary nutrients to the body. Add almonds to your diet as they contain vitamin B6 which is very good for the brain. Omega 3 and Omega-6 acids in almonds also contribute to brain health. Eat a diet that is low in fat, focus on simple and natural foods. 
  3. Communicate: Take up a hobby or participate in social gatherings to get more involved with people. These activities will keep your mind occupied and stimulate your brain. It will reduce the risks of depression and related disorders.
  4. Remove negative emotions: Try to avoid negative emotions as they are the major source of depression. Take up meditation as their effect on improving mental health is well known. Focus on the positives in every experience to be content and happy. Negative emotions can lead to serious mental problems such as depression and anxiety disorders.

Dear, These are some instructions & methods for good sleep: • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep. You can also do foot massage daily it destress you. * Eat food with a bowl of curd and after that off the light and go to sleep because after eating meal our brain become relax and sleep comes. • Drink a glass of milk at night daily. * Avoid the excess use of laptop and phone during night. They also cause sleeplessness. • Do not take caffeine, tea & alcohol in excess and these are stimulant,(activate) your brain result in lack of sleep. • Avoid drinking alcohol & smoking. • Do not take stress. Do meditation and long breathing pranayams to relax the mind.

If cavity is not deep or there is no pain and sensitivity in the decayed tooth then go for restoration (filling) but if cavity is deep or there is pain and sensitivity in the decayed tooth then first get the X-RAY done of that tooth and send me the X-RAY picture for further diagnosis.

Hi This is Vibhu I am 35 years old. I am facing a problem since my marriage. If you have good salary. She listens your words. Now you are low. She is high. You have two sides are important. Better to talk to her in a pleasing manner. Tell the importance of your parents and your responsibilities. Give excessive priority to her in all aspects. Request to stay with my parents. Express your better loving words and impress her. She must listen your words. Do not argue and do not command. Because she is earning. You have no other options. Except requesting and pleasing manners is the only solution. Better to try to impress her. You have also talk to your parents. Take the advise of them. Ask what to do. Request there is any other solution in this side. Hello, take natrum mur 200,3 drops morning empty stomach, single dose. Use this home remedy:- Tomatoes are great for oily skin due to their cooling, clarifying and astringent properties. The high vitamin C content in tomatoes is very helpful for acne prone skin Plus, the natural oil-absorbing acids in tomatoes help get rid of excess oil. *Cut a tomato in half and rub it on your skin.Allow the juice to soak into your skin for at least 15 minutes.Rinse your skin with cold water, pat it dry and apply a light oil-free moisturiser. You can also make a face mask by combining three tablespoons of tomato juice with one tablespoon of honey.

Hi, Get your check up done. No need to cry, everything is treatable. Increased weight and obesity can lead to low testosterone levels.[Changing your dietary patterns can make a big difference not only to your testosterone levels but to your risk for heart disease and diabetes. Start changing your diet by cutting out processed, packaged, and prepared foods. Eating “whole” foods means cutting out excess sugars, fats, preservatives, etc. Try to incorporate: More fruits and vegetables More fish and skinless poultry while limiting red meat More complex carbohydrates, including whole grains, lentils, beans, and vegetables More nuts and seeds Omega-3 fats are healthy fats found in a variety of foods. These include those found in eggs, algae, fish and mussels, but also plant oils like flaxseed, hemp and walnut oil. Healthy fats actually help to build a healthier body. Lots of water is essential to any healthy diet. In addition to hydrating you, water can also stop you from feeling hungry. Start a strength-training routine. If you have never lifted weights, used resistance bands or used weight machines, hire a personal trainer or physical therapist to teach you the proper form and procedure. If you are very weak, start with resistance bands. This gentle form of strength-training allows you to use a rubber strap to train weak muscles before lifting actual weights. Do this 2 to 3 times per week for the first 3 to 4 weeks. If you have a joint or back problem, you may want to graduate to stronger bands and stick to this form of strength training. You can increase your testosterone levels by up to 20 percent by lifting weights 3 times per week for 11 weeks. Strength training in the evenings can increase testosterone levels in the evening. hi. The chances of gaining height at 22 yrs. are remote, but you can still take these medicines as there are no side effects. Hello Dr. saab last kafi tym se almost last manth se muh me chhale ho rhe hai. Muh ke andar ka hissa aur gale tak bilkul paka hua hai lal .medicine lene kuch dino k thik ho jata hai 2 ya 3 din baad fir se ho jaate hai. Tounge me itna nahi chhala but andar ki taraf jahn se niglte hai khana wo area jyada paka hua hai. Thanks.

Vo tonsils hain. Aap thanda lena bilkul band kar dein. Garam paani mein namak daalkar garare karein din mein 2 se 4 baar. Jab theek ho jayein tab thanda le sakte hain after 1 week. Rexidin-M gel lagayein chale par din mein 2-3 baar ICPA ka Coolora mouthwash karein subah shaam for 1 week.
