Dear Lybrate user, Anger and aggression are emotions. Anger comes when you become irritated. Irritation happens when you don't like something, or when something is repeated. As anger is an emotion, it should be vent out. You should be able to throw anger out instead of controlling it. But more perfect will be, know the frustrating situations and stop being emotional. If practiced properly, you will not get irritated at those circumstances at all. Those techniques are much easier to understand. Take care.

Hi doc, I am 28 years of age and am facing a typical stretchy and swelled feeling towards the right side of my stomach. A little food feels full. What can it be. Please guide. I used to face gastric trouble very frequently . Bt after my child's birth it became very rare. Please help.

The same gastric trouble is causing this problem. Take plenty of water at least 2.5-3 litres a day. avoid taking tea/coffee on empty stomach, even your evening tea also take with some snack. avoid spices, chillies, masala. at least lessen them. Do not take food full stomach. If you are constipated get it treated. Have good sleep. follow these to give relief, if not come back again

I am suffering from hair fall diseases from three to four months and it isn't stopping even though its increasing day to day very fastely.

I was suffering from chronic dysentery from last 4 month having 2 to 3 times stool in a day and mucus present also some tym now my symptoms are some time hard stool and some time muddy stool but now mucus is not visible through naked eye and is 1 times a day and sometime 2 times so is this is a tendency of chronic dysentery.

Keep hair clean. Make sure that your scalp and hair are always clean. It will help your hair grow faster. Dirt clogs the hair follicles, which makes it more difficult for hair to grow. However, do not shampoo every day, as men’s hair get easily damaged, and excessive shampooing can dehydrate hair and cause breakage. Shampoo twice a week while cleanse hair with conditioner daily.
