You should have diet tips. Eat green leafy vegetables more and more. Dont eat fast food, junk food, heavy food, rice , potatoes, dairy products, cold drinks, ice creams etc. Regular walking for an hour in a day. Eat smaller meal. Eat easily digestible food which is less in calory. Manage the stress and anger. 100 steps walking after lunch and dinner. Drink three litres of water in a day. Hi, I am 28 year old (Blood Group B+, hight 5'7" belongs to Hyderabad, India staying in Kuwait, my job type office computer work) facing IBS Diarrhea from past 4 years am searching/visiting doctors, did colon scope result clear, but am on the same track and now the days are passing the condition becoming worse, every day am going to bathroom for 5 to 7 times and the stool are watery, after taking meal withing 15 min need to run to toilet, I lost my weight withing 1 year 12 KG. You should start brisk walking for 45 Minutes. Also change your eating habits. You are grossly over weight. Reduce your cereal and fat intake. Do every thing possible to reduce weight. In the mean time consult a local Doctor and take medicine to keep sugar in control. The medicine will reduce gradually as you loose weight. I must say again that weight is your biggest enemy. Your ideal weight should be 70 Kgs.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.

My mother is aged 54 years. She is having pain on both hands elbow. She is telling its pricking pain. And there is some swelling also. She cannot do any work properly due to this. It is a disturbed sleep cycle work efficiency will decrease by this so better to avoid this I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning kindly follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can take bath at bed time 6. Avoid day time sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes consult physician if symptoms persist of worsen.

They will be able to understand and teach your friend how to deal with it. Hello According to your height and weight your BMI is 22 which shown healthy weight. You need to manage your overall macros .get high protien and well balance meals. Avoid processed and oily unhealthy food. Most people eating 2 to 3 big meals a day. And then when you eat after six, seven hours your blood sugar spikes. When your blood sugar spikes that causes there to be excess insulin in your blood. When there is excess insulin in your blood your body stores fat more easily. The key isn’t to starve. Actually, that’s exactly what you don’t want to do. The Diet is a trademarked food plan that involves eating small portions of food every three hours throughout the day.

Your doctor also may recommend drinking caffeinated coffee or tea with meals to temporarily raise blood pressure.

Avoid late night working, take sufficient sleep, minimize tea/ coffee consumption, may take coconut water, cane sugar juice, carrot juice, water melon juice etc. You need some local and internal herbal treatment, if interested, let us know.

Hair hair fall could b significant or just physiological without any systemic involvement. Firstly, don't stress over it. Meditate. Practice yoga. Relax yourself. Stress vil increase your hairfall. Drink two litres of water. Eat plenty of pulses, meat, fish and milk. Avoid hair cosmetics. Wash hair twice or thrice a week. Shampoo should be done to wash dirt, dust and grime and not for anything else. Don't use dyes, bleaches or straighteners. Massage scalp to improve circulation. After a bath, don't blow dry your hair instead naturally dry hair. If any scalp infection, get it treated. Any allergy should be taken care of. 1. Tab biotin daily for 1 month 2. Tab fe (if your fe level is reeduce) 3. Scalp massage with antioxidant oil 4. Do hot fomentation twice daily. Postural correction- always sit with a small pillow at your low back. Sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises like bridging and bhujang asana x twice daily. Sleep on your back with a pillow under your knees or on your sides with a pillow between your knees. And get vit d levels checked. Go for regular walks follow 30-30 rule when at work. After every 30 min of work. Do 30 sec of stretching or stand and walk a bit.
